Hairpin... There is very little water, I would not risk it, since sugar can scrape the coating, I ruined the bread maker like that. I never tried to make truffles, but I loved our "Red October" very much, but now there are no real truffles. What is produced under the brand name "Red October" is all bullshit, solid soy. And what is "Baby, Baby? And is it possible to make truffles without these mixtures? By the way, Golden Label cocoa is also a fake. I ordered three different types of cocoa from one girl from the Good Kitchen forum. Well, very good."
Crochet
Hairpin
Well, look, for example, to cook the jam according to the instructions, you first need to prepare a syrup from 200 ml. water and 1 kg of sugar (this is for the traditional method), that is, the ratio is 1: 5, but you get a ratio of 1: 4, almost the same. But if you are very afraid, let the sugar dissolve in water, and then boil it.

By the way, the Golden Label cocoa is also a fake.
Basja
Nin, is that true or what? And I just use it ... And which one did you order?
P.S. And I have not "matured" to Sharma yet, they chose between Taba and Makadi, preferred the latter. How long are you flying? I'm for 14 days.
Katya, I read you do pear juice? Have you tried to cook pear honey? Vkusnotischaaa!
Basja
Hairpin, Unfortunately this is the case. There was even a TV program where they said that now (though it was back in March) Red October does not produce cocoa (for whatever reason, I don’t know), therefore, what is being sold is for the most part fake. You can distinguish: the box must be glossy, the print on it is very clear, the date of manufacture and the expiration date must be on top, by squeezing out the numbers. Inside, waxed white paper, packed so that cocoa should not spill out.
Just why I say so, at school I passed an industrial practice on Krasny Oktyabr in the chocolate shop. And I ordered cocoa from Ekaterina Smolyanina, she serves the Elena Stoyanova forum. I ordered KVB cocoa, Barry Callebaut cocoa, gall cocoa. Somewhere in the vastness of the Good Kitchen I came to her. If I find it, I will throw the address.
Hairpin
Besya, so I strive to scratch my unbought confiture!

Baby-Baby is ... almost powdered milk in the form of an infant formula.

CrochetI only fly for 9 days. Two weeks ... a bit too much for me ... And we barely made enough money then. The three of us are flying.

Where is the recipe for pear honey? I will not do watermelon / melon. My daughter and I bought two melons in a row and both are ... rotten! I bought the first one for her arrival from the dacha. And she ... barely reached the bathroom. Half of the guts of the melon spilled out. My daughter ran after another (I told her not to take it at the Koptev market), and ... the same result. I think this is because we have strong temperature drops this summer. It is cold at night and hot during the day. So they got spoiled. It’s a pity for the sellers, but ... they knew that the melons were rotten ... Okay, they sold the baby too ... So where is the pear honey?
Scarecrow
I would first cook the syrup on a Vitafrut gun, and then change the program to traditional jam and continue cooking. You can really scratch. Or do the same as our grandmothers: cover the berries with sugar, let them stand overnight in this form, give juice and cook.

I cooked apple jam here from brownish. Yummy is creepy, but it's dry apples. cooked syrup, cooked apples for 10 minutes, stood overnight. Another 10 minutes - we stood all day and another 10 minutes. All the syrup is absorbed, the apples are incredibly beautiful - whole, just candied fruits.
Basja
Hairpin, you naive girl. Temperature drops have nothing to do with it, not minus. And the fact is that all the melons are stuffed with nitrates, and this is the first thing that spoil them, and when they take them: they overload, throw them away, and from the blow they also begin to rot, and they cannot be seen from the outside, but inside .... second.
So you can only use milk powder, or do you still need this mixture?
Hairpin
I put milk powder in these truffles ... We have a Temka with many such recipes (and this one).

https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&Itemid=26&topic=2808.0

And about watermelons and melons. I have never had such rotten melons, not two, or such a bad watermelon before, I don’t think there was less nitrates in previous years, but they were transported carefully ...
Hairpin
So you just hint: there are so many pears, so much sugar, so many lemons, cook so much on such a program. And I'll cook and post pictures! Well, so without tension (it is certainly better if you open the topic itself).

