In January it will be two years since I bought Shteba, and I am still "sick" with her - I don't need any other cartoon. A very good machine - simple, reliable and versatile
eva10
Yes, Shteba is just a super unit. I use it almost every day, although there are plenty of other techniques. And now I'm waiting for the new Philips to be tested. Although there is nowhere to put. But the Headquarters still comes first.

Here's a new WANTED !!!! I WILL ASK FOR MARCH 8 !!!!
nata1
Hello everybody! I ask for help in choosing, because I already have no strength to choose. About half a year ago, after rereading everything I could, I stopped at Shteba, but after looking at the store, I somehow cooled down to her. Then, by chance, I bought an inexpensive ARS pressure cooker - I can't cook in it, the quality of the bowls is in great doubt, and I still tend to the multicooker. There used to be a little Panasonic (from the very first models), I haven't cooked in it for a long time, because the bowl has been scratched. Then again, in the throes of choice, I went to this forum, I saw a novelty - Bosch - again, my general requirements for the cartoon lit up: the quality / safety of the bowl (this is the main thing), good results in porridge, stewing, pilaf, soups. Pastries and yoghurt are a nice addition. I'm still that fussy about smells - I want the bowl and gum to smell of nothing but food. I would be glad to any advice. And then the thought already comes to my mind: he can buy a new cup for little Panasonic, but not suffer with the choice ... but he is small for us, and in general we want something more modern

After reading you, I immediately thought about the Orusson multicooker-pressure cooker, Oursson MP5005PSD, or its improved model Oursson MP5015PSD / IV,
I get great porridge only in it, she generally cooks softly, not aggressively, a very comfortable bowl with handles, the bowl itself is thick, it does not scratch, I have had more than one scratch for 4 years now. The first batches of these multicooker had a "joint" cracked the plastic of the lid, but now they have corrected, although they have scared off quite a few people. There is a Baking mode, I bake biscuits for home and to order only in Oursson !, and a Yogurt mode, from dry starter cultures I cook different sour milk on it. The Manual mode is very convenient in some cases, where you can set the temperature at your own discretion, you can put the dough for proofing, in increments of 10 or 20 degrees. I don't remember exactly now, until 135 degrees, and the cooking time. It can be used both as a simple multicooker and as a multicooker-pressure cooker at your discretion, which is also very convenient.

Last week I gave my mother-in-law a multicooker by Steba, I looked at it / licked my lips, but after looking closer, I fell in love with my Oursson even more, it is of very high quality
nata1
Thanks, I'll take a closer look. I seem to be more inclined to a multicooker, in Ourson, as I understand it, is it possible to cook without pressure? On all programs?
Mariana Eve
And I have Orrson 5015, and if I buy it again, I would buy it again! Wonderful cartoon. Very understandable, powerful, well done.

About the pressure. If you close the lid tightly and turn it as it should, then even if the pressure lever is set to "steam release" (ie, no matter how pressure should be), it will still build up and the lid will lock. Therefore, if I need to cook under pressure, then I just close the lid tightly, but do not turn it, as it should be done. Here.

I study the Oursons, how narrowly I chose: I looked only Panasonic, Philips and Bosch ...And no one wrote something about them, I especially wanted more details about Bosch, girls-owners, answer ☺ And where do the Oursons produce? I'm worried about the quality of the cups

I want to give my friend a multicooker. They have a family of 4, a small child.
Requirements - Good, simple and inexpensive.
Advise something, please, since I'm not at all in the subject right now.

Look towards the new Philips, I bought myself a 4734 model, a good temperature range, intense frying, programs for evaporation of liquid (pilaf, rice), baking is excellent, the bonus is the MY RECIPE program, you can create your own cooking programs. For the price, here everyone has their own border "inexpensive". But the quality of Philips technology is proven. Girls have very good reviews about the Stadler Form multicooker.
wild.rose
Girls cute little help !!!! my head is spinning. I choose a reliable pressure cooker so that the body does not crack and the lid does not explode, without a persistent smell of burnt plastic, preferably with a multi-cooker, with a removable lid or a removable inner part of the lid, you need to cook everything, but there is no time (soup, borscht, pilaf, porridge, milk porridge, stew, roast, steamed vegetables and cutlets, stew, preferably yogurt) and all this in Ukraine for $ 120 -150. first looked at redmond 190 in the reviews they write plastic stinks. then Moulinex 502 liked the multishef and the steam release button, but I read the entire thread on the last pages of 4 cases of a crack near the valve, there are many good reviews about the stem. is already going to fork out for Steba DD2 Basic, but where can I get it in Ukraine and where can I get an additional bowl for no reason. in stores very actively offer Phillips 2178 about him you have nothing, read about him on, as it is not very ... what would you advise the brain to boil ..

