I'm lazy, and I want to take my leave! The whole family took the fish with a bang! Dumb! Although at first they looked sideways in my direction, they say, what am I translating the mackerel;) but praise !!! By the way, I also boiled it, 45 minutes + 15 on heating, it wasn’t enough for me for longer, and the bones were oily)) and the oil splashed about 30 grams, no more. Super! Mercy !!!
Elenka
Lily, good health!
It's great that the multicooker cooks so quickly! Straight jealous.

Helen, thank you very much for this recipe. Made from herring. I thought it was delicious, but soooooooooooooo you can even make snacks, salads with her, she's so soft. I really forgot to add the butter, but it didn't affect the taste in any way.
Stop a hundred thanks to you from the whole family
Elenka
Nelichka, for good health! Thank you for your feedback too! I am very pleased that I liked the fish!
Oil can not be added, so its "fish" is enough.
I used this fish in the Mimosa salad, it turns out unusually tasty.

Peace be with you bakers!
So I started to master fish recipes in the cartoon
Made sprats: yes: steamed pink salmon and mackerel rolls
I just baked both salmon and halibut
And then I saw this recipe and was imbued with
But many people write that they have cut the portion of oil to a minimum.
Or even completely refused because of the excess fat in the fish itself
Reasonable ----- in its own juice so in its own juice: yes
WELL WHY THEN WATER

Lenochka, thank you so much for the recipe, the herring and mackerel turned out very tasty, now I will try to cook pink salmon. I can't do oil, I did everything only with filling, it's just super with store canned food and cannot be compared.

Lenus, made herring, cooked in a pressure cooker, only one hour. There are no bones in sight.
By the way, I bought a pressure cooker Saturn on the occasion in Foxtrot for a special offer for 399 UAH.
Very happy with the purchase.
izumka
Helen, the recipe is super! I made mackerel stewing for 6 hours - even the ridge is soft. Store canned food is resting!

Vasilissa
Elenka, and from my family a tremendous THANKS for a wonderful recipe! I cooked mackerel, stewed in a cartoon for 6 hours and 4 hours on heating, because I put it overnight. The bones just melted in my mouth. Fish taste is a dream! I will do it more than once.

Nice fish!

Elenka, huge thanks from my family for this recipe!
I was making mackerel. Together with onions I added carrots, and instead of citric acid - the juice of one lemon. Extinguishing mode for 6 hours.
And then, taking out the fish, I added peeled and chopped potatoes + a little water to the multicooker saucepan. Extinguishing mode for 2 hours. It was very tasty!

irysska
Lena, I also cooked a fish
I wanted to buy herring, but in Velmart it looked like the catch of 1850, so I bought a pretty mackerel.
I have 4 fish. - just 2 layers turned out.
Cooking in a pressure cooker Saturn, program Stew 60 min. - haven't tried it yet - it cools down, smell
I added a carrot (1 medium-sized), instead of spices for fish - peppercorns + ground black pepper + 1 small lavrushka + coriander seeds.
Instead of citric acid, I used 1/2 lemon juice. Aaaa, 5 tbsp more butter. l.
Here is my fish

Several times I did Brand 4.5 hours in a multicooker.

Yesterday I cooked in the Polaris 0305 Pressure Cooker. Slow Cooker mode, pressure - 1, time - 60 min. It turned out great! Everything is strictly according to the recipe!

Thanks for the recipe. The first time in Liberty SLE was cooking, the smell is horror. My husband died with pleasure, but I could only try the next day, everything smelled like herring. Mom even left home. I didn’t risk repeating again. I really wanted to. And now, after reading the advice of girls on different Temko, I made such a trick. I put everything in jars with twists, tighten the lids, pour water over the shoulders. And n SLE for 99 minutes. In no case should the pressure be relieved, let it release itself. No smell, but taste !!!! - NOT TRANSFERABLE! I already have sprat, and capelin, and herring, and mackerel, and with butter and in tomato. Husband drags to work, men are surprised. On the loggia, 2 shelves are packed with jars, but I can't stop. Thanks for the awesome recipe !!!

