Ingredients

pasty cottage cheese (0.5 l. weighed kefir) 150 - 200 g.
raisins 125 g
egg 2 pcs.
sugar 100 g
butter (melted) 50 g
flour 150 - 200 g.
baking powder 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Mix cottage cheese, raisins, eggs, sugar, butter. Add flour with baking powder, mix until smooth. The consistency of the dough - so that it stretches behind the spoon, and does not drain. I spread it on a full tablespoon, bake for 7 minutes.

I rarely take flour more than 150 g, unless the cottage cheese is completely liquid or the eggs are very large.

I tried to freeze it and did not see any difference, no sense in weighing it anyway? That is, the whole procedure is lengthened by another day.

Everyone liked the waffles, and very, very much. Only I added 1 curd mass of 250 grams and instead of sugar added powdered sugar, so that everything was better stirred without lumps. All ingredients were put according to the recipe (except flour). Then I added cake, about 120 grams I had. Then I began to add flour with baking powder until the dough was satisfactory for me in consistency.
What I love about this recipe is that the additives fit perfectly into it. With a banana, I turned out very tasty.
