Bijou, Lena, I’ve read it somewhere above, but I forgot ... What do you most often use pizza makers for?
For zucchini !!!! My husband is a big fan and they grow well with me.)) Therefore, I fry regularly and in large quantities (then I cook in the oven or microwave with sour cream) Here, IMHO, it's better than in the Princess, they never worked for me anywhere, but fry in a frying pan by the stove is generally some kind of masochism.

Flatbread. Lot. Various. Like focaccia, but with different seasonings / aromas / flavors. And to the full height, otherwise ugly.
Quick-and-go pizza. I like it more in the oven, but also more trouble.
Potatoes, stewed and fried with just about anything (based on "a la French"). Or other vegetables / stews.
Vegetable pancakes.

I haven't tried fish, but meat burns. Therefore, Tristar was purchased in addition - to reduce power. And cook in the summer on the balcony.

Pies, biscuits, muffins, cakes were tasted once at the dawn of our relationship with the Princess and ... set aside. If there is an oven, then it is a sin not to use it if it tastes better (and faster if a lot). And the heels of cutlets - then on induction it seems as if it is not more economical (gas in the house is liquefied and is not in demand), and there is no need to adapt.
But for sure there is something else from the dishes, I just don't remember right away ... Wow, I haven't tried the pancakes, but I'm going for sure!

But overall I'm a bad role model. Somehow it always turns out for me that there are no generalists - each of the devices does one thing, even in three cartoons the dishes do not overlap. So take an example from those members of the forum who have everything in the world in these stoves.
Sibelis
Bijoumaybe it’s the same as yours, to be honest, I’m putting it on the eye, I don’t weigh anything. But it is very sweet, really. If made less sweet, it tastes very buttery. But, in principle, the amount of sugar here does not affect anything, so you can put it to taste.
It would have been better to sprinkle with nuts so that it would not burn, but there were no nuts on the farm.

do you have two stoves - a princess and a gf?
If you buy one, which one would you choose?
Quote: SoNika

What kind of gf 3 in 1?
Sibelis
Pchela maja, well, on the one hand, I took GF because I was not satisfied with how the Princess works. On the other hand, I haven't baked in the GF yet, so I can't say anything yet. On the third hand, my Princess may be defective, so it is not significant.

If you choose now, then GF, of course. But I have P2, not P1. Perhaps P1 would suit me right away.

Girls, I baked an Ossetian pie according to Tanyul's recipe in GF. Baked for 25 minutes from cold. After 20 minutes I looked in - it seemed burnt .. no, everything was fine, and I decided to turn it over, although the top was baked, but it was a pale Pie I was not thick, 1.5 cm somewhere. It turned out tasty, of course, but I have plans to bake this cake in the oven for comparison ... I think the bottom crust came out a little rough, although the dough was very pleasant to work with, and tender. Well, or try again to bake a pie from a preheated oven, but the dough still remains.
sarman
Well, I'll add a few more words about my GF. Yesterday I baked a yeast pie with cabbage in a silicone mold from a cold 180 in 15 minutes it smelled burnt. Pies were fried in butter with yeast dough and sweet pies on kefir dough. As a result, 180 was also successfully burnt. Already here I wrote that crackers were obtained 2 times 180, also burnt. Eggplants, zucchini are burning, only fried potatoes are super, super, super turned out. Less than 180 cannot be reduced, even an open lid did not reduce the heat. Eh GF, GF ..... Well this is how to understand it? Another marriage? Well, how else do you need to adapt to it? I don't have such dishes on the menu that I have to fry so madly. How tired I am of these devices!
caprice23
Victoria, it seems to me that for an Ossetian pie 25 minutes is a lot. It seems that the girls wrote about 15 minutes who did it. And the top of the pie, in order to turn brown with an egg, must be greased. I really didn't bake myself, but I made such conclusions for myself. I'll try it on the weekend. I really don't have GF, but Tristar.

No, my GF fries softer: I fry eggplants and zucchini at the maximum for 7-8 minutes, potatoes at the maximum - 12-15 minutes, pizza - 8-9 minutes. In silicone and glass molds at 195 degrees. I bake for about 20 minutes, nothing burns ...

caprice23
Girls, do you turn the zucchini? And fry in oil?

And then I have a zucchini, I need to put it somewhere
Taia
caprice23, I cut the zucchini with washers, fold the bowl, pour a little oil on top, then shake the bowl so that the zucchini is enveloped in oil. I put the zucchini in a preheated stove, turn it over as needed ..

I add a little oil to the chopped zucchini in a bowl, mix for even distribution. I don’t pour it into the stove. I turn the zucchini.
Sibelis
I always made zucchini in batter. Cut and dip first into an egg and then into flour mixed with salt and spices. So they do not absorb oil, I like it better.

Maybe you need to get it earlier? After all, only a thin layer of dough should be baked. There is nothing to bake for 15 ', and nothing for 13' minutes (assuming that the device heats up 2 '). The filling is ready, isn't it?
RepeShock

I bake zucchini with washers without oil (for me personally, this is the whole point in PP)
You can fry it with oil in a frying pan, but I can't put it on.

Naturally, the squash turns over. When fried on both sides, fold into a bowl and do whatever you want with them already here.
Who eats like that, without everything, who smears with sour cream and garlic, and so on.

