Vinegar (9%) 2 tsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Powdered milk 2 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour 1000 g
Dry yeast 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Program no. 2, Medium crust, baking time 3 h. 44 min.

Note

I took as a basis the recipe for baking bread in the oven from Natalie Chaika with Povarenok. RU. I borrowed something from Elena Bo on our website. I experimented. The result is a delicious, very lush and beautiful bread weighing 1.6 kg, which my children and grandchildren like.

True, I did exactly 2 times less, because my mule is designed for a maximum of 1000 grams. It turned out bread 800 gr. I put on program number 2, weight 750 g. and a medium crust.

It turned out to be an excellent bread. At last! Of the three recipes according to the book that was included, only one turned out, and then right away! Taste, color, smell, all at once in one bread.
I took all the ingredients in half, set the weight to 750 grams, dark crust, program number 3 (on my Tefal, this program is only 3 hours 43 minutes).

The loaf turned out to be tall and fluffy, but since the bread ran out at home, they tasted this one almost immediately, did not have time to take a picture. I also made half of the recipe, in a spicy way + added 50 gr. whole grain flour and olives, after the beep, but it seemed to me a little sour. So I think this is actually from a tablespoon of vinegar (apple cider) or green olives, just never added them before?

Sprinkled with sesame seeds from the top (though it all then crumbled while trying to pull out the bread). The baking mode is French, medium crust.

I do not know. I really liked the bread, and I constantly bake it. The crust does not fall through, except when I put it on and spread it out of the HP at night only in the morning. Due to condensation from hot, it sometimes falls off. And the recipe is super! THANKS again to Albina: rose: for putting out the recipe ... and so much room for using vinegar in the dough.
