Moulinex 3000 has a very warm keeping program helps 60 minutes after the end of the main program.
If you want - take out the bread at once, if you want - leave it for 10-15 minutes, the bread will be baked until it is "dry" (as, for example, my mother loves). In the case of rye, once this hour saved my bread: it was damp and baked for about half an hour. (A pure rye bun turned out to be so dense that I mixed it with my hands)
By the way, and it is very easy to adjust the batch!

The only drawback, it seems to me, may be no dispensary (for raisins, nuts, etc., which are added during the kneading process). But I don't need him, do you?
fugaska
I also do not have a dispensary (although not Moulinex). this is not a drawback at all, because when the dough is very steep (for example, rye bread), then if you slap additives from the dispensary there, then it scatters them all over the stove - you need to add a little bit. And also, if you throw in a lot of solid additives (for example, nuts) at once, then you can scratch the bucket ... and if you want to hear a signal, then there is none in the stoves with the dispensary, there is only a quiet click of opening the dispensary lid.
I use the most ordinary flour of the highest grade. there were no punctures yet. If you need an Odessa recommendation, I can advise: Kulindorovskaya military station or seven military personnel. Kulindorovskaya seems to me whiter. I tried makfa - it turned out great, but I don't see the point in baking on it, because imported flour is more expensive, but ours turns out to be no worse, but cheaper.
Ludmila
I have a Moulinex 3000. I have not found a single flaw in it! Baked five times - and not a single miss, each time I fall in love with her more and more. The husband already says that it is impossible to admire household appliances so much (and he is eating bread by the cheeks).
Bora Bora
I faced such a problem that I had to explain what my program was doing. Yes, and most needed to find the volume of a measuring cup from Panasonic. For this I would like to suggest a Temka, where it will be listed.
I hope there are members of the forum who will help to collect this information from manufacturers in one place. For comfort.
Thank you.

Today I bought a Moulinex 3000 came home turned it on and I was very upset by the noise made by this bread maker. I bought it as a present to take it to the village tomorrow. And then there is such an incident, you may have to drag it back for an exchange or warranty repair. Maybe someone knows how noisy this model should be. She buzzes strong enough for me. At night, in complete silence, it will create discomfort. She buzzes in standby mode.
Mueslik
I have a different model, but the noise in standby mode is not audible, unless you put your ear close to the stove, a faint noise is heard. In my opinion, the behavior of your stove is abnormal, there should be no strong noise
GSS29
M yes. I can hear this noise even five meters away, it is clearly audible even when the TV is on. Maybe you can change it for something else. Such a model in this store is no longer given away from the counter. I will hope for the decency of the sellers.
cergei210
we bought Moulinex3000 two days ago and the quiet life ended, it buzzed in standby mode, and during the baking process it got so hot that the plastic inside the lid was deformed, yesterday we rammed it into service, but the conclusion is one-rare shit, it would be better if we took LG
anirtak
I bought this stove the day before yesterday. True, a small crack was found on the lid and had to be changed to another car. I have already made my first bread (the simplest one), but I could not resist and added milk instead of water. The bread turned out to be good. Browned very well, especially on the sides (put on a well-done crust). The machine makes little noise when kneading the dough, the vacuum cleaner even works louder. In general, I'm happy.
Now I am actively studying recipes on the forum. I would like to make orange jam and a variety of breads.
Tell me, please, how many hours should the car rest after baking the bread?

Tell me, please, how many hours should the car rest after baking the bread?

Until it cools down to room temperature + 10-20 degrees.
The "brains" of the bread machine will not let you start earlier, they will write in "error or tempo." on the display.
You can speed up the cooling: remove the bucket and put it in a draft, leave the stove lid open.
Makhno
About the noise. I can argue..
I put mine on at night, then I don't hear kada she is on, kada off.
With a vacuum cleaner, it does not sound next to it, it is much quieter. And how much she pounds there, on the strength of 25-30 minutes, in general.
anirtak
I put the stove on at night. I sleep very lightly, but I did not hear any loud sounds, and therefore I slept through the whole procedure of mixing and baking safely. Then I woke up when the car began to signal the end of work.
Another thing is that it is necessary to follow the kolobok during kneading, as experienced bakers recommend on the forum. From this point of view, it is not very convenient to bet at night.

By the way, I want to show off my little achievements: I have already cooked orange jam with slices of zest (very tasty) in a bread machine, baked country bread, chocolate bread with walnuts and quick bread according to Elena Bo's recipe. The breads turned out to be delicious, fluffy and soft, baked well inside. I hope that everything will continue to work out.

