I would like to hear your opinion on the multicooker and arrange them according to the most saturated programs.
Now I choose from models
March-88-89 3d
March-79-80-81 (identical except for bowls)
March 4309-4310 (2 in 1)
Oursson -5010
Supra - 5201-5202
Redmond -250

Criterion-
Temperature - highest high and lowest low
Adjusting temp. - from 1-3 gr
More different automation and control.
Do not offer the staff (everything is clear on it).
Rituslya
Yuri, so that you are objectively assigned to the most saturated programs, then most likely you need to look for a person who has all these cartoons. And in terms of technical parameters and characteristics, you will arrange everything yourself.

In principle, I expected such an answer, but all the same I consoled myself that someone could.
something to offer besides the staff, against which I do not want to say anything bad.
There are no techies, only cooks, but I would like to get help from this side too.
I don’t have 5-15 multicooker to make a choice, but many of you have whole collections and you still cannot determine.

vernisag
Yuri, so take MARCH 1989
It is really very difficult to determine, there are a lot of good multicookers, but it seems to me that there is still no ideal one in all respects. Of each multi I like only some programs. One perfectly turns out stew under pressure, pastries, yogurt, but she does not know how to cook soup and porridge normally, the other perfectly cooks rice cereals, but does not fry nifiga, the third really likes it purely outwardly, and the programs are so-so ... and so on. and so on ... Yes, and everyone's preferences in cooking are different.
Therefore, it is difficult to advise.
Take March, it has a very large functionality, the bowl seems to be good, it keeps the temperature. What else is needed for happiness? Only 89, our girls tested it. In other models of marriage, there were many returns.

Thanks for the advice. March 88 is exactly the same, only a bowl of a different company.

In 88 ceramics, and in 89 Teflon from Daikin, which is much better.

Thanks for the coverage. So Teflon is better.
I have all these multicooker collected in folders and raliki and infa on them. But the point is, while I look and read about the next in the row, I forget everything about the previous ones. that is the question.

I bought Martha in St. Petersburg on the official website in 2015 for 8000r with a discount
I thought about using it for yogurt, etc. - the instructions say that it keeps the temperature up to 1 degree
Conducted an experiment - set the temperature to 38 degrees for 6 hours
An hour later - the temperature in a bowl of yogurt 55 degrees
In two - 52 degrees
I did not begin to experiment further - I sold it on Avito
I bought a staff
the same experiment
An hour later in the staff 39 degrees
in 3 -38
in 6 - 39
I think it's excellent - I've been making yogurt, kefir, etc., for a year now
If anyone has a March - check - set up an experiment
Pour in water, set the temperature to 38
and measure with an electronic thermometer in an hour, two, three, six
maybe something has changed
Admin
That’s what I can’t say about my March 1989, a gorgeous yogurt-curdled milk turns out in 4 hours
She didn't even measure the temperature, so she was fooling around if she was doing so well

I did not begin to experiment further - I sold it on Avito it was possible to return, if the temperature does not correspond to the declared one, the service on March works well.

Some kind of provocative post
Masinen
Admin, Tanya, why a provocative post, I don't see that.

So others write that Shteba heats their water more.

Apparently I got a bad copy of Martha, which does not work correctly)))

It's just that the user turned out to be so curious and measured the temperature in March, while others did not)

But in Shtebe they measure everything, that's all! Directly sometimes I am surprised, but how much is measured only in Shtebe, and in other multicooker no one has tried
Admin
Quote: Masinen

Masha, quite possible
My display immediately displays the temperature, which I set 40 * C for yogurt. And judging by how the hand feels when checking, there is no high temperature, and 40 * can always be felt even with the hand

I read through the entire thread about the agony of choice, but I didn’t make up my mind myself. There is mv Brand 502, in principle mv is good, but the bowl has already deteriorated and the heat mode is not pleasant, it looks more like stewing, it is almost impossible to fry for soup or fry meat. I'm looking for a worthy replacement. The main thing is to cook milk porridge, so as not to run away, soups, yogurt, potatoes with meat, etc. Well, to really infect. The bowl is non-stick, or so that you can easily find an additional non-stick bowl on sale. I always choose with the maximum filling. Truth happens then I don't use it, but it's nice. What do you advise? I would appreciate that.