And further. Here is where we have recipes according to the principle described by Chuchelka (boil for 10 minutes, then ... leave in a confiture for a day, then another 10 minutes and so on for three circles)?

I received confirmation. We have to pick up by eight tomorrow.
Hairpin
Tovarischi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1. Did I understand correctly that a sieve is needed only for juicing?
2. Can you put more than one kilogram of fruit? If it doesn't rise above the risks?
3. If I cook, as Chuchelka wrote, cook for 10 minutes, rest for a day - three circles. Can I leave the jam in the bowl?
4. What size pears to cut?
5. Proportions of 1 kilogram of pears + 300 grams of sugar + 1 tsp. citric acid is normal? If I don't like sweets?
6. How is the low sugar program different from the traditional one?

Uffffffffff ... She's already cooking!

There was no warranty card in the box ... Was it not put to me, or should I have taken it somewhere?

It's always like this in Eldorado! They give coupons separately, 2 weeks after purchase, upon presentation of the check. They motivate that suddenly you will bring it back, and they have already spent a coupon on you. But this is still a violation of the law. This is why I hate Eldorado and try not to buy anything there.
Basja
Crochet, while the pictures cannot be inserted at home, but I remember
Hairpin, but I read somewhere that they will no longer be supplied. in this way they create excitement, that is, demand, and I, as always, "crow", did not even look to see if I have a warranty card
I steamed the gooseberries in a sieve, then wipe them and make jelly, about whether I can put more - I don't know, I haven't tried it, you can leave it, I left it. It depends on why you want to cut these pears, if for jam, I cut it as usual, if I cooked in a basin, into slices, if you drive the juice, then into 3-4 parts, I made gooseberry jam, put 300 on 1 kg grams of sugar, my husband said sweetly, cooked on a diet program, she was 30 minutes. It seemed to me a long time, I forcibly turned it off after 15 minutes. The jam turned out perfect. As for the amount of sugar, it all depends on the pears, whether they are sweet or not, but 1 tsp. lemons seem to me a lot.
Scarecrow
Yeah, juice sieve.

And the mode with a low sugar content differs in that there is a low sugar content. Seriously though, in this mode she first cooks the syrup, then squeaks to add berries and fruits.

I left the fruit in the bowl to "marinate", did not shift it anywhere. A teaspoon of lemon is a lot! It seems to me that there will be a vigorous taste. A lemon is better (the instructions say - a quarter of a lemon with a crust). I put more than a kilogram. She still counts the cooking time from the moment of boiling (she determines it herself).

Girls! is in Eldorado in Moscow - if you order on an Internet and arrive yourself - 5399! I just took it, there was no doubt - I have a garden and once a year - turn off the light, drain the water !!! The rest of the time will stand on the cabinet, where there is also a dryer for fruits and herbs - it is also needed once a year, but how necessary !!! I cooked mashed potatoes, made a bunch of jam, with the help of multi and confiture, I made marshmallow from pears without a gram of sugar - it’s drying out there, I locked my husband in the room - you can not keep track of it and ... that's all then!
Hairpin
I'll fit in here with the confiture.

If you hold its blades, then they begin to spin in the opposite direction. Well, this is so that the head of the confiture does not spin!

