Ingredients

Wheat flour, gr 340
Butter, gr 75
Sugar, gr 100
Egg, pcs 2
Thick sour cream, bazaar, art. l. 2
Soda, h. L. 0.5
Salt, a pinch 1
Vanillin, sachet 1
Raisins, glass 3/4

Cooking method

  • Grind the sugar with butter.
  • Add eggs - beat in a food processor or mixer, add sour cream and beat well.
  • Add sifted flour with baking soda, knead well in a food processor with a dough mixer. Add raisins.
  • Take out the dough and form a ball. The dough is soft, smooth and does not stick to your hands. Leave for 5-10 minutes.
  • Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and form "logs" (40 g each), put them on a baking sheet. It turns out exactly 18 pieces.
  • Brush each log with the prepared mixture.
  • Mixture: one yolk and 1 tbsp. spoon of sour cream.
  • Bake in a preheated oven (on the top floor) for about 20 minutes at t = 180 degrees. Do not overdry !!!
  • The result is fragrant, sandy "logs" with the taste of school childhood in the USSR.
