Crackers for four-legged "Dog's joy"

Crackers for tetrapods Dog's joy

Ingredients

Beef liver 150 g
Hard cheese 50 g
Egg 1 PC.
Rast. oil 1 tbsp. l.
Oat flour 5 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Cut the liver into pieces and boil quickly, without bringing it to full hardness. Together with an egg and vegetable oil, bring it to a creamy state with an immersion blender, add grated cheese, flour, knead a dense dough (if it turns out to be too dense, you can add a couple of tablespoons of broth from under the liver) and, wrapped in plastic, send it for an hour into the cold. Then roll it into a layer ~ 5-7 mm thick, cut the cookies and place them on a baking sheet.
  • As you already understood, we are preparing a treat for our pets, but if you sprinkle a few cookies with salt (I have black and pink Hawaiian ones), sesame and flaxseed, then the owners can profit from crackers.

  • Bake at 160about no more than 15 minutes, the cookies must not be allowed to dry out, otherwise they will become too hard.
  • I hope your pets enjoy the treat, just like mine

Len, I'm not myself :-) :-) to my old lady :-) :-) :-) with a tailed :-) :-) well, and I'll try it on a chicken,: or turkey liver, how can it work out ???
dopleta
To yourself? Len, are you serious? They're for dog teeth! True, I haven't baked them for a long time (my lab has not been baked for a year now), but as far as I remember, the crackers were hard.
Natasha, of course, will work with both turkey and chicken! How it goes!
