Raspberry and blueberry pie

Ingredients

Flour 300 g
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Margarine 200 g
Chicken egg 1 PC.
Baking powder 0.5 package.
Cottage cheese 250 g
Berry
(frozen, or 300 g fresh)
1 pack
Starch 2 tbsp. l.
Breadcrumbs 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Grind cottage cheese with 0.5 cups of sugar and margarine. Add 250 g flour, baking powder, egg. Knead the not steep dough.
  • In order for the dough to be elastic, put it on the table, sprinkled with the remaining flour, and knead it for three or four minutes, if necessary, add more flour. The dough should be elastic, soft and tender.
  • We take a wide form (for pizza or Tyrolean pies), grease it with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. We roll out our dough into a round cake slightly wider than the shape, leaving part for decoration.
  • Put the dough into a mold, raise the edges. Sprinkle the bottom with 1 tablespoon of starch.
  • Put the not defrosted (or fresh) berries on starch and sprinkle with the remaining sugar and starch. From the rest of the test, we form any picture on top.
  • By the way, it is important: curd dough does not like when it is “cooked” for a long time, it starts to “melt”. So it's better not to waste time on complex ornaments if we don't want our cake to "run away" from the mold.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the pie in the middle of the oven. Bake until a beautiful color appears.
  • Remove from the oven, cover the dish with a towel or baking paper. We wait for the cake to cool down, then it can be cut and it comes out well. If you don't have time, serve warm.
