good afternoon everyone!
Take into your glorious ranks. Finally, my colleague and I matured and purchased this miracle yesterday. We played until 3.00 am and waited for the result. The first experience is different:
-my- the cap sagged a little and is more porous
- employees are sweeter and more confused.
We will work on ourselves

Panevg1943, forgive me, I quoted you incorrectly, just as I wrote earlier, I started having problems with the bucket, started leaking, it was necessary to order a new one, ordered a new one in my service in Lipetsk, they said it would take two months, and after reading your posts, I called the Alpha service on about the bucket, they said that they had taken everything apart, and the stirrers were not needed for me, but Natashenka1988... Hey everyone. I give a recipe for VERY tasty white bread. The crust is soft (those with crust problems) and browns as you wish. This recipe was adapted for a bread machine, such bread is baked in the villages in the oven.

- 1 egg
- 1.5 tbsp. l. refined oil
- 20 g butter
- 1 tbsp. l. Sahara
- 1.5 tsp. salt
- 300 g of kefir
- 550 g flour
- 1.5 tsp. dry yeast
Heat kefir and egg in water until warm. We choose 1 kg. and program 1 for 3 hours 20 minutes. I've been baking for a whole month, soft and tasty.

Hello!
Thank you, I tried it.
I'll tell you honestly - what turns out according to your recipe turns out delicious
But there is also a but.
I would not call it bread.
I mean, if a little more sugar - I haven't tried it - but it feels like it will turn out to be a kind of bun. And so it resembles a kind of pastry or loaf. But still not bread (IMHO). So I'll bake white in a different way. But thanks for the recipe anyway.

As for Moscow, yesterday I was at AlfaService at 7 Botanichesky Lane (Mira Avenue area). They are engaged in the service of household appliances Moulinex, Tefal, Rowenta, Krups and the sale of accessories for them. A bucket for Moulinex 5004 costs 1000 rubles, stirrers 400 rubles. pair (everything is in stock). The staff are very friendly. I came with Moulinex 5004 (I wrote on the forum earlier that the stirrers stopped rotating). Without red tape, I received a conclusion for the store with a postscript that I was refusing to repair, and yesterday I received a new HP in the store without any problems. Nevertheless, consumer rights are well protected in Russia. I was convinced myself. After reading about Andrey's torment, I was in the mood for the worst.

Do you have a service telephone number? I can't even believe it - I came and bought it just like that.
I would also buy a spare bucket. And the stirrers would not hurt ...

Vanya28 , time can be added only at the beginning of any mode before pressing the start - this will be a delayed start. If there is not enough time for baking, turn off the HP by pressing the start button and holding it for 15 seconds (a signal will be heard and the HP will return to the baking mode), and then restart the 14th program for the period you need (in 10-minute increments ).

And what do you think, are such actions "a violation of the law", that is, actions that are undesirable and may affect the performance of the stove. Otherwise, why this law? In this "law" it is still written that each new program can be turned on after the HP cools down after the previous program. The program can be "deceived", but what's the point?

Mruklik, in this the stove is not the best weak a place . I often resort to interrupting programs of my choice. For example, I repeat the batch as many times as needed for a particular recipe.

Repetition of mixes does not contradict the "law", and the manual says you can interrupt the program "anywhere". I have no doubt about it

I have doubts only baked goods (high temperatures), because the manual says that after a full cycle (that is, when the program ends with baking), the oven must be allowed to cool down (even 1 hour is recommended), before starting a new program (and baking is not specified separately) ...
I'm not interested in the question "how to continue baking OVER the time recommended by the manufacturer", but Your opinion: is it worth doing (especially, regularly)?
Thanks for the quick answers

Michelle
Mruklik: sorry to wedge in .... can I express an opinion?
Perhaps the instructions indicate that you need to wait 1 hour before the next program, so as not to put the next portion of food into the HEATED oven. Because of this, they can lose their properties ...
as in the instructions for microwave ovens "it is forbidden to stick cats in."
In this case, after the baking mode for 1 hour 10 minutes. additional baked goods can be switched on immediately.

Tell the truth! This is only so that the food does not deteriorate from the heat and the temperature regime is observed.

And so I always, if not baked, turn on the baking mode for an additional 10-20 minutes.
Pakat
In any bread maker, there is an overheating protection system and the stove will simply not turn on, but there will be a notice on the display. That is, the stove will turn on for an additional baking time, if it is not overheated, if it does not turn on, let it cool for 20 minutes and try again ...

Mruklik, I believe that everything was explained to you correctly without me. The weak point of our HP is known: a bucket and stirrers, or rather, a motor for them. These are the two most common reasons that users of this site complain about. There is even a temka: "Moulinex Bucket". There is a lot to learn about our beloved.

Mruklik, I did not pass with the first stove The stirrer motor refused (by the way, it is the French who supply it to China). But, that's okay. In the SC I wrote a statement about the refusal to repair. I immediately received a conclusion and on the same day received a new HP in the store. Here I bake.

