Lazy whites in a VES cupcake (for 4 cupcakes)

Ingredients

Yeast puff pastry 1 pack
Minced meat optional

Cooking method

  • We take a pack of ordinary store-bought puff yeast dough, defrost it in advance so that the dough begins to "rise" right in the pack. Without opening the pack, the dough must be well patted until it becomes thin, as it was originally.
  • We turn on the cupcake and with our hands greased with vegetable oil, tear off the pieces, roll them into balls and immediately flatten them. The dough takes up 1/3 or 2/3 of the volume of the cupcake molds - it's up to you, as they say "who likes what better."
  • The rest of the volume is occupied by the filling - minced meat. Minced meat should be taken in volume so that, after drowning it well in the dough, the edges of the dough plate, under the pressure of the filling, rise and fill the entire plate. The meat filling remains open and beautifully juicy baked, which is why I called this dish lazy whites.

but it is only in the Crossroads, the rest sold is the same, in principle, not bad, but as always there is BUT, let's say with the declared 256 layers in talsto, there are as many as 20 of them, as elsewhere, and so on

Regarding cutting, again, how thick or thin the base you want to get, without rolling cut into 4 parts, next time walk with a rolling pin and cut into 8 - everything is necessary for you

If I make something liquid for filling, well, like a jam, then I do it thicker, otherwise I roll out the sheet in two passes

And at the expense of where the dough grows, but there is nowhere for it to grow against the lid, the only thing is that with a large volume of dough, it will turn out to be denser after baking, but again it tastes and color
