And I also have waffle "sweets" now!
And the cut?
Accomplishment
I run, run, carry, carry!
Lenuska, you know, this is the genre - Chinese-Japanese tangerine-tuna waffle-candy: in the evening money "Candy", in the morning chairs cut ☝🏻!

Details, observations, sensations - later!

Accomplishment, Proportions in the studio !!! We will find a consensus! Where is he lying there?
Coffeeberry
Handsomely!
But how do they come out so round with her?
eta-007
No, well, that's okay, right ?! And what about me? Were you square?
Coffeeberry
Svetlana, her (Japanese women) are quite round! How?
eta-007
Coffeeberry, Len, and how is her little potato cookies one to one? Are the edges all smooth? That's why the video is beautiful !! .... Remember the flowers that Lenusya repeated. What beauty they were .... And in our performance "good - but not so perfect." Maybe they are not edible in the video? How the ad is shot: glycerin dew, thermoplasticine food, etc.
Accomplishment
Girls, something bummer with time! Therefore, without intrigue and literary delights (and so wanted, and, most importantly, there was something to say!).
Dough - regular pancake yeast:
Redmond Multibaker Pro (Episode 7)
But a part was set aside for experiment. There was no way to sweat for beauty, so this is how:
Redmond Multibaker Pro (Episode 7)
Baked in MP6, 2 bookmarks - 2 double waffles (urgently needs to come up with a name for this business! Svetik, your way out!). Hell in the area of 8-9 '. I wanted to look after 5 '- no matter how it was, I just could not open the MP!
Let me remind you the result:
Redmond Multibaker Pro (Episode 7)Redmond Multibaker Pro (Episode 7)
Since this whole experiment was completely spontaneous, the filling is an improvisation "from what was." Namely: leftover cream cheese + lightly salted trout + homemade processed cheese; coiled peppers, cabbage, green radish, tomato, baked chicken, homemade mayonnaise.
In this form - with such a shell / filling ratio - I did not have enough filling. Therefore, I just opened the vegetable double waflu (double - English, double 😉) and added the same amount in volume, but more "tamped" vegetables. They ate cheese and fish like that, although adding cheese or some cucumber would also be useful.
The yeast pancake dough did not provoke a protest - it is neutral, all the taste is from the filling. Although oil could be added to it to make it easier to pull out.
Quote: Coffeeberry
her (Japanese women) are quite round! How?
Flax, personally I was guided by the amount of filling in the video, but I did not take into account at all that their waffles are of a different shape (square) and smaller. Therefore, in ours, one and a half times more filling is needed, then the waffles will normally wrap up (without overlap), and it is not difficult to give them the shape of a regular cylinder. I, if I repeat, next time I will try in a large MP. Firstly, the wafers are thinner there (bridges), and secondly, I will divide them into pairs differently - so that the waffles are joined by long sides, and at the exit there are "cylinders" Havethe same and longer.
Basically, I liked these "shawarma waffle sandwiches".
Coffeeberry, Lenus, thank you again for this find (video) !

Oh, here's another! Yesterday I had a "gnawing" mood, so I just steamed vegetables (turnip, apple, pepper, cabbage, onion) seasoned with oil, balsamic vinegar, salt-pepper, French mustard, wrapped it together with the chicken in a flat cake and on a grill panel ... The beauty! The photo is only semi-finished, sorry!
Redmond Multibaker Pro (Episode 7)
Honestly, in such a mood - to nibble - I would have done it with great pleasure even without chicken ...
Coffeeberry
Accomplishment, Lena, as always with a thorough approach!
And how long do these "rolls" have to withstand to keep them in shape and not fall apart?