I would like to look at the baking process in KhP from the point of view of a beginner who has decided to "start" baking different breads.
As a beginner to get a decent result in no more than two attempts, I will venture to give a few recommendations:
1. Be sure to read the instructions for your HP. Do not rely on your "ingenuity and ingenuity." Pay attention to this recommendation: how to "arrange" the ingredients in your HP Be careful, in the instructions (or the attached recipe book) m. B. translation features (or typos).
2. Check out Baking Basics - It's a Classic. Take the recommendations for the type of dough you are going to bake. For example, “the more rye, the longer” (about kneading and proofing), “rye dough loves proofing in a warm place”, etc.
3. Do not pay attention to the names (and some description of them in the form: the program is intended ....) Of your HP programs. Approach with a yardstick: “KhP is a model of baking processes, presented in programs developed by a specific manufacturer on the basis that bread is baked according to the kneading-proofing-baking scheme. (That is, jam is no exception). Be careful, even programs of the same name from the same manufacturer may differ in time and temperature of the main stages of the circuit. Pay attention not only to the minute-by-minute layout in the cycle diagram, but also try to find out if there is (and how long) the contents are heated during the distance before baking. Ideally, it would be nice to know the temperature of the actual baking on each program, most likely it is also different.
4. Having chosen the recipe you like, pay attention (try to find out from the author) whether this bread was baked by the author in HP. And "extract" from him the features of the program that he used, and not its name. And feel free to look for the most similar among your programs.
If the author of the recipe recommends immediately combining the dough + baking programs, it is better to find a similar recipe, but which was executed according to one ready-made program.
5. When laying ingredients in HP, try to always "follow a certain ritual":
notice what temperature you take liquids, whether you sift flour, measure out the components ... Do not rush to introduce into the dough unfamiliar "improvers"
6. Do not consider the Borodinsky bread program as only for Borodinsky. This program is an attempt by the manufacturer to "simulate" the process of making bread (most likely rye) using sourdough (the first stage of the program).
7. To make the recommendations "work" - try not to open the HP cover until the end of the program after the main batch, you can open the cover for a short time. after the last stir, if you want to remove the stirrers.
8. If you have already baked on some program, but something did not suit you (most often the height, m b. Porosity), try to bake the same on another (steam) program, and not "grab" to change the composition.
9. For rye dough, try not to use the bread preparation scheme on a combination of programs 13 and 14, but stop at program 8 or 9

For ease of comparison and selection of programs, I present the ones known to me in the form of a diagram

Moulinex OW 5004 Home Bread Baguette (continued)

Note for the graph: preheating occurs before baking (at the end of the proofing)

Observing these recommendations, you can "take care" of the kolobok (30 minutes) and actually free up the rest of the program time for yourself.

Please take these recommendations as an opinion.

I will be happy to hear any considerations on this score, especially critical ones.

I do not have a minute of cycles and heating for Pr 5, 6, 7 (OW 5004), can someone have it?

So I almost got into trouble today. We have been using the stove for almost a year, but what happened today is the first time. I put rye bread to knead the dough, after 15 minutes (it's good that my wife needed to go to the kitchen), my wife called into the kitchen to listen to how the stove began to work. When I approached it was buzzing as if there was an overvoltage in the network, turned off the bucket and turned the drive - everything was okay, but on the bucket one axis was spinning freely, and the other turned out to be jammed. One of the mixers is not clear how it got under the other when it was removed from the axis and jammed. If your wife is not in the kitchen at that moment, the stove is 100% burnt out. Will it happen again ???
P.S. I put the stirrers right
Andrei
My shoulder blade flew off by itself once, but did not jam. I was in the kitchen at that time and immediately heard suspicious sounds. I hope this will not happen again.

I, too, flew off a scapula once when kneading dough into baguettes, all the same there is very little dough. I increased the proportions in the baguette recipe from the instructions for the HP, now the baguettes are larger and the dough kneads perfectly.

Sorry, maybe the question is stupid, but: Did you buy HP in Argentina? Does the number "9" say "Borodinsky"?
Perhaps the "Borodinsky" program is only in stoves that are imported into the CIS .... and for other countries - their own national recipes, so you get a mismatch.

Hello everyone!
I have long dreamed of a bread maker (this one), my mother and sister recently gave
I have already baked simple bread (it turned out well, only on one side it rose a little lower), today I decided to make baguettes, at first the dough was mixed, but it did not rise at all (and an hour had passed), and the stove was not heated at all, I added flour and re-set the baguette program, this time everything went up perfectly, but when it was time to take out the dough, and it should have remained on the clock for 55 minutes and the stove should have squeaked, as written in the instructions, but, alas, this did not happen, I had to turn it off, make baguettes, and install the program only for baking, (I set it for 50 minutes), although it seems to me it could have been smaller, it turned out to be painfully crispy and hard ...
But that's not the point, but what did I do wrong? Why didn't the program work on time?
mailgor
You are a little mistaken, the stove beeps when 43 minutes remain and then it stands for 1 hour in standby mode.

Ten 1 and yes, I know that there is an opinion that baguettes may not bake in a stove with 1 tenom ... but honestly I do not see any objective reasons to fear this, so I am more worried about whether this stand will fit into my stove or not

P.S. I don't want to use the oven for many reasons, and such a stand is certainly a very convenient device ...
