For me, P1 is still in 1st place, it bakes faster (albeit for 5-7 minutes, but still), the top and bottom in my copy heats the same way, and the baked goods are still tinted better, I love the tanned top. In P2 there is a more delicate "tan", by no means white, just slightly less than P1.
P2 is more delicate and slow-moving (although I bake everything at max), and for some it may turn out to be "+".
For pies with raw filling or very sweet P2, it is preferable, the filling will have time to cook, the top will not burn, and the bottom will be saved by a Teflon mesh. But I bake these in a gas / oven.
While these are the thoughts, we still need to use P2.
