not through every ... there is such a juicer Zhuravinka (I do not remember the model number), here it has such a function ... and ordinary juicers will not work ... I, here on the nozzle for tomatoes, I thought if it could withstand raw potatoes ?

hardly, the holes there are too small, about 2-2.5 mm.

I saw another idea in one LJ. Mashed potatoes for zeppelin are squeezed not through cheesecloth, but through an Idealisk mashed potato press from Ikea.

Why won't they fit? In a centrifugal juicer, the cake goes to the side, the juice is separate. Let it stand and drain off excess liquid, leaving the starch. Then mix with potato cake.

cool press! just to know what size it is in real life, otherwise it reminds me of a garlic press ... how I can imagine squeezing potatoes in it ...

Thank you! in principle, not small ... I wonder, will it push through raw potatoes or is it only intended for boiled ones? : girl-th: but still the right thing!

Alina, I do not know what to say. I read that they do it and imagined the process. After all, a centrifugal juicer has a very fine grater. But you are probably right. Not every juicer will work. After all, even with one principle of operation, juicers can squeeze juice in different ways.

It's strange. This is possible, but this is the first time I have read such a review, since I have come across only positive ones. Here

Juice will be squeezed out of raw potatoes, previously grated.

Good day! I have a zelmer 986.88 meat grinder, I purchased it separately (because.was not included) a set of graters and shredders of 4 pcs. (as on page 30-article 986.700) and a juicer 986.900. I have a question for those who already use such graters - in what dishes do you use them?
a grater for cutting vegetables into slices is suitable for cucumbers, potatoes, onions - you can make chips at home, fried potatoes, cucumbers for salads, apples for drying, what else can you think of?
grater for wiping - I don't know where to fit it. The child is already 2.3 years old, he does not eat mashed potatoes, so make it out of potatoes-zeppelins and that's it?
And the last question - can you chop cabbage for salting or should you cut it smaller?
Tatianinka
I use a coarse grater only for large quantities (for carrots, beetroot, zucchini, potatoes). And which, as for mashed potatoes, I use for pancakes. I don't use the rest. There is the Great Berner who invented the vegetable cutter. I use it every day !!!!!!!!

My wife was puzzled by the purchase of a meat grinder. Sobs-but, she only wants to twist the meat into minced meat, for more imagination is not enough yet.
I read reviews and reviews, but not much. I came to the conclusion that it is necessary to take even 1500W per shaft wedge, but with just a small capacity. This indicates high torque. That is, at low power it will be easy for her to push the product due to the large gear ratio of the gears. In addition, I also wanted a juicer attachment and stuffing. I looked after the ROLSEN MG-1514MR with an attachment for the MG-A004 meat grinder (screw juicer, costs 460r separately) for 2180r. Without her 2130r. 1500W / 0.6kg / min. The set includes three nets for minced meat, kalbasnaya and kebbe nozzles. A knife rises from an ordinary manual meat grinder (although it is forged in the kit). Overload protection, no cable winding. You can, if necessary, buy a shredder and 3 graters (4 pcs cost 630r) .. Warranty s / c 1 km from me))

Today I went shopping and really untwisted and compared the insides of the meat grinders in my opinion and touch. So, DEX-180 is just a tank compared to the babies of other companies. There is such a powerful auger and a thick massive knife. The only thing you want is that the juicer is a bonus and graters. So I'm thinking of taking a DEKH-180 tank or another model with graters More details: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...tion=com_smf&topic=6745.0
I just bought a real tank - DEX DMG 200

Choosing an electric meat grinder

I barely waited until I washed her of the grease, my hands itched to try. She ground the meat so quickly and so easily that I didn't even have time to enjoy the moment! Well, it's just very easy. Really 3 kg / min. It is powerful (max 2000 W), it has large diameters of the auger, knife, grate. The body is made of metal, which is quite hygienic and simply pretty, it can be easily wiped off. The connection between the auger and the motor shaft is metal, with such power, I think it is justified.
I chose it, being impressed by the DEX pressure cooker bought for my mother. To be honest, I knew a little about this meat grinder, I liked the brand, power and appearance.
The dimensions of the meat grinder are rather big, but there is much to put. Unfortunately, the juice attachment does not fit her, but I still needed a meat grinder. And, having tried it, I definitely will not exchange it for those with juice attachments and graters.
The price is, to put it mildly, democratic

In general, I am very pleased.

DEX 180 probably differs only in design. Recommend
Arkady _ru
PinkPanther, yes, it looks like it will wind minced meat from the hooves ...

Peace be with you bakers!

I was in VEGAS yesterday \ a shopping center \ well, and I visited MEDIAMARKT
so without a goal, just shoot with your eyes
And so I looked at the lope of all at the zelmer and graters and cut into cubes and spare knives and bushings and juicers - the complete set is shorter
I mean that you can not take it in full minced meat \ for me, for example, a tomato press, well, not how \ and take the device and buy what body kits you need
Arkady _ru
shade, I just took the ROLSEN MG-1514MR complete with an attachment for the MG-A004 meat grinder (the set is purely price, a box with a attachment separately) and I am not upset, because it is cheaper than separately, although not so expensive. It is a pity that it is not also found with graters / shredders to a heap. Only either-or.
And what do they find in this zelmer? This is something like a Scarlet at a price tending to Kenwood (in my mind). That is, a soap bubble or a bunch in a puddle. In St. Petersburg, almost no one needs them.
shade
Peace be with you bakers!

