Has anyone else encountered such a problem when baking thin waffles?
I here on Ozone in the reviews saw such a nightmare after baking on the panel "thin waffles"
Multibaker Redmond (our Cartoon) - sharing experience and recipes
Here are her words

I have 4 panels: for Viennese waffles, sandwiches, scrambled eggs and thin waffles. If on the first three the result is even more or less, then with thin waffles it's just a disaster. The device bakes the dough so unevenly that in the corners the waffles are raw, burnt on one side, and only on the other - what they should be (I specially attached a photo so as not to be unfounded). Very upset. You will have to buy a separate waffle iron for thin waffles.

For a long time I no longer believe in a heap of enthusiastic reviews in this store, I always check how many reviews a person has, and what dates they are written on. It happens that everything is stitched with one date or just 1 review in general, but here I still found it, one lady wrote about 3 different multibakers, and all one delight (did she buy all 3 or something?).
But such a photo immediately cooled the ardor.
Who has this panel? Same?
Yuliya K
Tanya, yes, I also read and saw this review, so I decided to wait with this disc for now (because of this, by the way, I ordered a multi-baker in Eldorado with nuts - 612/1, and not on ozone 614/1 with this plate), although you know, I also don't really believe in overly enthusiastic reviews, but I don't really trust them either, maybe the dough was taken unsuccessfully ...
And yes, some plates may be ill-conceived to the end by the manufacturer ... I don't need a socket for Belgian waffles, my GF-20 bakes them perfectly!
Sedne
Well, the truth is there is unevenness, but it is also in the nuts, some come out lighter, some are darker, I do not like to fry the waffle much, I take out the light-light brown, it comes out very nice, but if you roll it up with a tube and not noticeable. But also big tartalet girl Unold also not evenly fried, with 1 side darker, but since I love the light color, everything suits me.
At the expense of raw, not true, even when they are still light, they are not at all raw, just light
win-tat
Julia, I also immediately thought about the dough, but the uneven baking is obvious, the corners are still damp, and the middle is already burnt. That's why I'm asking here, we have people with experience, they know a lot about the test.
And by the way, the author of the photo has a lot of reviews, an experienced buyer.
I also didn't want this panel
Svetlana Sedne, so you have one, but there are no pictures by accident?
Yuliya K
Tan, the unevenness of frying will of course be, with tubular heating elements differently and there is nothing to wait! Like pizza makers, there are "hotter" areas here. Sveta is right, and some nuts are lighter, others are darker, but they are all baked great! On round bread wafers, the uniformity of frying also suits me perfectly! And in general, I didn't even look at this Redmond multi-baker a month ago, and if it weren't for these Dutch waffles, I probably wouldn't buy it, since all the 3in1, 5in1 and others did not touch me at all. And I liked him! He turned out to be such a nice kid! Not at all disappointed! Now I ordered other panels too !!
win-tat
Yes, it is clear that there will be unevenness, just a photo with not baked edges surprised.

if not for these dutch waffles
Vooot, and I too because of them

Tanyush, I ordered more panels for French toast REDMOND RAMB-21 (French toast) in Eldorado, they will fit for cookies and for pies made of thin dough with filling, well, for choux pastry - a socket REDMOND RAMB-22 (Churros). As for donuts, I'm still thinking - it seems like I already have oven molds for them ...
Mechislava
I want a panel "triangles" for samsa from the new Multibaker (powerful) for my new 614 Multibaker! Otherwise, you will have to buy the Princess Samushka ...
AlisaZ
Hey. I will subscribe.

from the new Multi-Baker (powerful) to his new Multi-Baker 614
Mechislava - What is it like? The new multibaker - it is with other panels, are they larger?
Mechislava
I explain - the Multi-baker 614 (700 W) has smaller panels than the one that can be pre-ordered on the Redmond website now (1400 W). I looked at the instructions for 1400 VT, it says what is supposed to be in the future - "triangle" panels (for samsa, for example). And to my Multi-baker, although they now offer 25 panels, and in the future, all 40, but this is not expected! I would like to!
Mirabel
Quote: Yuliya K
New multibaker - he is with other panels,
so on a small cartoon will not mean additional records? or .. for each, 4o?
Yuliya K
So there are triangles already for the little baker
Multibaker Redmond (our Cartoon) - sharing experience and recipes
Mirabel
Mechislavaoooh what a shame ... so there will be 4o plates for 2 multibakers? and not for everyone.
Yuliya K
Vika, both small and large - each with its own additional 40 panels!

These triangles without an incisal edge, as in a samushka or sandwich panels, they are more likely for muffin (liquid) dough. I love them very much, by the way.

Tanyusha! Correctly did !!! (y) I personally approve!

Well, OK!!! I will calmly wait for the release of all the panels!

Tanya, and which model did you choose?
Mechislava
Each Baker has its own number of panels, for a small one - 40. for a powerful one - I don't know how many. Yuliya K, the panel that I would like is for samsa, cut, and not for syrniks (liquid pies), as in a small Multipekar (right, someone wrote above)!
win-tat
Vika, yeah, I approve, as the girls write here, they will soon chase me with all my good.
Quote: Mirabel
for thin waffles did not forget the plate?
No, I have not forgotten, let it be better than I will think and suffer, the more Light Sedne wrote that everything is not so scary.
Quote: Yuliya K
what model did you choose?
Also with nuts

who got hooked on bread waffles,
Yul, that's just hooked, I can just sit and grump without anything.
And who hooked us up? ...Ritochka
Anna5311
Today I finally renewed the "nuts" plates, which had been in the box for a long time. Made according to Julia's recipe, only different filling. To the cashew nut butter with coconut I added cut edges from nuts and boiled condensed milk. A batch was baked for 3 minutes, it turned out 26 nuts.

