Ingredients

Pork loin 1 kg
Potatoes 3-4 pcs
Carrot 2-3 pcs
Champignon 500gr
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Dried rosemary Pinch
Hot red pepper taste
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • There seems to be no such recipe. So I decided to post my own.
  • In a small cup, mix 3 tbsp. l sunflower oil, salt, pepper, crushed garlic and rosemary.
  • Brush the meat with this mixture. I had three loin ribs. I smeared it with a brush.
  • Place the meat in a baking bag.
  • Chop the carrots coarsely, potatoes into slices. Whole medium-sized champignons. I always use champignons
  • but unfortunately this time it was not.
  • Cover the meat with vegetables and mushrooms. Tie the ends of the bag.
  • Place in a baking dish. Bake in an oven preheated to 200g for 1 hour 50 minutes.
  • The meat is soft and tender. It melts in your mouth. And the skin is hard and crunchy.
  • Cook for health. Bon Appetit.

Very easy to prepare. I put it in the oven and forgot it for almost 2 hours. It turns out both meat and side dish. Vegetables are saturated with meaty aromas. The meat is the most tender.
