200 g sugar

250 gr flour + 2 tsp. baking powder

Beat butter or margarine in a mixer, gradually adding sugar, vanilla sugar, salt. Drive in the yolks one at a time at the highest speed.
Mix flour with baking powder and add in two steps at medium speed.
The dough is semi-cakes, semi-biscuit.

Spread the fourth part of the dough on baking paper (make sure the edges are slightly thicker than the middle), cover with 1/4 of the proteins, sprinkle with 25 grams of almond petals and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° (160 ° convection) for about 15-20 minutes until light golden brown.

I whipped 800 grams of sour cream with a glass of sugar and a bag of vanilla sugar. Thinly cut 500 g of strawberries into slices and put on each cake, covered with cream on top.
Leave the cake to soak overnight. Very delicate and fragrant cake. Melts in your mouth.
I increased the amount of sour cream, since I baked a cake for a friend's birthday and I wanted to decorate it somehow on top. Still, it would be better not to smear the top cake with cream and take 500 grams of sour cream.