The only thing was that there was no sugar in the chocolate bread at all. But I found a way out: I cut the bread into pieces, soaked them well with orange jam and put them in the refrigerator for 2 hours. It turned out very tasty, like a cake.

Choose a stove, it is desirable that the heating element is located in the middle (if it is one), if there are two, it is even steeper.

This is just not worth doing.

The location of the element in the middle only indicates that this model has problems with heat distribution throughout the baking chamber. Most likely - it is simply "blown out" due to poor thermal insulation of the chamber or its excessive ventilation (which is not very good for a normal test). By placing the heater in the middle of the chamber, they simply compensate for the unevenness of heating that is present in such cases, but the energy consumption for baking is higher and "tender" varieties of dough may not give the desired result.

A properly designed baking chamber distributes heat evenly through natural convention, while providing proper ventilation to remove excess moisture during baking.

Share your experience on how to remove the cover from HP? The instructions say that it is removable, but no matter how I twisted it, I could not take it off, I'm afraid to break it off, but it is not shown in the picture. Maybe she's not filming?
Tati
Help with advice. Before leaving on vacation, everything worked. We arrived, began to make bread and realized that at least the first figure for the clock did not show. Nobody turned on the stove, but it stands near the window in the sun. Maybe that's the trouble? And work works. Just a pity - the stove is only a couple of months old. Who else had such a breakdown and where to fix it?
safoo
Maybe you have already got to the bottom of the truth yourself, but I remove the lid like this:
- I lift the lid, move it a little to the side, pops out a plastic pin, and the second one behind it. The cover is removed.
Until the lid broke.
safoo
I also have a buzzing sound, but not always, or I don't always pay attention.
Although it hums decently, I was in the bathroom (15 meters from the kitchen) washing a child and heard a hum.
But I didn't pay attention - it bakes well.
by the way, the assembly is Turkish.
Nat_ka
She is buzzing - that's for sure. I have it (xn), when I stood under a fluorescent lamp, I did not notice this, because the lamp was buzzing, but when I rearranged it .... I was already scared. Then I went to the store and asked to include the same model in the network. In short, now I am calm.

Recently I bought a mulinex 3000 bread maker.
A good stove only fogs up the window. Since the stove is recent, you want to watch the whole process, and in general - you shouldn't sweat.
What to do? change the stove or do something with the lid, just what?
Thank you for your advice.

Open the stove and wipe the window. I also sweat, only at the beginning. then it is normally visible, "sweats" is the temperature difference, condensation is obtained, the stove is not to blame for this When the windows in the car sweat during the rain, do not throw it

I also sweat, only at the beginning. then you can see normally

that is, for mulinex is this the norm? I'm wiping the window, but it still sweats. Although, the main thing, of course, is what bakes well.

I just read here once that the forum member (-ka) covered something in the lid and the window stopped sweating. I just can't find this message.
Tati
Thanks for answering. I tried to move it back, and it is pulled up.
Antonova
I watched ... and I'm sweating. I didn’t pay attention before! Sweats while heating and proving dough.

Peace be with you bakers!
as was rightly noted: sweats when heated and proofed.
this is normal, and when baking starts it dries up. it should
be. because HP creates its own microclimate for the best
result
but on account of the fact that you want to see, it's not for long.
as soon as you pick up your favorite recipes, finish the process
to automatism and a stable result will be obtained
the need to look will disappear!
if only so LOOK

Gyg, is it really I asked this question ???
Now I myself seem to be a super-baker, and to others too
I already have weights, and with them my bun turns out to be as tender as the butt of a small child (maybe not quite a beautiful allegory, but my 2-year-old son has the most gentle priest in the world !!!). And then the bread rises right up to the window
ART
On the first baking program, after 5 min. the dough is stopped. And until you pull the plug out of the network and put it back in, the kneading does not happen. After this procedure, the kneading proceeds normally. Are there any similar situations. Tell me what to do?
kava
I have the same model. I am using the fourth month, but I have never come across the case you described. It still seems to me that this is a marriage.
Pannochka
How long did you wait before removing the plug from the socket?
Please look in the manual in the table there is, after 5 minutes of kneading, the dough is calming, note the time and if the time runs out and the batch does not continue, feel free to bring it to the service or store
N_Nagaenko
Hello to all bakers! I'm not really having this problem, but close. The oven does not complete the last two kneading dough (10 minutes each), kneads less than a minute (10-15 seconds) and goes into rise. Here are just the 2nd rise increases in time, but the 3rd rise and baking are ideal in time, and the bread is beautiful and tasty! Is this a technical problem and needs repair, or am I missing something? Help, tell me!
Pannochka
maybe you have a typo in the table at the top of the 3rd and 4th batch for 10 seconds

just the 1st and 2nd batch are written in minutes and the 3rd and 4th in seconds
N_Nagaenko
Dear Pannochka, I am very grateful to you - I was inattentive, indeed, the table contains seconds! I wish you success in baking!

