I baked White bread from a color book, article 64, everything is exactly according to the recipe, baguettes from the instructions, and everything else according to proven recipes on the forum, they all fit, only I add more flour, apparently we have such flour.

I bake any recipe I like on the forum. Everything works out great. Skip the forum and you'll be armed for all occasions.

Peace be with you bakers!
lkrolik - can I take out recipes of other bread machines from the Internet and use them?

Well, from all the Internet it may not be necessary, but from our site take any
you will not be mistaken just read the basics of baking, turn it not superfluous !!!!
GOOD LUCK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
wwwika
It is better to take recipes from our website. There is a lot of yeast in the recipes in the book, especially there is a conversion table from dry to fresh pressed. Why do you need so much yeast?
I started with Italian bread from Admin, then Borodinsky bread with Borodino mixture, and then it was impossible to stop! So many delicious things !!!

and be sure to purchase kitchen scale (if, of course, you have not already done this), this is simply necessary!
It is better to weigh the ingredients on a scale, rather than measure them in glasses (even if measured).
Then the recipes will not be approximate.

I can add from myself: I bake white bread from a recipe book, rye bread several times, everything is sweet and charlotte (reduce the crust to the very bottom, otherwise it burns), all the recipes are correct, but I still stand in front of the units for the first 5 minutes and follow batch! The site also has super recipes that fit our stove, but still you have to look after the batch! Conclusion: if you want smooth and tasty bread, watch the kneading and 15 minutes before baking! Good luck!

Exactly, exactly. Very handy with weights.
They turned my whole culinary life upside down!

Thank you very much for your answers! And for so many answers! ) I am very glad that there is such a friendly site! :))
I have a scale :) I even have a minzurka to measure out liquids (glasses are different;)
I still have little experience! :) I just want to get to the All-Russian Exhibition Center and buy some necessities for Borodino bread! :))

I, too, have a fresh 5004 and also the cap does not fit snugly! This does not affect the quality of bread and baguettes! But I read somewhere that a draft can affect the raising of the dough and therefore I close the window when I am going to bake! The stove is on a wide windowsill!

Well, I accidentally stumbled upon this forum and yesterday I bought the Mulinex OW 5004 oven and today I baked the first SUPER bread !!!

Thank you, tell me who the thread made the dough for dumplings in the oven, give the recipe a proven one, otherwise I always did it by eye, but everything needs to be in the oven exactly in grams
macaroni
founder, only yesterday made dumplings. I tried several recipes, and the coolest one: 1 egg, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of salt, 200g. milk and 500 gr. flour. We put the dough on the mode, and after 10 minutes add 1.2 tbsp. spoons rast. oils. After 25 min. turn it off and you can put it in a bag for 15-30 minutes.

1 tbsp. spoon of salt
Macaronia little too much salt?
macaroni
Panevg1943, you know, when you try the dough, it tastes absolutely normal (and not salty and not bland) You just have to take it without a slide. : flowers: Although the taste and color ....: DMme usually 1 portion is not enough and while I'm sculpting the first one, I put 2 portions of dough at once.

Continue to do by eye as recently as Friday did dumplings - 2 eggs, a mug of water, 1 teaspoon of salt and flour. and how many - who knows, she sat next to the stove, poked her fingers with a spatula and poured flour from a mug-sieve.

Yesterday I decided to bake Auverne rye bread (from a recipe book) and oh, horror, nothing turned out the crust turned brown, and inside it was even raw batter, okay, I didn't give up, ran to the store for flour and let's again, decided to pour less water than in the recipe, the bread is baked, but did not rise well, maybe there is not enough yeast? Prompt experienced bakers pliz

founder, to help you, write a completely recipe according to which bread was made.

founder? you know, we have that recipe book attached to 5004, just a solid mistake (n) I baked five loaves of bread for the first time, just from the third start to cry, nothing happened. Already I began to regret having bought it at all. Glory and praise to our site - when I discovered it and began to bake it according to proven recipes here, I finally calmed down and fell in love with my bread maker !!!
wwwika
founder read here on the site about the bun, for a start I baked Italian from Roma ...
It turned out the first bread, everything that I took here recipes.
The truth is more complicated with rye flour, but it is better to look at yeast recipes here on the website.
There are really mistakes in the book, I once (one of the first) baked so that all the dough began to crawl out of the bucket .... and I thought, do I need it? Torment?
Use proven recipes, read the basics carefully and you will succeed.
I've recently been on the site, I've even mastered the starter culture and taught my mother.
Delicious! And it is useful how !!!!

Almost 2 years have passed, and 30 days are left until the end of the warranty period - the furnace has broken. Does not knead. I took it for repairs (in Kiev - Marshal Timoshenko 3), an authorized service, they accepted it without problems, they didn't fool their heads, after 3 days the master called that it was ready.
Changed 2 control boards

Without a guarantee, it would cost 400-500 UAH

Conclusion - it is better to buy a product with a good warranty period - 2 years.

In addition, I will additionally buy a protective relay against voltage drops - 220 UAH in Kiev, it will be for all kitchen appliances.