Admin, bought the same slow cooker in March 1989, made a vegetable stew yesterday. It turned out very tasty, but for some reason "Start" did not work for a long time. Only from about the eighth time the program began to work. Please tell me how you can get the steam valve (the instructions say that it must be washed every time and that it is easy to get it, but how to do it is not written) and how to remove the inner cover (it seems to be removable). Thank you in advance
Admin

Marina, congratulations on your purchase!

Every time I don't get the valve, if the lid is clean inside, then the inside of the valve will be clean. Mine periodically and if necessary.
Get out the valve in the same way as in any multicooker: pry it with your fingers and lift it towards you. And just insert it back. Here, the valve is simple without any hooks, like a pressure cooker.

About the lid and buttons - I'll go and see so as not to be mistaken with advice

Rituslya
natalisenok, no, no, nobody ignores you. It's just that the last couple of pages of discussion are mostly about Martha-Lummi and the Stebe pressure cooker. Maybe you should take a closer look at them.
Of my favorites at the moment, I would also suggest Orsonchik's pressure cooker and Stadler's multi-hindered black cube.

Just post ludas20111 confirmed by post Admin... If there is overheating, then you get curdled yogurt, not whey-free yogurt, which is obtained at the right temperature. Therefore, it is fermented in 4 hours, that the temperature is high, and then stratification occurs.

Ritul, do you like the stadler then?
The old models are also good, the functionality is just not enough and the fries are bad.

What are you talking about? Did I write about this somewhere that my milk flakes off?
If the milk is of high quality, if the temperature is normal - yogurt will always work out, and 4-5 hours will be quite enough for it.Even in an ordinary thermos, yogurt can be obtained in 4-5 hours - tested by experience
But, if even at a low temperature the product is kept in a yogurt maker longer, it will begin to flake off, an indicator that the product is overexposed in time.

Look at my milk in the slow cooker in March 1989, does it look like poor quality and overexposed

Oh, Irishik, I like it very much. Yesterday I wanted to find a topic with him in order to go and speculate, but I never found it.
Soups, Frying, Simmering, Baking, Stewing !!!
Yesterday I made vegetable stew on the Fry first. I thought that she would burn everything shamelessly, but no. So well sealed to a gingerbread crust.

Thank you for your feedback. You can't buy a stadler from us, the staff, apparently good, but my MV is on the window next to it and there I have no place to put the lid, I want it to be attached to the MV. Well, I wanted the brand 502 to be no worse, and there is a manual 5-step mode from 35 degrees, but only up to 130. If it were not for these 130 degrees, everything would suit me. At the expense of March, I'm afraid of quality. And which Orsonon to look at? Philip 3158 is on sale for 5500.

Philips last is also very good, yes. In particular, yes, this model does too. I had a similar one, but 4 liters. I was very pleased with it: milk porridge, soups, stewing, and the Bake mode is wonderful!

natalisenok
I heard about this Phillips that the condensate drains heavily. And the temperature is only from 40 degrees. How critical. I just wanted the new cartoon to be more advanced.
Why was it? I'm talking about phillips. You have so many MVs, which one is your favorite? The head is already spinning.
Midnight lady
Admin, well, then this is curdled milk, and not "yogurt-curdled milk", as you called in the previous post about the multicooker.

Admin, well, then this is curdled milk, and not "yogurt-curdled milk", as you called in the previous post about the multicooker.

Sour milk is simply fermented with another sour milk, and it also needs 38-40 * С
Yoghurt is prepared with the addition of a special yoghurt starter culture, and also 38-40 * С

I don't know why, but I rarely have sour milk exfoliating in yoghurt makers and in a slow cooker, and then only after, if it has been standing for a long time. Therefore, always after 4 hours I start monitoring the readiness, the consistency of the milk It is not at all difficult to approach the device after about 30-40 minutes.
Martol
I read everything, ordered as a result March 89 too! So cheap compared to the staff or the Orson !!
Rituslya
natalisenok, I have no favorites. True.If they are with me today, then all, consider, and favorites. Which ones do I use more ?! So, too, I honestly will not answer: one for special side dishes, another for soups, and the third for milk porridge.
Phillips, yes, have problems with condensation, but also what? ...
It really did bake in Shtebe, everything is so dry.
Look at Martu-Lummi though. Here devouli enjoy and are very satisfied.
I would have advised Phil too, but the condensation over there spoils everything.

