Whole grain curd scones with frozen currants (blueberries)

Ingredients

whole wheat flour 230 gram
fat-free soft cottage cheese 200 grams
odorless vegetable oil 50 grams
egg c-0 1 piece
baking powder 2 level teaspoons
salt 1/2 teaspoon
any sugar substitute or sugar taste
vanillin 1 sachet
frozen currants or blueberries 100g

Cooking method
