Tatar pie Smetannik

Ingredients

Dough
Flour 300 g
Milk 200 ml
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Rast. oil 1-2 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1 tsp
Egg 1 PC.
Soda on the tip of a knife
Filling
Sour cream 500 g
Egg 4 things.
Sugar 6 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Knead a not very steep dough and leave for an hour.
  • Beat eggs with sugar lightly, add sour cream and stir until smooth.
  • Roll out the dough into a circle, 2-3 cm larger than the diameter of the mold and put it so that the sides are formed.
  • Put the filling on the dough.
  • Bend the sides.

The recipe is interesting, but there is not enough flour in the dough, or there is a lot of liquid - the ratio is almost 1: 1 (milk + egg + vegetable / butter ~ 280-290 ml and flour 300g), this is a dough for pancakes ..
