Cottage cheese pie with nut streusel

Ingredients

Dough:
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Butter 100 g
Egg0 1 PC.
Sour cream 1 tbsp.
Flour 2 tbsp.
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Soda 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Filling:
Soft cottage cheese 500 gr.
Sugar 0.5 tbsp.
Egg 1 PC.
Streisel:
Chopped walnuts 0.5 tbsp.
Sugar 0.5 tbsp.
Flour 1/3 Art.
Butter 70 gr.

Cooking method

  • Beat the softened butter and sugar with a mixer until fluffy. Drive in an egg. Add sour cream, vanilla sugar, mix well with a mixer. Add flour, baking soda and baking powder gradually. The dough should be thick. Grease the mold (I have 20x20), lay out the dough. Stir cottage cheese with egg and sugar until smooth. Put the curd mass on the dough. Mix nuts, sugar, flour and butter, grind until crumbled. Sprinkle this crumb over the cake. Bake at 180 degrees for about 45-50 minutes.