and another question, please explain popularly, as for a blonde, why do you need pressure adjustment in a pressure cooker, what kind of animal is this

wild.rose, about Philips 2178. For a year of everyday work, I have no complaints about this pressure cooker. It is modeled after Brand 6050. Philips only changed the design and name of several programs. You can read the topic about Brand - there is a lot of useful information.
Shteba is also a very good option. Her only negative for me is 1 year warranty, Phillips has 2 years.
alsou8987
More about Shteba, find out if there is a service center in your city serving this company. If there is, then ask them about repair and spare parts. For example, in my city with the order of spare parts for this company, everything is not very rosy.

I'll tell you about a new appliance from KitchenAid. KitchenAid Artisan kitchen processor.

Like all KitchenAid appliances, the processor has a signature stylish design. Available in several colors: caramel apple, red, cream, frosty pearl, silver medallion and black. I have a model in red.
Choosing a multicooker Choosing a multicooker

<...>
In general, I can say that the device is very interesting and will suit those who love to cook and want to experiment in the kitchen. In it, you can cook both in automatic modes (however, switching between the stages is manual), and with manual settings, you can use the rotation of the shaft for chopping, mixing, whipping, or you can cook without it. This kitchen processor can be used to prepare all kinds of mashed potatoes, mousses, sauces, soups, risottos, steamed dishes, kneading both liquid and yeast dough. Chopping, stirring, whipping is possible with or without heating.

All in all, the KitchenAid Artisan kitchen processor is a very interesting and versatile appliance! We will continue to study and see how it will show itself during testing.

I invite everyone who is interested

Thank you for writing, otherwise I would have missed it, especially with the NG fuss.

Happy New Year!

Girls! Hello everyone! And Happy New Year !!!

Help is urgently needed. Friends bought a Philips 2173 multicooker-pressure cooker. I found recipes for her, but they are combined into one topic with Philips 2178. Can you please tell me what is the difference between 2173 and 2178? And can you apply recipes from one to another? Provided that people are not familiar with multicooker or the Internet!
Gibus
Rick,
As far as I understand, the difference is only in the liter: 2173 - 5 liters, and 2178 - 6.
In general, 2173 is a slightly revised Brand 6050. There are plenty of recipes for it on the forum. A couple of years ago, I posted the correspondence between the names of the modes, in my opinion, in a thread dedicated to Philips 2173.
Rick
Gibus, Thank you! I will study the topic more closely. For now, recipes are needed so that they do not think at all what corresponds to what. Matching modes - this will be the second stage.)))
Gibus
So they are 90% the same, even in name.
Rick
That's what I want! So that they match) Another thank you!

I can not only "Thank" yet, because the hour has not yet passed.

I found here a pressure cooker completely unfamiliar to anyone budgetary by the name of Telefunken and that's all in doubt whether it will cope with its functions

The Orusson 5015 is adjustable pressure.

In Orusson 5015, you can adjust the pressure, there are 3 levels. Moreover, in the Moulinex Minute Cook CE400032, just like in the Shteb, you can set high and low pressure.

Well, of course, this means a standard pressure of 0.7 and an average power of 900 - 1000 watts. I always take any recipes for pressure cookers and do not even look for which models they are posted.

Laris, people there have no idea what MV or SV is and they don't have the Internet. Therefore, it was necessary that everything was planned step by step and exactly as on their MV.
Alexey-m
Good day.
I ask for help with choosing a multicooker.
MB is the first. Family - 2 adults and a child. We cook new things every day, we don't really like to eat yesterday, the maximum is 2 days of food, that is, often.
Why do I need it - to save time by standing at the stove during everyday cooking, to diversify the diet by simplifying the preparation of dishes with a large number of ingredients, I want easy-to-cook and delicious soups, simple and delicious sweet casseroles and pies (baked on top). I want delicious pilaf, crumbly cereals (buckwheat and rice) without following the stove. The right sushi rice. Ideally, more - fried meat in pieces, cutlets. Crusty but not overdried. And quite ideal is the mode of instant cooking of frozen vegetables, as a side dish, cooking spaghetti and dumplings.

I read the forum. I chose 4 models, among which I cannot choose, without experience:
Philips 3158
Polaris 0527
Redmond m250
Stadler form m919 / 909
The price of everyone in Minsk is now the same.