Interesting interesting! Can you cook it in a slow cooker? Has anyone tried it? And how many hours?
Longina
Elenka, thank you so much for the recipe! Accidentally caught my eye and it turned out that he was just not in my piggy bank of recipes. I urgently buy fish tomorrow and go!
Elenka
Longina, good luck! I hope you will like it.
zabosan
Elena, thank you very much for the recipe !!! Until yesterday I didn’t buy raw herring even once. I read the recipes, and it became interesting))) it turned out yummy, along the way I remembered that a hundred years ago I made sprats from herring in this way. Then it was from lack of money, and now it is out of interest and unwillingness to buy a ready-made store product with additives. First of all, I cooked for my vegetarian husband, but it turned out that I and my children took it all on))) from the moment I bought the bread maker, I had already turned into a kitchen maniac))) and a fan of this forum
Elenka
zabosanElena, good health! We all become maniacs sometimes.
I cooked fish in this way different and small too. Delicious capelin, herring and pink salmon, and mackerel, of course.
If you like tomato, then try this option from my recipes.
zabosan
I will definitely try)) thanks !!! My daughter, very picky about food, approved - this is the highest mark))) and she loves fish. By the way, I used tea instead of water)))
NatalyMur
Thank you very much for the recipe!
Making mackerel is just fantastic, not a fish ...
I turn everything to fish
The bones have practically melted, amazing sourness and spice ...
Made in the pressure cooker Oursson 5002 on the Jellied mode 2h. Only later I read that 1 hour might have been enough ... But nothing fell apart, the fish is intact and softest.
She's still in the pressure cooker
Braised herring in oil (Multicooker Panasonic SR-TMH 18)
And this is already on the plate ...

I came to thank the author again for the recipe, as well as SeredaG for the idea to cook this fish in a jar. It turned out great, there is no smell in the house, and the pressure cooker does not need to be washed. Today I cooked mackerel, 60 minutes in the Saturn pressure cooker, very tasty.
Elenka
Thanks for your feedback!
Good health!
Elina
Tell me, who makes such a fish in jars, how long can it be stored?
Elina
Unsubscribe. For those who have a multicooker-pressure cooker, the recipe is magical. I made mackerel on the "jellied meat" mode for 70 minutes + 25 more. Now I loaded the hake. Thanks to the author and everyone who shared their experiences!
Elenka
ElinaThank you for your feedback and advice for pressure cookers.
kolobok123
Thank you for the recipe. We bought herring in half with a neighbor. So I salted part and part in this way ...
Seberia
Elenka, have already made mackerel according to your recipe many times. With an invariably excellent result I love it when I put everything in a saucepan like this - and then rrraz, and took out the finished delicious product
Lenochka, thank you very much for the wonderful recipe
Ilmirushka
Girls, made a herring in a pressure cooker on the "languishing" mode for 4 hours and left it on automatic heating for another 4 hours, that is, there is more than enough time. The fish itself is delicious, beautiful, but the bones ... I was just upset ... not like all of you - they weren't boiled. What did I do wrong?
Seberia
Ilmirushka, Ilmira, I left on the Quenching mode for all 7 hours, as Elenka advises. Most likely, the temperature there is higher than when heated, hence the difference in the softness of the bones.
Ilmirushka
Elena, if you really understand the intricacies, then the recipe is given for a multicooker, and I have a pressure cooker Shtebka. It is possible that the temperature in different devices and on different programs is different. And I did not dare to put on a regime with great pressure. So I think now that next time to choose ... I love a fish. Maybe some of the girls with experience will tell you.
Elina
Ilmirushka, I did it in a pressure cooker according to the advice from the previous page. She put the jars, poured water and for 70 minutes. + another 25 min. But I don't have Shteba.
Ilmirushka
Elena, I re-read the whole topic, and about the jars too, but I did not dare in the jars because I do not cook much for the future. I wanted to bungle for lunch. We, of course, ate it, but to choose the bones ... The only thing, I think, after all, it was necessary to put on more pressure, I was careful that the fish would turn into porridge, and put on less. But in vain, apparently. On a larger scale, it probably would have worked. A negative experience is also an experience. Next time I'll try high
