Ingredients

Water 3 tbsp.
Cranberry 0.5-1 tbsp.
Semolina 0.5 tbsp.
Sugar 0.5 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • Cranberry mousse
  • Rinse the cranberries and squeeze the juice. Boil the cakes, strain, boil the liquid, adding sugar and semolina. Stir frequently. Cool the porridge, add juice, beat with a mixer.
  • Apple meringue
  • Bake 5 large apples, rub through a sieve, add 1.5 cups of powdered sugar, stir and cool. Beat with a mixer until the mass turns white and the spoon is standing. Spread out on a sheet with a spoon, dry in a heated oven over low heat.
  • Rice pudding pink
  • 1.5 cups rice
  • 1 cup raspberry syrup
  • 0.5 cups sugar
  • 2.5 glasses of water
  • Rice is better to take a chopped cut. Wash, mix with syrup, add water, sugar and boil. Put in a mold soaked in cold water and cool. Put on a dish, pour over the syrup.
  • Rice with coffee sauce
  • Sauce:
  • 1.5 cups of strong coffee + 0.5 cups of sugar + 1 tsp of starch diluted in 2 tablespoons of water - boil, stirring occasionally.
  • Rice:
  • 1.5 cups rice
  • 0.5 cups sugar
  • some nuts, zest, vanillin
  • Cook crumbly rice, add sugar and vanillin, crushed nuts, orange zest. Put in a deep plate, pour over the sauce.
  • Cranberry juice with honey
  • Mash 1 cup of peeled, blanched cranberries, simmer for about 10 minutes. Strain the juice, add 2 tbsp. l honey, leave for 1-2 hours, cool well.