When buying a Moulinex OW3000 stove and turning on the network, the stove began to yell and show an error on the scoreboard. The consultant told me to pull the bucket out and in and close the lid. I did so, turned it on and the oven did not show an error. After filling in all the ingredients, I made a mistake, I began to program the oven not according to the instructions, the kneading began, I pulled the cord out of the network, immediately turned it on, but the oven stopped responding altogether. A few hours later, the situation was repeated during the purchase, the oven yells and shows an error, pulling out the bucket and inserting it does not help: (What could it be, no one came across?
Pakat
Try to disconnect from the network and forget about it, say for a day, should recover ... And carefully read the instructions so as not to make mistakes that stoves do not like ...
My stove, to an error or an incorrect shutdown, reacts in this way ...
vlena
I got in trouble too
I put on a French bread, about an hour or so I hear a signal (before that I also heard 2-3 times, so I suspected something was wrong), I went up, and the stove turned off, after a second it turned on, squeaked and began to knead the adze from the 1st cycle And so several times, looped her like. I took out the adze, I didn't use the oven anymore. The oven is new, but once I baked French bread with onions on this program and everything was great. What was it??? Breaking?
rob1968
baked on local, though put the yeast not SAF and Pakmaya. Diluted, in water and put. The first time the bread was good, but not very good. The first time I did it myself by hand, about the same. Now I'm trying French, I'll write it down. I have Moulinex 2000.
Iriska
And I have a Mulya 5002. I am very, very happy with her. What I just didn’t do. Everything turns out great. All my friends bought themselves HP after my stories. In Mulinex, as far as I know, the largest bread weight is obtained - 1.5 kg. But I always make the 750 gram. It is very convenient in my opinion. Although there are days that you have to bake twice. Of course, the new Mula 5004 with baguette holder is very attractive. I was even a little upset that they didn't buy it. But I made the baguette dough in HP, and baked it in the oven, and we really liked the baguettes. So I guess this is not a problem.
Happy baking everyone !!!

Does this model have a problem with a pale crust, which, as I understand it, is typical for many Moulinex CPs?

I did not notice such a lack ... I baked bread with and without icing - the short was very ruddy
Iriska
I have a Mulya 5002. The only drawback in it is that there is no baguette holder. I would like to. But ... I baked baguettes in the oven and was very pleased with them. So there are no disadvantages - only advantages.
I really love my stove, I treat it with a great soul, so everything turns out great.

For my birthday I was presented with a Moolinex 3000 bread maker. Imagine how disappointed I was when I found there instructions for a completely different bread maker. Searches for instructions on the Internet and on the Moulinex website did not return any results. Please, tell me where you can find instructions.
At least tell me a description of those 10 programs that are there.
splinters
take the instructions that come with it and compare the icons on the buttons

for example program 6 in the instructions corresponds to program 4 of your model

I didn't find instructions on the internet, but everything is clear anyway

We have been using it for about three months now. Everything else is fine. It’s bad that we just eat bread for a long time.

My stove also hums, of course, not so that it interferes with sleep. At a distance of about two meters, you can no longer hear. But bakes !!! Fine!!! Pah-pah ...

Program 10 in Moulinex OW3000. Translation - "only heating", in fact - "baking".

My bread maker will soon be 4 years old. During this time, she only let me down once, and even then during the warranty period. The processor burned out and was safely replaced in the workshop. After the workshop and the crusts, everything began to turn out as it should: pale, medium and ruddy.
By the way, this model of my friends does not want to bake brown crusts - the stove has already been repaired three times, and there are no shifts.
About the programs. I was very upset when my son brought this particular model, since there is no "yeast-free dough" program in it.
But now, the other day, I was cooking tangerine peels. I turned on the 9th program, and I started mixing. My crusts were mixed for 5 minutes, after which the baking program began, switched to the 10th and boiled the crusts safely. So, the question is: maybe my 9th is nothing more than a "yeast-free dough" program, just not indicated in the passport characteristics? Who faced this? I want to take a chance and bake a cake.

it is of course very used, but let's try))) there are no recipe books and measuring cups left, only the apparatus itself and a bucket ... so where to start?)))