Rituslya, Rita, what about Brand 701? What are the pros and cons? I want a 3-liter multicooker, with the maximum possible temperature range, and with the ability to add time during the cooking process. And that there were well-functioning programs Soup, Milk porridge and good Stewing (not languishing). Pilaf, if possible. According to reviews, baking and frying is not very good in it. Or I'm wrong? Please advise.
Rituslya
Svetlana, Brand, who's small? So there it is impossible to add-subtract time and temperature in the process. He is good, but his own cup is sticky. And the volume is good. But milk porridge happens to run, yes. I now refer to Martu-Lummi to add and subtract, and of Reds. of course. How can we do without them.?! I gave Brandik, he's boring. There was not enough energy.
Svetlana62
Ritul, thanks!
Is there generally a 3-liter with my requests or I want a lot? Forum users, please help.

I have one.
The main disadvantage is that the bowl is ceramic, you need to add it immediately. non-stick buy.

Otherwise, I'm happy.
I don't make milk porridge, but the rest is flawless. Dairy programs are excellent, frying, stewing. Manual mode.
natalisenok
Rituslya, Thank you very much for your attention. Then something began to look all the same in the direction of the staff. Is she really that good? Or take a cheap March and not bathe? Or is it still worth it? And we also need a small cartoon, mainly for milk porridge and side dishes. Which is better to choose phillips or redmond 01?

vernisag
The staff is good. But, it's a pressure cooker. I cook in pressure cookers only some dishes, jellied meat, stew, broth for soup, sometimes dishes with beef. Everything else is more convenient for me to do in multicooker, there you can look in, add, interfere, bring to taste. The pressure cooker cannot be opened during the program, the lid is locked under pressure. A pressure cooker is needed, but better paired with a slow cooker.

And the volume is good for small amounts of servings - I love the saucepan

And, when there was no time, I slept ... a few chicken wings (even frozen), a couple of potatoes, green leaves-roots - and in 40-60 minutes a light soup will be ready

Yes, I know that you all love her, that's why I advise everyone who asks about porridge. I have Irinka-Irman, she praises her very much too.

natalisenok, I had both Redmond 01 and Panasonic 10. I like the porridge and the bowl more in Panasonic.
As for Shteba, I cook everything in it absolutely. It is even difficult to imagine what cannot be cooked in it. Although, I do not have the newest model (DD1), but now DD2 has come out - they are generally super universal
Rituslya
And I also really like the last Phillips.
In general, as it turned out, I like everything that I now have in stock.
And what not to like, so those cartoons and netuti for a long time.

And I also really like the last Phillips.
Phillips is generally a separate line for me. I already wrote an ode to him. In my opinion, that for me this is a complete ideal, but Philips is not a pressure cooker.Still, a pressure cooker, for example in our family, is very necessary and in demand.

And I also gave my friend a Redmond 02 on the DR (I ordered it on ozone for 1990), she grunts with delight. I visited her a couple of times, used the device, I really liked it. If not for Panasonic, I would have bought myself a porridge without hesitation
natalisenok
Thank you girls for your responsiveness! I realized about Redmond, I'll buy it for the weekend. But I still can't decide on the big one. The staff is a pressure cooker, but I thought that it was possible to cook everything on it without pressure. Or there is still a significant difference from a simple multicooker. If not the staff, then what? Throw a couple of decent models. It's just that I don't have the opportunity to buy a new one every time, I need one, but the best, but not the most expensive way, unless of course this happens (in pair with Redmond 01). Sorry for the annoyance, I understand that I am asking the same questions.
Larssevsk
natalisenok, I already realized that giving advice is not rewarding
You throw 3-4 models on which you stopped. If someone had a bad experience with them or for some reason they don't like the model, we will tell you. And so, look at the characteristics, design and reasonable price for you. It seems to me like this
natalisenok
I have such versions of Philips HD3158 for 5.5 tons, Marta 89 for 6 tons, or 79.81 PHILIPS HD4731 for 8.5 and of the staff.
Larssevsk
From Philips, I would choose 3158.
And so, all worthy. Buy any, you won't be mistaken
