Chocolate-coffee cupcakes with nuts, cinnamon and raisins

Ingredients

Wheat flour 180 g
Sugar 150 g
Butter 100 g
Egg 1 PC.
Strongly brewed coffee 80 ml
Cocoa 1 tbsp. l.
baking powder 1 tsp
Coarsely chopped nuts 0.5 tbsp.
Raisins 0.5 tbsp.
Cinnamon 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Beat butter with sugar. Add egg, coffee, raisins and nuts. Mix well.
  • Mix flour with baking powder, cocoa and cinnamon.
  • Combine the oil and flour mixture. Mix well.
  • Divide into molds for 2/3 of the volume (2-3 tbsp. L). Check readiness with a wooden stick or toothpick.
  • Sprinkle the cooled muffins with powdered sugar.
  • The entire volume of the dough I fit in 9 tins.
  • Chocolate-coffee cupcakes with nuts, cinnamon and raisins

Time for preparing:

about 20-25 minutes.

Cooking program:

bake at 180C

I baked these muffins on Sunday. I liked it very much, though there were no raisins, nuts, there were only peanuts, I also added chocolate fractions, so there was nothing to do. I liked it very fast, delicious. And I finally tried the white cupcake molds that I took from Lily, all my hands did not reach that, I took 12 (not 9, as according to the recipe) iron molds in them, inserted white ones, on a baking sheet and that's it.
