And I again poked with beans, I fell in love with her in the last three days. But (!) Today I have it in a different pot and with some important changes.I'll tell you everything in order! Everything, as usual, in Stebka, in vegetable oil, fried a little grated carrots and onions, made a puree without skins from pickled tomatoes in a blender and sent it to the carrots and onions, stewed for 3-4 minutes. This is where the differences begin with the first beans in portioned fish pots. From the freezer I took out a large ice cusman of mushroom broth (2 liters!) And poured it into the vegetables. The broth melted, there was much more of it than the first time. The soaked beans were sent to the broth and turned on Stebka for "vegetables" for 25 minutes. She squeaked, turned off ... She poured all the contents (it was poured because it turned out to be a thick soup) into her beautiful pot. I rolled meatballs from pre-defrosted minced meat and crushed 5 good cloves of garlic, sent this duet to the pot with beans. And the third difference - I found remnants of chopped walnuts and also threw them to the beans. I fired up the oven in advance, so the pot (without a lid) was placed there immediately for 20 minutes. The garlic-nut-meat spirit crawled very quickly and intensively. There was a lot of broth, and what I did was - I HATE, scooped a ladle into the plates, poured sour cream ... delicious!