Good day:)
tomorrow they should bring the stove, and my head is already spinning from all the advice and topics :)
could YOU give links to the first, simple recipes for beginners!
och., of course, I want to try the baguette too! :)

Bake "Traditional" from a recipe book
450 ml water
2 tsp salt
700 g wheat flour c. from.
3/4 tsp dry yeast
Program "French Bulka" (2)
Anise
CLIFER, I recommend starting with the simplest bread from the instructions for the bread maker (simple paper, not from the recipe book), you will feel how and what to start with. Here is a link to the topic where the recipe is mentioned in full:

About baguettes:

If you don't have a kitchen scale yet, then by all means get it, it's not a luxury, it's a necessity, yes.
Be sure to read "treatises on the kolobok" on the website:

Friends, but only my backlash and rattles during kneading is the blade farthest from the control panel?
the stove is less than a month old

= (with my vat removed, the closest spinner does not move at all,
and the far one rotates 2-3 mm along with the shaft, and also moves up and down
maybe this is the norm? there is a suspicion that the near twist has a more rigid connection with the motor than the distant one (through which thread a belt, etc.?)

I was not too lazy, I went to the kitchen and checked it (I had never looked at the screws without a vat before) - everything is spinning and does not jerk up and down

And I have a question ...

I noticed that on my mule the bucket was slightly deformed, if you looked at it from above, as if it had narrowed slightly on the sides, that is, not a rectangle from above, but such a convex rectangle

Maybe someone will understand me and have met with this?

The stove has been operating for over a year, I will look for docks for it ...

Hello everyone!
On Saturday we bought Moulinex OW 5004, there was no limit to joy and the bread turned out great - the first time according to the instructions, the second time I made it from a recipe book from whole flour.
Today I decided to try to bake baguettes. Everything went on according to the instructions. I put it to bake and went to watch the Internet. Somewhere 20 minutes before the end of baking, I heard a strange sound from the kitchen, I went to look - it turns out that the viewing window in the bread maker burst and the plastic edge melted ... ...
Why did this happen?
shade
Peace be with you bakers!
La - most likely the temperature regime was violated \ the relay did not work \ and the stove was heated without stopping
bring back to the store and submit a claim
and even catch up with them to speed up the exchange or refund process
they say they almost burned out because of your faulty oven
and do not forget to mention that your stove worked through the PILOT and also
Better that through INFINITE
La
shade, thanks for explaining, otherwise I was already thinking maybe where I was straying, reading the instructions in Italian. When my husband comes back from work, we will immediately take it to the store, let them change it, I don’t want the money back, I like this stove and like to bake bread.
Makhno
I have a Mulya 5004 for about 2 years.
The machine is not bad. But then an incident happened the other day. First, one scapula began to seize and rotate tightly. I somehow did not attach any importance to this ... but in vain.
As a result, a torn oil seal and a jammed SHAFT.
It turns out that you need to disassemble the bucket at least once every six months (discard the shaft) and lubricate it with a special food grade grease such as PMS 100.
Then it will last a very long time. Here I am now in search of an oil seal and grease.
Who has such a problem or who solved it differently ... I ask here;
#
There is an idea to lubricate the XADO shaft
mailgor
My Mulya did not last a little before a year and problems began. First, burnt grease appeared, then the shaft loosened, and now it falls out completely. I want to go to the store tomorrow, although we are used to our bread, but we need to get rid of such a bread machine. And what will happen in 2 or 3 years of operation?

mailgor -but it is necessary to get rid of such a bread machine. And what will happen in 2 or 3 years of operation?

yes, with the stove, it probably will not turn problems and it bakes amazingly, but the design of the container let us down and many have the same problem with the shafts falling out
I also have one shaft that started to pop up, the truth and this can be dealt with if you put food in the stove with a bucket inserted
certainly not very convenient, but as an option
I even before the shaft jumped out> :( bought a spare bucket \ after reading about problems \ and now I knead in a new one and bake in the old one for someone it may also seem inconvenient, but I still pull out the stirrers after the last kneading and level the dough, well I like it, so it's not stressful for me

mailgor
shade, today I did not get to the store, we have terrible frosts, but I just want to know what they will offer. What if the service bucket will be replaced or at least repaired with high quality, all the same HP is still under warranty. And yesterday after the second batch I could not remove the stirrer alone, apparently I tried hard to insert the shaft and the stirrer on it
shade
Peace be with you bakers!
the bucket will be replaced - it's real
but at first they can take for examination, but it will last one lope
GOD knows that it will take some time without homemade baking
get along
mailgor
Yes, without homemade baking, now after a year of life with HP I think it will be bad. But there is also Cartoon, in which I have not tried bread yet.

HELP!!!!
Everything turned out so well, they made themselves a family gift for the new 2010-bought Moulinex 5004! Happy! What can you, the owners, explain about the first oven, about the first bread. You yourself know what the smell of baking bread is. Here the Russian spirit, here it smells of bread. Ivot, in the baking process on the 1st program, refused to work, on the 20th minute, when mixed, she "shut up". The display went out, only buzzing and that's it. Abydna drool !!!
Tell me, what is the only service?
Ramilla
I think yes. I also have a sad story - the bucket leaked. Submitted for examination
mailgor
I also gave my stove to the service, the mixer began to completely fall out of the bucket. They took me away for 45 days, and the family is shocked that they will have to buy bread in the store again. We got used to our own for a year. Today I tried to knead with a mixer according to the American bread recipe, there the dough is thin. The mixer had to be disassembled and cleaned, the dough climbed up the mixer and got inside. And the bread is generally not bad, I will post a photo in that Temko.
Ramilla
We were lucky that our parents were presented with Mulinex 3002 at their dacha, it was idle until the summer, now I'm mastering it.
I can't even imagine what I would do without a bread machine.