Anna, That's so beautiful! slightly uneven, but it doesn't matter! it can be seen, a bit creepy, how delicious!
Anna5311
mamusi, but at least not one, help yourself !!!
Mirabel, Vika, Thank you!!! She herself is indifferent to nuts, but her husband loves it, only because of him and bought the socket.

Well, I have everything, but here Julia says that on the panels in Redik, others turn out, and they look like real Dutch ones.
And Delta is still very happy!
Quote: Yuliya K
In the delta, they are thin, but in the baker they look more like crisps.

updated the "nuts" plates
Anna, although the frying is uneven, but tasty, and the husband is happy

win-tat, Tatyana, I got these, but they are without sugar and butter

Victoria, how beautiful, and the tan is even, and baked well, excellent waffles!
All right ShineI'm not afraid, I will not touch
Vikulina
Today I tried to fry a skinless and boneless chicken thigh on grill plates. Well, it turned out stewed hip, without a crust, at all ... But quickly, 12 minutes in total. Such a dietary thigh By the way, it is very soft and tender.
Yuliya K
Quote: Vikulina
but they are sugar and butter free
Victoria, handsome guys !! Are they completely, completely without oil? Even without vegetable?
Kubeba1
Vikulina, beautiful, even!

Anna5311, if everyone in the family is fed and happy - that's great!

how I envied my classmates when they brought nuts or waffles to school, we didn't have this at home ... well, at least now I’ll come off

It seems to me that it all depends on how the heating element is inserted - if horizontally, then everything is baked evenly, and if somehow at an angle to the panel, then ... but from the dough recipe - hardly.

Great! So what about us and nat without sugar and butter, really Tan ?!
Like Bread ~ they are the best. Then what you want can be smeared!

About how I "fried" zucchini

circles. they are baked and sokuuuu, but I was patient, turned it over, took it out, then broke the egg there and put it on a plate over the zucchini ~ normally I had a snack. Usefully.
And the crisps, by the way, did ~ did NOT smear the plates with oil. None.

Kubeba1
I'll add a couple of old grill pictures.
These are mirotorgov chevapchichi (I had to cut it in half, it is a pity that there are longitudinal ridges on the plates, Shteba was more correct in this sense) and some other purchased kebabs. Carrots were grilled there too.

Yes !! Well, I'm wondering how completely without butter - they crunch? there is a spoonful of butter in bread cakes ... I somehow forgot to put it, it didn't work out that way ... they didn't crunch at all ...

Yuliya K, Yul, only the plates oiled 1 time

Quote: Yuliya K
Well, I'm wondering how completely without butter - they crunch?
Three days later they crunched ... They are generally made of bran
Yuliya K
Vika, and what is the recipe for these waffles?
Ritina and I are hooked on bread waffles!
Kubeba1

As far as I understand, you need to put something a little thicker than the gap between the plates - three to four centimeters. And somehow remove the liquid from the bottom half - for example, with a paper towel. It's a pity, of course, but what will flow out of our meat ...
From zucchini it is clear - water, but I marinate them in advance in oil with spices, the water comes out already into the marinating container.
These chevapchichi are fatty, 25% fat is stated on the package, which is probably why they are fried rather than stewed.
Vikulina
Quote: Yuliya K
What is the recipe for these waffles?
Egg 1pc
Powdered milk 1.5 tbsp. l without a slide (15g.)
Cook. starch 0.5 tbsp. l.
Oats. bran 2.5 tbsp. l
Psh. bran 1.5 tbsp. l.
Milk 50 ml.
Salt, spices
baking powder 0.5 tsp
The dough is like for pancakes, let it stand a little so that the bran swells.
Yulia, only they did not crunch at first. Here in the oven it was baking - it turned out to be crispy, but not in the Cartoon, but lay down and dried up.Next time I will try to put only the protein, maybe it will be better ...

Kubeba1, Natalia, yes, but for some reason I beat off the chicken, it was not necessary ... The fish turned out fine
Yuliya K
Vika, Thank you! And maybe if milk is replaced with water, it will crunch better? I've compared bread waffles on water and on whey, so they softened on the whey, and on the water they immediately and the next day (if left) crunch!

But I swore to add starch to waffles.

Tatyanawhy? It seems to give crunchiness, no?
mamusi

I will answer about starch. Tanya and I baked waffles in which there was starch ... and our Cloers were glued to death from these waffles, washed for a long time.
win-tat
Quote: mamusi
dlolooooo washed.
yes, I don’t want to remember ... The instructions for Cloer say not to use starch in the dough
Quote: Vikulina
It seems to give crunchiness, no?
When heated, the liquid dough turns into a paste, it is clear that there is not enough of it there, but Rita and I had enough to glue the plates.
And for crunchiness, the same instructions suggest replacing milk with water in the dough.
