Biscuit roll Pyatiminutka

Ingredients:

Sugar 5 table. spoons 125 g
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Flour 5 table. spoons 130 g
Baking powder 1 tea the spoon
Powdered milk 5 table. spoons
Eggs 3 pieces

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar, add milk powder, flour, mixed with baking powder. Mix. Line a baking sheet with baking paper, pour out the dough and level. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the roll for 5 minutes. Pull it out, roll it into a roll with the paper and let the roll "sweat". Expand and immediately spread with any sweet filling, roll back into a roll and let cool.

  • I replaced 2 tablespoons of milk powder with cappuccino powder.

  • The finished biscuit was poured with light citrus syrup.

Filling -
soft curd 18% 500g.
strawberries 100g. (there were leftovers, you can have more)
+ sugar to taste - whipped everything with a blender