We have a pioneer of Light-eta-007 wrapped it at night (here), followed by Natasha-Kubeba1 from another dough also for the night (here + details a couple of posts below). Well, and I was not wise - I left it for the night. I think if you need it faster, then 5-6 hours should be enough.
Pete - no, not herself, purchased.
Anna67, Anya, do you have cottage cheese? Should be good with curd-herbs-garlic. Only the filling should be damp - maybe a bit of sour cream there, or mayonnaise, a lot of milk!
Yes, I got hooked on a salad mix in different variations - I would have gnawed non-stop, like a hare!
Anna67
Accomplishment, yes there is nothing. All of a sudden I went for cabbage for pies, bought for some reason green and now I'm making dumplings
Coffeeberry
I made a cutlet on the bone today. The second photo clearly shows that the grill did not press one side (the bone interfered) and it was left without stripes.
Redmond Multibaker Pro (Episode 7)
I smeared the meat a little with mustard, salt and pepper.
Accomplishment
Lenuska, krasiiiiivoooo!
I would have eaten your cutlet! How many minutes did you fry?
I look on my phone and can't figure it out - what's that next to you there, cabbage with carrots?
Anna67
It looks like a Peking. Surprisingly even cutting - I wanted to eat it even without cutlets, like porpoise ...
Coffeeberry
This is a radish with carrots, grated in a blender. I only have one medium grater in there.
I will not say a minute, but not for long. I usually navigate by stripes. Everything within 8-10 minutes.
Anna67
I'm afraid of the pig in the grill. I can easily pull the beef out almost raw, and I keep the pork until the sole turns out.

Those sudden dumplings did not work due to poorly sticky dough - apparently rolled thinly, and the minced chicken strove to escape. I ate the dough separately in the form of either pita, or biscuits, or lavash. And from minced meat I still fry cutlets in a multi-pot. The first portion did not even begin to shape normally, as the balls with walnuts for dumplings were molded and thrown. Into an empty skillet.
Pah-pah while it is easily washed with a soft sponge. But the falling panels just kick it out ...

Coffeeberry, and which blender? in the harvester I got short "slices", but here they look like noodles.
Coffeeberry
Anna67, my pork roasts well even in a short period of time. But I already wrote, it is necessary that the piece is thick enough and reaches the top grill. It is not worth overdrying, then it will not be eaten.
I don't remember the Philips blender anymore, I bought it for a long time, 8 years ago. I can take a picture of the grater itself, it is ordinary.
Anna67
Coffeeberry, grater-disk as in combines? well, my shavings are short ...
Quote: Coffeeberry
It is not worth overdrying, then it will not be eaten.
That's why I translated pork into suvid, I always overcook it with the thought of whether it is raw?
Coffeeberry
Anna67, yes, I also have short shavings, the width of a piece. I just laid it out that maybe an optical illusion?
I don't know how to sous-vid yet, although I suspect it's very tasty. But there is no vacuum sealer to try.

Hello everyone!
As planned, charlotte is a spiralizer + multi-baker.
Redmond Multibaker Pro (Episode 7)

Spiral 2 medium unpeeled apples (295 g) - it turned out 245 g. Beat 2 eggs with 80 ml of sugar (measured Teskomovsky spoon 1/3 of a 250 gram glass) until whitening, add 80 ml of flour and mix. I also added a pinch of soda along with the flour.

Panel pizza greased with butter, laid out like spirals of apples on the bottom (you can see more details about the "spirals" that were not quite successful this time here at the end of the post). The remaining most of the apple mass was mixed with the dough and laid out in a cold MP. Baking time - 8 '.
What already spoke, Spiralizer + MP is super fast!

Actually, I wanted to get at the bottom about the same picture as in the charlotte from multi (showed here)
Redmond Multibaker Pro (Episode 7)
But, of course, after 8 'baking, nothing like that happened to the apples, and the drawing turned out to be indistinct. I will still bake charlottes like that - simply, quickly, for us one time. Therefore, next time I will try to lay it in some other way, so that the drawing becomes clearer!

Impromptu! Bread vegetable pies with cream cheese! Instead of a cake roll. And even more precisely - instead of a roll I wanted to make sandwiches, but instead of sandwiches I made “pies”!
Redmond Multibaker Pro (Episode 7)
I put it in a preheated MP6, because it was necessary to brown it quickly, if possible without heating the filling. Nothing, of course, snapped and even practically did not press down. We got such unexpectedly cute things from the side of the seam!
And, yes, the morning baked bread just got cold.
Katko
Accomplishment, Elena, here you are, an inventor, young man!
Accomplishment
Katya, thanks! Join us! Let's play naughty!
Coffeeberry
A charlotte, perhaps, can also be rolled into an apple roll? (Something strange pulled me, with weights).
Your bread is so beautiful, crumb into a small airy hole ... Milk bread?
Beautiful and, as always, with fiction😊
Accomplishment
Ha, Lenok! This time I just thought about charlotte in the sense of rolling into a roll! Probably because it turned out so smooth. And inside some sour cream - it should work out harmoniously!
Hmmm, the bread went, in my opinion, like toast. But specifically, this is half-and-half with water. And the rest is flour, salt-sugar, vegetable oil, yeast.
Rottis
Girls are beauties, welcome!

