Sugar 0.5 tbsp
Melted warm margarine 100 g
Egg 1 pc.

Beat an egg with sugar, add soda quenched with vinegar, beat, add body melted margarine (not hot and not cold), beat until smooth, then add flour, beat until a homogeneous thick mass, a little thicker than pancakes. Pour the resulting dough into a mold. I bake at a temperature of 200 C for 15-20 minutes. Then I bake at 160C for another 20 minutes. Although in different stoves, the time varies from 30 to 50 minutes.
I soak the cake with an ordinary cream of whipped sour cream with sugar.
The cake is very crumbly and sweet.
