I have had an ice cream maker for a year now, but I can't find an ice cream recipe for us. We actually love plain vanilla ice cream the most, but the homemade ice cream didn't quite match the taste and consistency of the store.
And now it seems to have worked!
I have a 1100 ml ice cream maker. Just in case, I'll write down here the layout in grams per serving in my ice cream maker. This is a standard size, it may be useful to someone else.
Cream (I have 20%) 300 grams
Condensed milk 140 grams
Cream cheese 140 grams
I cooled the cream from the fridge for an hour in the freezer, whipped it lightly with a whisk mixer, while continuing to beat, gradually added cheese, then condensed milk, vanilla sugar. Placed in an ice cream maker, freeze for 50 minutes. The spatula did not stop, but the consistency became like thick, thick sour cream. Further into the freezer.
The result is an ice cream of wonderful plombiry taste - finally what I wanted!
Maybe with more heavy cream the ice cream from the freezer will be softer, I don't know, but it tastes great, it is quite possible to use such cream.
