Well, actually, the area of the 7th Mult is twice as large. So - if without illusions, then the power is small. The same is about the same as that of the mini-Cartoon in terms of per unit area.

A.lenka, oops
eta-007
Girls! Yes !!!! I made them all the same! Finally, by trial and error, I came up with a formula for crumbly sand waffles. Moreover, they are crumbly and sandy not only in the thin part, but also in the thickest part!
I didn't want to post photos (there are a million of them here), but I want to show that they are fried EQUALLY. My wafers often come out with some kind of spotty, or white edges. Everything here is almost flat.

Now I'll take a picture, insert a photo

Then why does the 7th heat up so quickly and bake on average twice as fast as the small one? In general, I often put in a cold appliance (cookies, for example) and from the moment of plugging in to the end of baking, it takes me 7 minutes.
eta-007
If you carefully lay them out over the entire area of the rectangle, then there will be no white at all.
Multibaker Redmond (our Cartoon) - sharing experience and recipes
Now a description of the recipe. I must say right away that Soneika's recipe "Delicious crumbly waffle cookies" was taken as a testing ground. This impromptu was born on his idea.
So, 150 grams of sugar,
2 small eggs c1 (you can even c2), beat well with a blender whisk, add vanillin
Pour 150 grams of odorless vegetable oil in a thin stream, continuing to beat (it turns out, like an analogue of mayonnaise).
Separately mix 180 g of flour, 30 g of starch (I took potato starch, because for corn you had to climb into the upper cabinet - and this is lazy, but I like corn more, although in this dough, in my opinion, it makes no difference), and 1 tea a spoonful of a ripper.
Put aside the blender and take a spoon. We mix the sweet mixture with flour and starch mixture. The dough is thick.
In a semi-heated MP I laid out a tablespoon with a large top (almost a ball in a tablespoon). Bakes quickly. Blush evenly. It turns out for 7 cartoon 2 bookmarks. Chilled on the wire rack. They cooled down and became shortbread cookies. Not too greasy. Pets are delighted. They said that more previously baked ones are not needed, only these!

Yuliya K
Svetlana, there is almost nothing left of the original recipe !! Maybe it's worth decorating the waffles with a separate recipe, since such a successful and verified result?
The uniform blush is very impressive!

I'll try it in a waffle iron "hearts". The Soneikin recipe did not catch on precisely because of the large amount of oil ... Your proportions are more to my liking!

eta-007
Yuliya K, Yul, delicious extraordinary. The night is dark, the whole family sits grumpy. The cooled ones are even tastier. I'll hide one now. Tomorrow morning I will report on the condition. Then the recipe can be. I think the hearts will be even tastier and more even, and it also seems to me on thin waffles, for a shortcake cake. At one time we sold "French Napoleon" a lot of similar thin cakes with nut cream. That was delicious, even a purchased cake, which is amazing.

Elena, Did you take measurements at the same time and on the same test? Or is it your subjective feelings?

I can't say anything about the speed of 7 MP. I don't have it. But judging by the fact that he did not cope with the yeast waffle dough, he does not have fantastic power. IMHO, girls ...She didn't want to offend anyone.
Nathalte
eta-007, Sveta, thank you very much. Only today I shoveled the forum, looked for crumbly ones, but I never found them. And here it is.Tomorrow evening I'll try

A.lenka, copes with Liege. And they are the most that neither is yeast. So that's not the point.
selenа
eta-007, Sveta, and if you replace vegetable with butter, you can cool melted waffles.

But I don't like vegetable oil, or rather I don't absorb it

eta-007
Nathalte, Natasha, bakes are required. Delicious.

selenа, Nagy, my experiments with this recipe were long and painful, I immediately speak with creamy, with margarine, with a spread - not that. No that drop dead super sandiness.

Nathalte, Yes, Natasha, I forgot to warn you. Take out carefully, because it is very tender shortbread dough. Lie a little bit and then "get stronger"
A.lenka

Of course, not in this. In this case, it's about the test.
The difference is that in Liege waffles for 2 tbsp. flour (360 g) 8-9 g of dry yeast. And in the dough for Brussels waffles there are 6 g of yeast per 500 g of flour. It is clear that the more yeast, the easier it is to raise the dough.
eta-007
selenа, Nagy, these vegetable oils, milen. Soneika's recipe mentions soy, but I honestly don't have such exotic, sunflower, olive, well, maybe corn sometimes. So the sunflower is odorless and applied. The rest ..... somehow did not dare.

I have both. They bake according to the sensations (I haven't measured it yet) - about the same.
I agree that the point is in the dough, only, IMHO, not in the amount of yeast, but in the amount of sugar. Well, maybe the mineral water alkalizes and acidifies, but this already needs to be understood very well and you need to dig deep ...
Tristar copes, but there, apparently, due to heating (possibly even t higher), all of the above does not play a special role ...

Accomplishment, Lenok, I promise you, tomorrow, before the sun, I'll come to work and everything will be fine. And then the recipe can be added 100,500 times?

No, sticks are not churros!
Well, if you completely breathe in to think rationally, then first the pies, then the sticks (these are the RAMB-09), and then the churros. Although the latter, of course, are aesthetic. But you can't put the fillings in them.
Deana
Kubeba1, and shove in sticks? They are the same. The currents are small. At the expense of pies, I doubt that I already have an omelet, in principle, almost the same current size is increased.
And why did I go into the topic of churros ... they are not luring them with recipes there, they are also talking about some scary to say madelends and keypopsnitsy! Seducers!
Kubeba1
Quote: Deana

Well. The sticks are round in cross-section - the filling fits in there, and the cartoon churros are cruciform, where all the beauty is in the surface corrugation. So if you bake something homogeneous without filling (biscuits, cutlets, etc.), then it all the same depends on the aesthetics, and if you want to stuff more internal content, then sticks, definitely! Well though ... maybe I haven't gotten enough Zen to stuff stuffing ...
About pies. To be honest, I can't gobble up a pie from an omelette panel at one meal (no, I'm not ashamed, it just won't fit), but here it’s nothing, standard pies are obtained. If there is any pizza, then the pies are also architectural excesses, yes.
And from "that zoo", Keykpopsnitsa is the most multifunctional, in my opinion. Such balls are 3cm in diameter, you can stuff anything there. And the device itself can be turned over during the cooking process, so that it is fried on all sides.
Deana

And I will not be ashamed and will eat In the omelette you can pkhnut a smaller pie, the tea will not spread.
I'm braking something, but are the sticks and churros hollow inside? I always thought that they are homogeneous and the filling is there only if you mix it into the dough?
And you completely confused me! And in the socket the churros are not very good, and from the * zoo * it is better to take keypops. And what about churros?
eta-007
Lucky women! On episode 7, we probably can't wait for such a variety!