If you want vegetables with butter, then, just as the girls wrote above, I mix everything in a bowl, salt and pepper, a little oil and in PP.

Yesterday I made a thick cake, today I made a thin one, put it out of cold for 10 minutes without substrates and silicone-10 minutes did not pass-dry, burned like rubber, the top is white steamed, the second on hot in silicone 180 - 10 minutes - dry, steamed, rubbery, but not burnt - both taste disgusting. The recipe has been tested on other stoves.

I don’t know why such results ... In my GF, the bottom does not burn and is not dry either by 180 or by 195, but I already wrote - I bake only with a net under a rug or a mold.
mamusi
Ne_lipa, Vika, if you're interested ...
Then for you personally, I'll tell you how I do it. Yuliya K our Yulechka has already shown a round Teflon mesh from Ozone. This is a find. How is it convenient (for me)?
1. The bottom does not burn on it and allows the top to have time to redden.
2. On it, it is easy to transfer the product formed on the table on baking paper into the oven (it is flexible - this grid, but it keeps its shape), slip it under the paper and shift it.
3. I have the same mesh for the "top". When the Pie, unexpectedly for me, grows higher than planned, I cover it with a net. And everything is fine.

Two round nets help me to wield the Princess. (I have P1)

I always bake Ossetian Pies from a "hot" state. 15 minutes and they do NOT usually differ in blush.
Took out ~ greased with butter!

Alyona, if you want to be helped, then, probably, you need to look at examples of successful baking from girls in the GF, take such the same as theirs, dough, bake a pizza (check the bottom) - show, bake a focacci-type cake (check the top) - show. Experienced GF users will surely say whether this is a device defect or something needs to be corrected in your actions.

It seems to me, thick from the filling and high from the amount of dough - different results.
After all, thick from the filling can be from unleavened dough. And if the dough is yeast and it is not enough, it will not fry strongly without coating.

Alyona, I had a similar result at first in P1, until I started using a grid for forms and rugs! Now all the baked goods in P1 and in the GF are only with her! What to do, it's a pity, but the perfect stoves have not been invented yet! So that both quickly and blush from all sides without greasing the use of auxiliary tools!
Well, if you don't need to quickly, then you can bake in a delicate Travola, everything will certainly be rosy from all sides and nothing will burn without rugs!

Can you give more details. The recipe in the studio!
Oh well .. What's the recipe ..Simply fried zucchini are placed in a container, layer by layer smeared with a mixture of sour cream + mayonnaise (or one sour cream) mixed with black pepper, crushed garlic, salt and everything else that the soul desires.)) Layers can be sprinkled with grated cheese, fried sausages, tomatoes, boiled chicken breasts .. and you can do nothing but this sour cream grease. Then in the microwave for 10 minutes (more precisely, until it boils in the center). It is tasty both as an independent dish, and as a side dish, both hot and cold. In the summer, we simply have to always be in the refrigerator "just in case."

I fry zucchini almost traditionally, that is, still with butter. I cut it into washers, put it in a pile on a plate, adding each circle. As they gave the juice lightly to a plate, I roll the circles in flour and into a hot frying pan. The top, by the way, itself knows how to brown a little, but not enough. And if you wait for it, then the bottom will ripen. Therefore, I overturn. While the first ones are fried, I chopped and salted the next ones. So that there was less water later.

The buzz is that a whole mountain is fried at a time, even in 28-30 cm pans it doesn't fit so much and strives to burn. And it's really tastier than from a frying pan, especially if you bite something undercooked, it crunches on the inside, and a golden crust outside ...

Julia, tell us in more detail: I want to make as many mistakes as possible. Intuitively, and of course, from the reading material on the forum, I threw in the basket to the gf both the grid and the form and the rug. True, I only ordered one mesh
Does the mesh not stick into the dough?

Dasha, I wrote about it here - the net is placed on the bottom, under molds and rugs.

I will put a mesh under the form. But what if you need to fry pancakes or pies in oil?
I got the following result. If you fry for a shorter time, then the dough was raw. Immediately put it on the surface and are already burning. It turns out that on the surface, without any substrates, nothing can be baked or fried in oil.
After all, it was not one or two that burned down, they were all decomposed on the entire surface.

Alena, maybe it all depends on the preferences and methods of baking and frying. I have them of my own - I bake zucchini on paper slightly oiled - here showed. I bake eggplants as well. But for frying just on the surface of a pizza maker, I pre-dip the eggplants in a salted egg - we like them more like that - they don't absorb as much oil as fried in the usual way. Well, then season with garlic, herbs or tomato-pepper sauce.

Alena, my bottom did not burn in 20 minutes without any substrates, it just seemed to me that it was on fire by the smell and I opened the stove and turned the cake ... the temperature seemed to be 195 .. just the top was pale, but baked.
Margarita, thank you very much for the information! Hands do not reach this grid to order, but even without it it does not seem to burn. The only thing is, the grid will probably raise the pastries higher to the top lid and the top of the cake will not be so pale?
Masha Ivanova
Dasha 001, Dasha! I put a net, and on top of a Teflon mat, silicone for me in my stoves is very thick, nothing will be fried at all. And on top, if necessary, I put a second Teflon rug (not a net). So the dough will definitely not cry into anything.
