The recipe is for 2 kg. ribs, so divide it yourself.
Ribs - 2 kg
Soy sauce - 100 ml
Onions - 1 pc. medium (100 g)
Garlic - 3-4 tooth
Mix of 4 peppers - 3-4 turns of the mill
Salt - 1 tsp b / slides
Paprika - 1 tsp with a slide
Burning. red pepper - 0.5 tsp
Chili sauce (I have "Bamboo stalk") - 2 tbsp. l
Worcester sauce - 2 tbsp l
Ketchup (I have "Sloboda") - 0.5 stack (250 ml volume)
Sugar - 1 tbsp. l. with a slide
Dry. greens (dill + parsley) - 1 tsp.
Dry. mustard seeds - 1 tbsp l. with a slide
Preparation:
In a blender bowl, break the onion and garlic to a porridge state (you can add soy sauce to make it easier to chop)
Add all other ingredients and stir with a spoon.
Cut ribs and marinate for at least 3 hours, maximum for a day.
Worcester sauce is not to be canceled, it is the leader here! Spend money once, then you will only make sure that it does not end (although it will take a long time)))

Next: put the ribs on the wire rack (do not peel the marinade), put a baking sheet with water down (so that the flowing marinade does not burn)
This is a recipe for an oven with a grill, so place the grid with ribs on the second level from the top (one from the grill).
Preheat the oven: 195C ("convection grill" mode).
We bake for 20 minutes on one side, turn over, and, spread with the remnants of the marinade (just use a teaspoon to stir it), bake for another 20 minutes.
