Cooking method

  • Roll the finished cake while still hot and allow to cool.
  • Cooking cream: 1 pack. beat butter until white and add 1 b. whisk the condensed milk into the cream.
  • We spread the finished cream on our already cooled roll and leave a little cream.
  • Spread the rolled roll with ready-made cream in which cocoa or 0.5 bars of dark chocolate were added.
  • Put the roll smeared with chocolate cream on a plate and with a fork draw stripes that look like stripes of a real log.