Arkady _ru-- - or a bunch into a puddle.

yes, but what a powerful bunch: yes: he scattered many manufacturers with his wave
Arkady _ru
shade, yeah.
A few words about the ROLSEN MG-1514MR. Only now hands have reached her. I didn't even wash off the grease yet.
She will twist the meat, there is no doubt, but the build quality and docking with her own attachments, in particular, with which she came (MG-A004 juicer) is ah.
My wife said right away that she was beautiful and, before turning on her, I decided to look at everything carefully, because if she likes something at first sight, then most likely it will turn out to be Mr., and everything that I don’t like at first works to her joy.
The only, but global, jamb in the meat grinder was found in the installation of the seal at the rear of the auger. It was assembled the other way around: the rotating parts rubbed the metal against the metal, and the plastic one calmly rested itself against the stationary part. I swapped the bushing with the washer.
The second joint refers to the attachment. The shaft is 2 mm longer, due to which there is no tight joint in the neck with a large nut pressing the mesh (if the attachment is installed, the mesh and the knife are removed). Potentially, this threatens the juice flowing during extraction, and an attempt to "tighten it tighter", to breakage of the thrust sleeve of the second auger that is being pressed.
All this, of course, is easily removable (it is absolutely painless to grind off the back of the second shaft by 2mm), but most likely no housewife will do this.
The noise of the grinder immediately reminded me of a vacuum cleaner, but this, as you know, is not at all its biggest drawback. The power of the engine behind the eyes, as I tightened the nut, but the revolutions almost did not fall and the meat grinder was just warm after 5 minutes. work. The knives fit well to all nets, which is a plus, as is the metal drive. The only thing I would like is an even smaller mesh included, but there is nowhere to take it. Maybe I'll do it at work.
The product is definitely not finished (the assembly is not a defect at the design stage of the nozzle, so be it - forgive), so Rollsen sits down with Zelmer to carbonate a puddle.
Still, I decided to leave her.
shade
Peace be with you bakers!

Arkady _ru-

My wife Zelmer is completely out of date
performance at the level of stocks has not yet been revealed
grater attachments - we do not use it often, but it does not stand idle for stuffing sausages
and most importantly \ for squaw \ does not work louder than a coffee grinder
Arkady _ru
shade,
My wife somehow didn’t notice that Rolsen was working loudly.
Why should you care about performance? Should I scroll a cow through it?
Where to get the shell, where to push the cosbus? I want to try the sausages ... and the kebe.
shade
Peace be with you bakers!
I meant by performance what scrolls all normal
That year I took meat from a guy in the market and threw a fishing rod at the expense of the guts
and after a month, he probably came to trade again and brought me such a ball
I thought it was not enough, but I still use it for a year.
they have already been washed / processed / salted
in my opinion \ if the memory is not buggy \ the price was 10 rubles per meter
so you can try happiness in the market

Sorry to interfere. Can I answer you too?

Arkady _ru , a natural casing for cooking sausages, or casings, is also sold in online stores. Some even contain artificial casing. Just the other day, I ordered a bucket of pork belly in a Moscow online store with dostak in my area, as an option they suggested sending it by cash on delivery. So they should send you too. Or maybe you also have your own local online stores that sell online. I’ll just say right away - there are 90m of bowels in a bucket, therefore, some of the local members of the forum freeze the belly, but first it must be disassembled in portions.

I bought sausage casings both in the market and in i-shops. There are more than enough of them. Now there are on sale not only natural intestines in the literal sense of the word. There are different types of casings, for example collagen, it is both natural and pure and the shelf life is long.
Arkady, are you sure it was a "joint"? I have not seen what you have in the meat grinder, but usually it is the thin, smooth metal washers that rub against the metal of the auger, and the plastic stands as a "gasket". Maybe you shouldn't rearrange?
Arkady _ru
igorechek, a metal washer rubbed over the body.
igorechek
Something is unclean here.
Maybe the first jamb and the second are interconnected? Often this happens, if there are TWO inconsistencies, then when one is eliminated, the second is removed by itself.
Arkady _ru
igorechek, otherwise it is impossible to assemble correctly. An m-washer is put on the back, then a bushing (in fact, two plastic washers of the same inner and different outer diameters: first large, then small), then the driven gear of the drive is screwed on with a screw, and then the screw assembly is inserted into the chamber. But not at first the big square. a washer, then an m-washer, then a small square, then a drive gear, as it was assembled (and in the instructions in the assembly diagram there are no plastic washers (bushings), no m-washer, no drive gear. I noticed that all the instructions are from Rollsen through jo are written, because they simply did not see some of their products.

And at the household market or in the nevaprom, choosing the size is not an option? At the same time a breakaway gear in reserve. I always keep it just in case.
Arkady _ru
Dr.NO, yes you can try to pick up. I haven't searched yet. As a last resort, they will do it for me at the factory, if they pin it. But the gears do not even know what can break. The impression is that the shaft will simply stop, but the teeth will not break. Although, who knows ... If she had a normal material, otherwise the casting is silumin. Silumin is fragile. The drive has a bevel spur gear with a tooth thinning from the base.
Dr.NO
In any meat grinder there is a breakaway unit, usually a plastic gear, or like a Bosch auger shank.
sazalexter
Dr.NO, Not in any, in Panasonic there is no scrapping knot, at least in old models.
Dr.NO
In which ?
Dr.NO
The repair kit is called Panasonic TS007. The only difference is that for the 1800th there is one plastic gear, its gearbox housing is made of silumin. The 1300 and 1500 have a plastic gear housing and three plastic gears each.