They brought me this miracle today!

I read the topic to the middle, I could not find an answer to my question.

Help dispel my doubts.

They brought me some of the gray panels - the panels are thin, light, written with a ceramic coating .... the release date of the panels is June 17
And the two panels are black, heavy, with an inscription redmond, with a non-stick. issue november 17

Tell me, pliz, should you stomp your feet to change the ceramics to non-stick ones?

In appearance, the ceramics are very weak (

Thank you in advance
Accomplishment
Rottis, Elena, good evening!
How interesting! Someone from the girls wrote that the panels are new of a different quality, but who? You would, of course, have the opinion of someone who has such and such panels.
I only have ceramics, and it falls off from some panels. Moreover, this happens almost immediately and is not associated with any more intensive use of panels.
Trying to "stomp your feet" probably makes sense. Although there are no reviews on the quality of the new panels yet. And it is impossible to exclude that Redmond has once again changed the awl for soap!
Rottis
Accomplishment, Elena, to me on you)

the touch and appearance of non-stick differ for the better. Yes, and on the site in the description there are non-stick everywhere ... so I can conclude that they leave ceramics.

So far I managed to get through to them.

Indeed, they sell ceramics and that's it.

We asked them to photograph the panels and send a request for replacement.

On May 10 they promised to call back.

So wait ...
Coffeeberry
I am only glad that they refuse ceramics - I am not delighted with it, even though nothing falls off. Which panels did you buy? And then on their website that you can't put in the basket, everything is out of stock. Maybe there is more choice offline?
Happy holiday everyone, by the way! 🍾

Happy Holidays 🎈🎈🎈 !!!
Anna67
Happy Holidays!
Nothing is falling off for me yet, but it's a pity to buy a panel of money to spend on such a crooked design of latches. On the contrary, I would get rid of the one that is thick waffles - the area is certainly larger and the shape of a rectangle is more attractive than round ones, but I like round GF more ...

who has such and such panels
I don’t have both such and such, but I went to the store to whisper "mini-waffles" and "Hong Kong" for the big one. They have the same coating that the 6th baker's panels now have from the last, starting with hamburgers (if that says something to someone). If for a big one they change all the ceramics for a similar non-stick, I, perhaps, will go broke for extra. sushki, and finally buy a grill

Rottis, Elena, and what model?
Rottis
night_furia, Margot, good morning!

model 737/6. 6 panels included. Now there is a good promotion, but .... the question with which panels will be brought
night_furia
Good) I've also ordered it, I'm waiting for the arrival, that's why I ask, I wonder what will come.
Rottis
I now communicate with them to change to non-stick. In this set, the pizza panel is already thinking of peeling off, while still lying in the box
night_furia
It turns out that out of 6 panels, only 2 were non-stick. It saddens (I'm afraid that they will shove all 6 ceramic ones into bear-balalaika Siberia. And how did they react to the idea of replacing them?
Rottis
nene ... it's not that simple ...

My husband is an entertainer ... he decided to give me a present.

ordered 737/6 in one place, and ordered 6 additional panels from redmond.

In 737m, all panels are ceramic, and in additional. panels 2 non-stick and 4 ceramics.

I wrote to redmond about the replacement, and I will call the second office today to return and buy with new panels
night_furia
Here it is. Clear)))
Coffeeberry
I was really inspired. If the cover is replaced, you can try to buy Pizza (for biscuit rolls).
And then I, as I look at their range, so I understand that I do not need anything.
night_furia
And I naively believe that tartlets will appear this year, for some reason I want this panel.

Eh, I probably need to stir up a roll based on charlotte! With the most banal sour cream! It must be delicious, I suspect!
Coffeeberry
Margot, I will want it for the new year)))) It's too early now. And then, this year, I have done very well with puff pastry.
I tried to bake tartlets in a paimaker (from puff pastry, not from liquid), it also worked out great. So I'm kind of waiting for the panel, but in a quiet mode.
