Sponge cake in Oursson MP4002 pressure cooker

Ingredients

eggs 6 pcs
sugar 1 tbsp. (200 ml)
flour 1 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • Divide the eggs into yolks and whites. Grind the yolks with 1/2 tbsp. Sahara. Beat the whites into a stiff foam, whisk, add the remaining sugar. Add 1/3 of the whites to the yolks, mix gently. Mix the sifted flour into the yolks. Spoon the remaining proteins into the dough. Put the dough in a greased saucepan. Casserole program for 55 minutes. After the end of the program, you can leave the biscuit on the heating for 5-10 minutes. Place on a wire shelf and leave to cool. Further as desired.

I wanted to set the time to 60 minutes, but the program sets it to 55 minutes or 1 hour 10 minutes. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Thank you very much for the recipe! For the first time in my life I cooked pastries and did not expect that I would at least succeed in anything. I cooked in oursson mp 5002, deviated slightly from the recipe, because there were only 5 eggs (and added a little cinnamon), I cooked everything by hand, kneaded, whipped. It turned out to be an excellent, rather dense and at the same time airy biscuit (I was afraid that it would suddenly be crumbly, since I do not like crumbly). After the tasting, there was an incentive to try something else interesting from baking