Girls, yesterday I cooked marrow jam with dried apricots and lemon in a confiture jar. The jam turned out to be sooo tasty, but ...during cooking it "spat" so much, it was the first time for me, not only was the whole lid in jam, it also splattered the table. Has anyone had this? I wonder why the jam was so "spitting"?
Basja
Thank you! I carefully examined and read everything.
Basja
Crochet... it happens to me, if I cook very thick, even more likely not jam, but like jam.
Crochet
Basja
Yes, the whole point is that it is not thick at all ... The day before yesterday I cooked from apples and dried apricots, that's it, it turned out like marmalade, but there were no "spits" from the jam. It was brewing for itself quietly. And yesterday's exit turned out to be watery (but I like this on the contrary, so I did not add the cooking time, so as not to get the marmalade again, and everything around and about "spat" on you.
Now I put the jam from watermelon pulp with peaches, I'll see how it behaves.
Eleanor
Crochet
But you can share the recipe for zucchini with dried apricots and lemon! And then the phrase about OOOOOOOO very tasty just led me to tetanus. I remember eating jam just from zucchini, well, it was also very tasty, but here lemons and dried apricots, probably, should be mind-blowing at all.
And I don't know the recipe for orange either. Someone wrote that they cooked, you can, of course, experiment yourself, but something tells me that just oranges and sugar are not entirely accurate. and oranges like: slices, cut into pieces, remove films?
I still haven't tried the confiture maker, there was a super-general cleaning of the house with taking out everything that was superfluous and unclaimed in the trash, that is, when you turn off your head so that you don't cling to things, well, like that: suddenly come in handy? Therefore, until I brought an almost mirror shine, I decided to hold the device, so that, already, confiture in cleanliness and beauty! In the meantime, I am collecting recipes so that I can do this closely next week, because this weekend I have planned the last tomato rolls, I have already flown with cucumbers.
It's good that now I know about "spitting" confiture, otherwise, if this happened to me unexpectedly ..... a nervous scabies would start

Hello everyone. How delicious you have here!
Please tell me the website address or phone number where you can order this piece for pickup from Eldorado, or from somewhere else.
I'll look in Yandex myself, but if you've been through this, don't consider it a job ...

I ordered in Eldorado on Ryazanka 🔗... But now it is in stock and there is no online store, as for the store itself, I don’t know, but these devices are about a thousand more expensive, if not buy via the Internet.
Try it, maybe you get lucky.

Found it, went in, did not understand - only pickup? please tell me, otherwise I started ordering and it turns out that pickup. I do not mind, but I would like delivery.
Eleanor
I was also not satisfied with the pickup, but then it turned out that it was very convenient. You order online, then wait for confirmation that your order is waiting for you and drive up. I really didn’t want to go, but then it was somehow even pleasant that it was 1000 cheaper than the price on the store shelf, plus you don’t pay for delivery, and plus I bought myself a frying pan and consulted about the refrigerator along the way (this is my idea - a new one buy a refrigerator, but since the thing is long-lasting and constantly used while studying the market). I didn't want to drag the box, of course, but I was in a car, although I had to walk 500 meters to the parking lot. And I was also glad that I had parked.
And so they are nowhere else.

I have an unverified hypothesis that they throw such pick-ups into stores with low sales in order to increase traffic. Here is Borovskoe highway ... well, this is near the devil on the kulichi ... Therefore, there is no delivery ...

In short, it looks like there really are troubles. Well, for the first time I brought the boxes home, but there is no guarantee. A day later I went there again, with a check, and they told me that the guarantee was in the instructions. But I didn’t take it (and it’s a big one, it doesn’t fit in a bag and I don’t remember that there was a warranty card on the instructions).
And today my daughter went. So she was in that piece of paper where the list of service centers on newsprint was simply stamped. They said it was enough. No warranty period, not a word of guarantee ... nothing at all.
I think that Tefal really covered this line and does not extend the guarantee to him. And Eldorado bought a crooked lot.
But I don't regret that I bought it. I like. And what will happen next, we'll see. It looks like they only stayed with Boo Boo.
Anastasia
In "Eldorado" on Dmitry Donskoy in S. Butovo there was one last Vita-Fruit 2 days ago. I think it's still worth it. They raised the price for it by another 1,000. It costs 7800 rubles in the store. I generally fell. And Eldorado always has jambs with warranty coupons. So it is not Tefal's fault, especially since, according to the law, if a company stops producing something, then this should not affect the warranty in any way and the company is obliged to produce spare parts for equipment that it has taken out of production for another 10 years. That is why I do not like the Eldorado chain of stores - because they keep all the buyers for cattle and try to cheat in everything, they try to sell their additional guarantee for money, then they give out warranty coupons only 2 weeks after purchase, then something else. then they invent.
Lady
In the topic Airfryer, I am now telling a story about the grill, and here I will say this. Friends bought me this tefal on Donskoy for 5399.
Checked yesterday - everything works - ugh 3 times).
There is a beautiful book with recipes, something on newsprint without seals, a piece of correspondence without seals, an A4 sales receipt with a date and a stamp paid, 2 cash receipts - shorter with a signature, longer - without it. All. Isn't that all?

