Cooking method

  • If you don't have an ice cream maker, no problem. It can be prepared simply with a mixer.
  • Put the milk to boil.
  • Beat eggs with sugar until the volume increases by two, three times.
  • Without stopping whipping, pour in the hot milk, which has just boiled, in a thin stream.
  • Pour the mixture into a saucepan. We put on fire.
  • Without stopping stirring, bring to a boil.
  • Let it cool completely.
  • Gradually add cream to the cooled mass. At the same time, beat the mass with a mixer.
  • We put it in the freezer.
  • Every 30 minutes we take out ice cream from the freezer and beat with a mixer. We do this procedure 3-4 times.
  • Let it freeze in the freezer.
  • Woo a la! We have great ice cream!
  • Serve just like that or you can add fruits, nuts, chocolate if you want! As anyone likes.

Note

The site has recommendations for making ice cream with a mixer, but in my opinion. there is not one recipe (maybe I didn't look carefully). And it seemed to me that there is no such recipe either.
If repeated, the recipe can be deleted at the discretion of the moderators.
The taste of this ice cream is the taste of childhood! I tried to make it with store-bought milk and cream with a much lower fat content. Tasty, but not that good. Therefore, I prefer this option. Recommend.

Cool recipe for people like me. I don't have an ice cream maker either. It is a pity that the children have already grown up and left. The youngest doesn't need much.
Tumanchik

ang-kay, Angela, thanks, the recipe is too enticing and without the unit, which is not there. Likewise, village milk and cream are a problem. Until I found good sources, especially the cream. Shouldn't you go to the shops? And what kind of cream do you mean?
ang-kay
Svetlana, Thanks for attention.

It will work out. You just need to take all the fattest. If with a low fat content, then you get milk ice cream. It tastes good, but you won't get that pleasure.

It will turn out
The start was optimistic. But about pleasure, yes, I would like to get it all the same. For the sake of such ice cream, you will have to strain and look for good products.

Creamy ice cream with fresh berries or fruits, what could be more delicious? After this, not only the spoon, but also the bowl you will lick. Angel, a special thank you that the eggs go in the ice cream entirely and then you do not need to rack your head about where to put the yolks.
ang-kay
Manyash! What is tasty is tasty. Thank you for your kind feedback!
Sonadora
Angel, is the base like a custard? Maybe you can cook it in the microwave, as Vitalinka taught?
ang-kay
Rather like Charlotte. There is no flour or starch. I haven't read Vitalinkin's way, to be honest.
InnaVega
Thank you for dragging it into the recipe book. Whip the cream beforehand or not?
ang-kay
InnaVega, Thank you. Bring it to your health! I don't whip cream.
Sonadora

Angela, tell me, milk and cream at least approximately what fat content? Well, there is no village at hand in Moscow, only on order is necessary, and ice cream, well, right now hunting)) I usually use Parmalat cream 33% for desserts or Parmalat for sauces. The latter are thicker, I found a picture in the internet
Ice Cream Creamy (mixer)
Is your cream pouring or spooning?
And what fat content to take milk?

Thank you in advance!
ang-kay
Irina, take all the fattest. Cream 33% good. Milk not less than 3%
