Chicken soufflé in bacon

Ingredients

Minced chicken 800 g
Chicken breast fillet 200 g
Ham 150 g
Pistachios 100 g
1/4 loaf of bread
Milk 1 tbsp.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Bulb 1 PC.
Garlic 1-2 cloves
Bacon 150 g

Cooking method

  • Cut the chicken fillet and ham into small pieces. Pour the bread with milk, leave until softened, beat with a mixer. Finely chop the onion. Peel the pistachios. Add pieces of fillet and ham, egg, salt, pepper (I took 4 peppers), bread to the minced chicken and knead thoroughly with a mixer. Add pistachios and onions, stir with a spoon. Line the mold with bacon slices. Put the minced meat on top of the bacon.
  • Bake for 1.5 hours in an oven preheated to 160 C. Remove, let cool slightly in the mold, then turn the soufflé on the dish with bacon upside down, decorate as desired.
