Ingredients

Margarine 200 gr.
Kefir (room temperature) 0,5 l
Soda 1 tsp
Flour
Salt

Cooking method

  • Melt margarine, cool. Add kefir, salt, baking soda mixed with flour, and knead the dough (elastic, but not tight). Leave the dough to lie down for 15-20 minutes.
  • The filling can be any (even sweet, sometimes I make it with thick jam).
  • The photo shows meat pies. I also really like these pies with cabbage.

Note

I made a pizza from the remains of the dough. The sides turned out a little crispy, but after the pizza lay in the refrigerator overnight, they became soft.

You need so much flour to make the dough elastic. I have never measured it in grams, I just pour the flour on the table and slowly mix it into the dough.
