Ingredients

oatmeal (NOT instant) 300gr
pumpkin seeds 50gr
unroasted nuts (almonds, hazelnuts) 100gr
dried cranberries (with ayherb) 30gr
honey 2 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • I had seen enough, read a lot and decided that it was time to make this popular breakfast product myself. It was very curious - what it is, why everyone loves her so much.
  • It turned out that granola is so easy to make by yourself, everything is incredibly simple and fast.
  • In fact, there are a lot of recipes for making homemade granola, but they are all similar, the main thing is oatmeal. And nuts, dried fruits and other additives can be added at will.
  • In a large bowl, combine oatmeal, nuts and seeds.
  • In a small saucepan, mix vegetable oil and honey, heat the mixture over low heat. Then pour immediately into the bowl of the oatmeal mixture.
  • Mix everything well
  • In a pizza maker
  • Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in an even layer. I used a 30cm pizza pan. Bake, stirring every 5-10 minutes, until golden brown, 20 minutes.
  • I added cranberries, closed and left for another 5-7 minutes. Allow the finished granola to cool in the mold to room temperature.

  • In the oven
  • Put the mixture on a prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 C, stirring every 5-10 minutes, until golden brown, 20-25 minutes.
  • Add cranberries. Allow the finished granola to cool on a baking sheet to room temperature. Store in a well sealed container for no more than a month.

  • By adding yogurt, we get an independent dessert.