Yes all. They prefer to stamp the warranty card after 14 days, but the check contains the date of sale, although there is no specific serial number of your device, which is indicated in the warranty card and certified with a seal.

That is, forgive the stupid, if there are problems with the operation of the device, will there be problems with its repair?

Anastasia, I'm in oak-oak guarantees, but ... I'm used to the fact that there is a piece of paper for the technique, where there is the word "Warranty card" and the warranty period is indicated. This is not here.
It seems that in order to get both, it was necessary to give them money. I'm not giving it!!!
Lady! I got a stamp on "something on newsprint"
And objectively, when buying something in Eldorado or Technosila, you need to really assess the class of these stores. Although I (mmm) have not had troubles with them yet ... Although I try to bypass them ...

No, money is not necessary (although they really want to shake off some of their fictitious additional guarantee of money, but this is a separate conversation for our new legal section is quite appropriate), but they give a normal guarantee coupon, and again in violation of all laws- after 14 days, if the product is defective, they will exchange it for you and will not use the extra warranty card blank. You might think these forms have strict reporting! In general, this is only mowing down the store and you correctly noticed the class of these stores. And I also try to bypass them - I buy there in case of emergency.

Well, what can I tell you about this, horror and that's it! The company Tefal puts its branded warranty coupons in the boxes with its goods in production, and in Eldorado they simply chemistry. There are now warranty coupons, combined with the instruction manual. This is a separate page in the instructions and still it is called a warranty card. The date of sale and the serial number and series of the product are entered there.

Well, I was completely reassured by the reaction of my husband. He listened to everything and said not to lose the check. In which case, these are his problems. And he buried himself back into the TV (a sign of a complete lack of excitement). Considering that he is interested in the availability of warranty coupons. And to take, like me, the box and not open ... I just did not tell him about it ...

Hello everyone.
I cook condensed milk, 15 minutes have passed (countdown), the sugar has dissolved, of course, the milk is bubbling, but liquid-liquid. Will it ever thicken? For 1 liter of milk (from a barrel) 400 g of sugar, I was greedy, suddenly it will not work). Awful sweet.
The time is not indicated anywhere.
Lady
I'll write more, maybe someone is interested.
As a result, after 30 minutes of boiling 1 liter of milk and 400g of sugar, 750ml of very sweet milk turned out, a little thicker than what it was.
Now I cook apple jam - I put 1 kg of apple pieces in a saucepan with 500 g of sugar, after 3 hours I transferred it into tefal, cooked for 15 minutes and now I will wait for 2 hours and again. But I do not like that the jam does not mix at all, but only whirls under the influence of mixers, and sometimes I have to mix it. Perhaps not designed for pieces, but I have them small.

I made caramel from milk. Cooked much longer and focused on color. I don’t remember how long it took, but it turned out both in color, and in smell and consistency - like a liquid filling made from “Cow” candies. Tasty, but in two days the entire surface has become sugar-coated.
Admin

I also cooked caramel according to the recipe from the instructions, but it took 30 minutes, then it starts to burn, I quickly turned it off.

The consistency is soft fudge inside the cow - after a while it becomes sugar - but tasty.

