Ingredients

3 large onions
100 gr sour cream
salt, pepper to taste
150-200 grams of bacon (optional)

Flour 300 g
Baking powder 2 tea. spoons

Milk 100 ml
Vegetable oil 100 ml

Cooking method

Cut the onion into cubes, fry in the minimum possible amount of vegetable oil until brown, add sour cream to the onion, bring to a boil and simmer until a "mushroom" smell appears. Add the zucchini to the onion (leave the juice in a bowl), stew a little everything together, cool slightly and only then salt and pepper.

  • Mix flour with baking powder and quickly knead the dough. Roll out two-thirds of the dough into a circle, 2-3 cm larger than the mold, to get the sides (I do this directly on baking paper). Transfer the dough on baking paper into a mold.
  • Cut bacon or any sausage into cubes and put on the dough. Spread the zucchini filling evenly on top (try to leave the oil in the pan).
  • Roll the remaining third of the dough into a rectangle, cut into strips and place a wire rack over the filling. Wrap the sides inward. Grease the cake with a beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at T 180 ° (convection 160 ° without preheating) until golden brown.
  • There was no cut - the guests were ... What they didn't finish (because they could no longer), they took it with them. And my husband was crushed by a terrible toad, as the pie is delicious!
  • If not for the guests, I would have done it without bacon - this is so, "for greater importance."
