The taste and cut are absolutely the same as rolls from the oven! I took the same filling - plum jam, sprinkled lightly with white bread crumbs and ground nuts.
I made 3 rolls so that it was more convenient to put them in a pizza maker. The approximate size of the rolled layer is visible from the markings on the mat. The first roll turned out to be the most successful and lay down a little with a bend in the pizza maker perfectly, the second I put in the middle with straight lines, and in the third there was a little more filling than needed, because of this it turned out to be more shapeless, and even went badly ... immediately correct him, but did not move him once more, so as not to permanently injure. It was clear that a handsome man would hardly come out of him, all the more so because of his plumpness, the "frying" from the top ten was provided for him and was quite predictable. But, during baking, he can also squeeze too close to the middle roll - I definitely did not count on this! Despite this, the end result is quite positive - the rolls looked beautiful on the plate and no one noticed the difference! The rolls were perfectly baked, even in those places where they were stuck in barrels, so now I will make them in the pizza maker too! Moreover, judging by the first roll, it is quite possible to achieve a beautiful shape and uniform roastiness here !! After 30 minutes of proofing in a pizza maker, baked from cold for 20 minutes at 180 degrees + 5 minutes on off. stove. There is always a Teflon mesh underneath the rug.