We want simplicity, hassle-free and comfort from multicooker. And the absence of dancing with tambourines is important.I love to cook, but I choose not a toy, but a thoughtful device that will make life easier and give a little more free time.
I also think - do I need a 5L bowl, or 4L, or even 3.
According to the description, I like how they write about sensory programs from Panasonic - I fell asleep and forgot, but dances confuse - 10 minutes. on one program, then 25 on another. I believe that it is delicious, but I prefer comfort and trust in thoughtful technique. I want it just as tasty, but simpler (if possible).
And bowls. Immediately you want a good bowl, or add the cost to the budget.

Need help!
Catwoman
Alexey-m, choose from Phillips and Stadler, Polaris does not have a very good pot quality.
Manna
Alexey-m, I'm for Phillips. The frying in the stadler is too soft. About the cup. If you plan to fry, it is better by 5 liters - most often they have a larger bottom diameter. About baking ... the top will be baked, but without blush - in the multicooker, the baked goods on top are pale.
ikom
All with NG

I would be grateful if you can help with advice.
I choose a multicooker as a gift to my relative, the first one. The family has a husband, three adult sons and a preschooler. Shteba did not pass the design)) You need something simple, understandable so that it does not stand idle. HP Panasonic is almost never used ... A creative person, he would rather paint a picture than go to the kitchen))
Manna
ikom, are we talking about a multicooker or a pressure cooker? Urson's design won't fit? He has a rich selection of colors.
ikom
Manna, rather a multicooker, the design should be calm, classic, not stainless steel in strict forms and not bright colors. I would like the person to be imbued with and the technique not to stand idle, but to make life easier. I think sensory programs would be a plus. I seem to use it myself, but it turned out to be difficult with a gift ...

Read about this Panasonic mhs181

You've probably read about dancing with tambourines with older models.
Good luck with your choice!
Manna
ikom, you can see Stadler 919, Panasonic MHS181, Phillips 3158, 3167. Something I just can't think of something else to offer.
ikom
Manna, thank you very much, I really think about the first two, I have 909, I like it. I'm going to look at the Phillips, I don't know anything about them. Ceramic bowl ... I wonder how it won't start to stick? ..
Alexey-m
Ladies, thanks for the advice and warm attitude.

In thought. I went and looked into the store for multicooker, and there is a feeling that 5 liters is a lot for us. The garnish will lie on the bottom in a thin layer for 1-2 times. I'm thinking about 4L.

Panasonic is interesting, but expensive. With us it costs 70% more than those MVs, among which I choose.

I thought about baking - the MV will not replace the oven. And casseroles can be turned over. The question is cleared with a white top.

Total left:
Stadler 909.
Design, quality, reviews with ease of preparation. I really like the description of the touch programs when the mv prepares itself.
I do not like the fact that the instructions do not allow washing the bowl in the dishwasher, I cannot find replaceable bowls to ask the price. They write a lot that the lid is not a good one, and in the baking mode, condensation drips to the center, and it is white and wet near the baking.

Phillips. Here with 4y. harder to figure out. 3136, 3165, 3139.
I read about them. It is embarrassing that little is written about Phillips, the forums are small, there are few recipes for them. are they not popular? Are they buying a little? Actually, the impression does not work out - it is written well, there are few recipes and photos of dishes. :-(
It is not clear how independent programs work - like porridge, pilaf, soup - how they work. Few reviews. True, most of the very good.

A little confused ...
Tatiana Gnezdilova
Alexey-m, and what confuses Filya ?! Their new models are good and the modes are adjusted remarkably, and the bowls are excellent, plump. Read the thread on them, Manna filmed excellent videos with reports, everything is visible there. I won't wash the bowl in the dishwasher for sure, it's a pity, although the girls write that it is possible, but this is my quirk, personal. I don't know about other multicooker, but Fili has a good book with recipes in the kit.
Rituslya
Alexey-m, I have Philips 3136 since summer. Very good cartoon. And soups, and pilaf, and side dishes only in it. At first I cooked milk porridge, but then I just bought another Philips, so the functions were distributed.
I am very pleased with the cartoon.
So ... Sometimes I grumble that it would be nice to have a removable cover for it.
Otherwise, I like it very much.

With proper care, it should not stick. But if anything, Phillips has some great non-stick bowls. You can buy it in addition.

If Phillips, then 3165 is better. It is similar in processor to 3158, but it is successful. Read the topic about 3158 here on the forum. There is also a model 3197 from the same series, but slightly different in modes. You can see my reports on testing this multicooker. Get an impression of this series. 3158 and 3165/67 are closest to 3197.

owners of Phillips, tell me which model is better for milk porridges (I have Redmond, it often bakes) the forum has already been re-read up and down, got confused completely, (or does Phillips cook milk porridge better?)
