svetta, this is just a miracle, not a recipe! I made apples with cinnamon and pears with vanilla for testing. The apples turned into delicious puree, but the pears remained in pieces. I liked both options. Thank you!

Elena, that's great, how tasty the harvest is attached. And in winter you will rejoice, and remember me. And I don't need any more.

Sveta, and I regularly remember you and thank you for this jam for which season. We do not have sweets and I make apples without sugar at all. Last year's were eaten long ago, I am preparing to attach a new crop to the banks.
Svetta
Marina, thank you for not forgetting the recipe. I am always pleased to read that the recipe is in demand and lives on.

my grandmother, who was 96 years old, always used to say that "remember me and say thank you, but I don't need any more." Allegedly, this makes a person somehow feel good, well, now they would say "plus in karma."

svetta, Oh, how I got the recipe in time, I just need to process the melba, I've already thought about marmalade, but here - as if ordered
Svetta
Catherine, melba can turn into puree, be ready for this.

Sveta, so from the overripe marmalade, you won't even have to blender what happens, I will unsubscribe
Svetta
Catherine, I'm waiting, interesting!

Sveta, I report: peeled the apples and chopped finely, put them in a cold oven, three times for 30 minutes. Sugar poured arbitrarily - the sugar bowl slipped out, however, I didn't weigh the apples either ... I stirred it a couple of times, as the timer worked, and when it turned off completely, I was very surprised - the color turned out with a chocolate tint, well, the smell of burnt sugar was present, at first ... then disappeared somewhere. I did not think, mixed everything into one dish, tightened it with a film and left it on the table until morning. I tried, of course, the taste is unlike anything, the consistency, when it has cooled down - you can cut it with a knife or pick it up with a spoon - it does not lose its shape, as it is heat-resistant. Of course, there was no question of pieces, and they were not needed, I wanted something dense, for the filling or instead of marmalade, for tea and coffee. I am very pleased with the result, the taste is unusual - it looks like guava jam, but without grains and a little sharper (I regretted the sugar;))) Thank you for the interesting and lazy way of preparing the filling for pies
Svetta
Catherine, thanks for the interesting story. It's good that at the end you got your plan.

Svetta, I go gratefully again. Today I closed several jars of fallen, not yet fully ripe apples. Made with vanilla - stunning aroma, unique taste. Thank you!!!
