Tart with red wine in the pizza maker Princess 115001

Ingredients

Dough
Flour / s 150g
Plum butter / margarine 75g
Ice water 3-4 st / l
Baking powder 0.5 h / l
Vanillin on the tip of a knife
Salt pinch
Filling
Dry red wine 180 ml
Sugar 55 g
Flour 1 tbsp / l with a small slide
Cinnamon 2/3 h / l
Oil drain. 10g
Raisins blue 40g
shape d = 20 cm h = 3.5 cm

Cooking method

  • Tart with red wine in the pizza maker Princess 115001
  • Cooking chopped dough.
  • I do this in the grinder, pour flour, salt, baking powder, vanillin, frozen plum / butter or margarine cut into pieces into the bowl and turn it on for about 20 seconds, it turns out a small, very cold crumb. I pour in ice water, at first 3 tbsp / l, and again I scroll, the dough should begin to clump, if this does not happen (depending on the flour), then I add another 1 spoonful of water. We collect the dough into a lump, it turns out not sticky.

  • Put in a bag and put in the refrigerator for min 30 minutes. Roll out the rested dough under a film on a table slightly dusty with flour or a silicone mat, or simply distribute it by hand over a greased one (I greased Guy oil ) form, I have this

  • Sprinkle the bottom with flour

  • Top with cinnamon sugar (cinnamon optional)

  • We spread the raisins

  • Pouring wine
  • Tart with red wine in the pizza maker Princess 115001
  • We put the mold on a Teflon grid in a pizza maker, put the plum / butter cut into small pieces (I forgot to take a picture) and turn it on at max, time 30 minutes.
  • Tart with red wine in the pizza maker Princess 115001
  • I suspect that now they will begin to say that the form is too small for a pizza maker, and that this cannot be done, and the area is not used rationally, but ... nothing terrible happens in this case.
  • We open our oven, the filling in the tart still seems liquid and gurgles a little, like a puree soup. We take it out and let it cool in the form, after cooling the filling thickens. Then, as you wish, you can pull it out of the mold, the dough holds it well, does not fall apart, or you can leave it there.

  • The sides of the tart are tinted well, considering that there is no sugar in the dough
  • Tart with red wine in the pizza maker Princess 115001
  • The dough is not at all dull, well crumbly, the filling keeps its shape perfectly

  • Thanks to the Teflon mesh, the bottom of the cake is not burnt

Pizza maker Princess 115001

Note

I must say right away that the tart is not for children, after baking it smells very strong of wine, after cooling it is less. The filling turns out like wine jam, but for a red wine lover, I think raisins can be completely replaced with prunes, it will probably be even tastier.

According to the recipe, you need to bake in the oven, where the wine evaporates better and the filling thickens faster.
Put in an oven preheated to 230 C for 15 minutes. Reduce to 200C and bake for another 10 minutes. or until the filling thickens.
But at the pizza maker it turned out just as well.

... Yes, yes, that in Cyprus, that in Moldova there is a large selection of wines ... as soon as I come to, I will definitely do ...

win-tatwhat an amazing recipe! Probably during baking and cooling the whole house smells of wine and alcohol.
win-tat
Tatyana, not at all, maybe because it baked in the Princess, where evaporation is not so active. At the end of baking, a pleasant wine "bouquet" appeared, but not alcoholic for sure. The cake itself, as I already wrote in the note, while cooling down, naturally smelled, but not for the whole house.
I think connoisseurs good dry red wine, these aromas will not irritate, but the rest simply will not cook it
Yuliya K
Tanya, hurray, I baked it - so far the demo version is true, but it was so interesting for me to try the filling that I decided to use the test for curd strudel and check it out on tarts at the same time. My shape is 27 cm, the wine was exactly 200 ml, well, I also slightly increased the flour and sugar. The cut will only be tomorrow, apparently, it is still hot and the people ate strudel, but I already licked the filling - sooo tasty, I think it really doesn't matter what kind of dough is here! The most important thing here is the filling! With her, I also fiddled a little - I still had a plum cut for strudel, so I added that, and a little prunes, and a little raisins. I baked in the oven, since I first baked strudel. Of course, it smelled of wine when it was baked, but the smell was not at all "heartbreaking", something like mulled wine with caramel and prunes. I think this will be one of my favorite recipes !! And then I often have a glass of wine hanging in the bottle !! Catch another thank you, Tanyusha!

Yulechka, the photo is gorgeous, with plums, with prunes, the filling for wine is class! It really doesn't matter what kind of dough, the main thing is that it is neutral and not sweet, because the filling has the "first fiddle" and it shouldn't clog it.

Urrah, I hope my opinion will not change after the bite.
Thanks for the pictures and the new dough, I missed it for something, I'll go and see it too.

Cutter! The dough is thin, slightly layered, although not crumbly, but as a substrate for a juicy tasty filling it is quite suitable!

This is delicious!!!
Well, everything, you can breathe out, Yulechka, I am very glad that the filling was to your taste.
And today I baked it again, but I have already tried it in the oven, it is getting cold. It looks one to one like from the Princess, it took the same amount of time to bake, the aroma during baking is really pleasant, like mulled wine. The base of the tart turned out to be crisper, and the filling is thicker, but the taste is exactly the same (I did not change anything in the filling specifically to compare)

win-tat, Tanechka, congratulations !!!
I haven't cooked yet, but I will definitely. It seems to me for my family ~ it will be more successful in winter. On rainy days, when the folder is at home and not at sea, the whole family is here! I want strong tea at dusk and sit comfortably on the couch, throwing a shawl!
The tart is extraordinary, not ON RUN!
We must do it with heart and thought!
Wine ~ homemade ...
I'll bake ~ boast!
Thank you!!!
win-tat
Oh, Rita, you painted a warm and cozy house so cool that I already wanted it in the winter, only with us not with rain, but with a blizzard and snow, but it's still good, outside the window it is twilight, frost crackles, and the house is warm and smells of pastries with spices ...
And with home wine it is generally gorgeous
Thank you !
Elena_Kamch
Oh, girls, how mentally they painted pictures! And mulled wine with spices for such a tart and a frosty evening ... or an autumn rainy
win-tat
Yeah, Lenochka, come on join

win-tat, Tanya, and in the oven at what temperature is the oven?
win-tat
Lena, wrote in a note to the recipe:
Quote: win-tat
Put in an oven preheated to 230 C for 15 minutes. Reduce to 200C and bake for another 10 minutes. or until the filling thickens.
But look at your oven, if it burns strongly, then you can reduce the heating.
I baked on this t, there is no sugar in the dough, so it doesn't burn, but only dries up a little.
Elena_Kamch
Oh, thanks to the Elephant, I did not notice
Baking at 250-230 Cooling down
win-tat
LenochkaAs it cools down, I'm waiting for impressions.
Elena_Kamch
Cool ...
It did not become very quickly. Even a photo of a piece is not. As soon as I got it I managed to take a picture ...
Deliciousness, melts in your mouth
I made a little gag. The apple was sad, I added it and instead of flour half a teaspoon of agar-agar.
Next time I'll try to make it with port and add more spices
Tanechka, thank you!

Tanya! Tell me, can you put prunes instead of dark raisins (well, no skill! У)? Smoked? (Presented to me! 👍) Will it be tasty? Or replacements are not allowed?

Svetikthanks for the hint.
Guzel, I'm not sure about smoked, I've never tried it, I don't know how this aroma will combine with wine. But if you like it, then why not give it a try.