Pumpkin jam with sea buckthorn
Red pumpkin was 550 grams of peeled already, sea buckthorn juice 200 ml, sugar 300 grams, juice of 1/4 lemon.
Program 2 - quick jam.

And here's what happened.
Vita Fruit confiture makers from Tefal and Novital 1808A

First, I made syrup with 100 ml. juice and 300 grams of sugar, then added the pumpkin broken into the "dust" with the remaining sea buckthorn juice. She continued to cook until thick. Turned it off before the end of the program - the puree was very cooked and thickened.

Jam tastes great. It doesn't look like a pumpkin at all.

I cooked a small portion for the sample, so inside this brew was splashing so much from under the lid ... sorry, I had to scrub the tabletop and the floor, otherwise my feet would stick.
Basja
Today I was forced to cook jam from peaches, when I bought them they were tough, I thought they would lie down, but they began to wrinkle. In general, I peeled them, cut and rubbed them. I got 500 g.... I added sugar, I had 180 g (no more) and put it in the confirmation box, turned on the diet mode and everything, when she squeaked, turned it off, put it in a jar and closed
Here's what happened, nothing got in the way, nothing welded

Basja , the brains of this pan work in their own way with troubles.

No matter how I look closely, I do not try to analyze - it does not work out yet. Each time he does it according to his plan.
When there is enough liquid and time and density, I bring it to the end of the process and do not interfere, and when (as today) it was simply impossible not to intervene, otherwise the taste will get stuck and the taste will deteriorate.

Apparently it still depends on the products themselves.
Admin
I think the whole problem with this pan is in the programs and does not correspond to the actual state of the jam. What is stated in the recipe book with the given programs does not always work out.
The programs themselves also work according to their own rhythm, it is not clear which one.
You have to stand over the pan and look in order to intervene during the time, it does not burn, the color does not change, etc.
It is difficult to regulate and manipulate programs manually, almost impossible. If the program is started, then it will not stop by itself. And this already harms the jam - it may well be welded tightly. I have to turn off the pan myself.
I made the jam on the fast mode, but even here the time declared as for the fast mode is not kept and lengthens on its own.

Therefore, now I just do not believe when they say - I will go skiing, the jam will be ready without me (I could be wrong).
It depends on what kind of jam - it is not necessary once at a time, even from the same fruits.

Today I can already evaluate this pan, I made jam several times, and made a dessert from milk.

There are both pros and cons (and more!)

It seems to me now that Tefal removed this pan from production due to problems with programs and electronics. My opinion

I made homemade ketchup according to a recipe from the Grocery Book. I don't remember the exact proportions, but the book is in the country. But everything can be done to your taste. I had boiled juice from my tomatoes (I also boiled the juice in a confiture), added very finely chopped onions, salt, sugar, spices (sweet peas, cloves, a piece of cinnamon sticks) in a gauze bag, hot pepper ... I cooked everything to the desired thickness once on the "Traditional" mode, tried it a second time on "Dessert", I did not notice the difference.

Oh, in pursuit, I also remembered that I had added wine vinegar.

Hello everyone.
I see that our enthusiasm has diminished.
This is the question - did anyone make juice, in particular from apples. The principle is clear, but the point, as always, is in the details,
at what temperature and how long?
And the second question - what kind of milk do you use to make condensed milk?
I really hope for an answer. Thank you.

I did both from the village and from the "long-playing" store 1.5%. There is, of course, a difference in taste. But, since, I always do "by eye and taste", that is, additives such as vanilla, cognac, liqueur, coffee, even the amount of sugar is different all the time. Therefore, it is difficult to determine what exactly influenced the taste. And I set the cooking time initially to 40 minutes, and along the way I watch how it boils down, depending on this I adjust (or not) the time.
By the way, I have never "come down", although this summer the device was injected with me, be healthy!

Didn't anyone make juice? Tell me at least, please, do I understand correctly that the mixer is not placed and the juice drips into the water that is poured into the bowl? This is somehow strange ...
