After yesterday's gluttony, my hubby left for work without breakfast. I realized that he would definitely have lunch, but I decided not to load the man and cooked a “dietary” (that is, without potatoes) pork stew. Either from prolonged hunger, or because of the extraordinary deliciousness, but my beloved was cracking so much that I thought it was a sinful thing that it would be better for him to have breakfast after all! so

Pork stew "Almanac".

1 kg colored sweet pepper
1 can of red beans
1 jar pineapple (sliced)
500 gr pork
2 eggs
2 table. starch-topped spoons
vegetable oil for frying
For the sauce:
1 large onion
2 tablespoons ketchup
5 table. spoons of soy sauce
1 table. a spoonful of sugar (no top)
3 cloves of garlic (through the garlic)
0.5 cups of water
1 teaspoon salt
seasonings to taste
pepper to taste.

Peel the bell peppers, cut into wide strips and put in a glass pan, ceramic pot or deep cauldron.
Mix the sauce separately: grate the onion on a fine grater, add the rest of the ingredients, taste, bring to taste and pour the pepper over the sauce.
Put the pan in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees. When the gravy boils, remove the lid and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Strain the pineapples and beans, add to the pepper and simmer everything together for another 15 minutes.
While the vegetables are stewing, beat the eggs with starch (with a fork) and put chopped finely salted and peppered pork into this mixture. It is good to heat the oil in a frying pan, pour the meat with eggs and starch into it and fry, stirring and separating a piece from a piece with a spoon until golden brown.
Add the finished meat to the vegetables (leave the fat in the pan), stir and simmer for another 15 minutes. Keep the pan in the oven until serving.
Phew, it was harder to describe than to do!
