Yes, disguise for 5 +++

There is no gadget on the farm, therefore they were baked in ordinary, old-fashioned tins. Sugar, put only 1 tbsp in the dough. l.
And they filled these "little dishes" with Kroshin's cream cheese.
It's a bomb)))
The tartlets are nice, light, crumbly and delicious. They bounced off the molds completely, never clinging to them. I was greedy for the number of pieces, so they turned out smallish. But, for cheese, that's the very thing (you don't need a lot of it)) And I also liked that the products, when baked, did not thicken, did not swell, but retained the shape given to them.
Ol, thanks.

Today I have a "Feast of the Belly", this time I did it with butter cream. Still, how cool it is to bake in a tartlet maker, you don't need to sculpt anything, threw the lumps of dough, crushed the lid and voila. Olya, !

Ksyusha, we not only show, we also eat them.
Well, the cream ... but no matter how much you pity it, you could wind up how much. I just didn’t want “my teeth to fall into the cream”, so I took a small nozzle and squeezed it out of the bag a little, probably 1 tsp. For the cream for all the tartlets, it took me 100 g of sl / butter and syrup of 0.5 tbsp sugar and 1/3 cup milk.

For the cream!

win-tat, Tatyana, you have a feast for the belly, and we have a feast for the eyes!

Incidentally, yesterday I weighed the lumps of this test for the weight.
Exactly 24 g - the shape and size are ideal, without protruding sides.

I admire and rejoice!
It is really very convenient in them that they keep their shape well and do not stick to the dishes.

They are there, but not about our honor, we are not for sale, and I don’t have a big one, I have as many as three 6 pieces for the oven. there are molds, so I don't want a big one
Guzel62
Well, here I am with the report!
No devaysik, baked in the oven! Ordinary (Soviet, metal) molds in Moscow (and I'm in the village), because I made them in silicone!
Now on the case.
1. The dough was made according to the recipe. But either my hands are not from there, or the flour is too dry, but I didn't have enough liquid.Kneading, kneading (with hands), but the dough is not going into a ball! Baby and that's it! I had to add 1 tbsp. l. sour cream. Happened!
2. It is difficult to mold (lay down) the dough into silicone molds. Soft molds too. But she did it! (So please do not judge strictly for "beauty"!
3. Baked at maximum, baked well. But since the dough is not evenly distributed over the mold, the tops darkened earlier.
4. Due to the steepness of the dough, the baskets turned out to be hard, crumbly, in short, real shortbread cookies.
5. Crema made half a portion. (For some reason I decided that I would have a lot of it and did half of it!). Added coconut flakes as in the recipe. In each basket I put 1 tsp on the bottom. I barely pulled it.
6. Made another half portion. But now I added fried hazelnuts to the cream.
7. For sourness, I took out frozen black currants from the freezer, melted it, blended it with sugar.
8. collected baskets: a spoonful of cream with coconut, a spoonful of currants, a spoonful of cream with nuts, thawed strawberries on top (I took out the remains from the freezer).
Did in the evening, ate in the morning. The baskets have softened and become absorbable. The flavor combination is awesome, it looks beautiful, it made a splash in the family.
Thanks for the recipe! Excellent, simple, tasty, there is room for imagination!
I started to want a gadget!

It's good that they are no longer in the store at the link!

Guzelenka, you are my joy!
Thank you so much for trusting the recipe and for reporting
Your baskets look very appetizing, and they ask to be in your mouth!
I'm so glad that you liked the result

Girls, about the amount of liquid in the dough.
If you knead with your hands, then no matter how hard you try, and at least 1 thimble of additional liquid is asked for, it's true.
But if I knead in Kesh, then without any additives the dough turns out to be elastic, it gathers perfectly in a lump, - anyway, expensive! I don't know why there is such a difference, but somehow so
Svetik34
Girls, can I ask stupid questions ... Surely you need to make mayonnaise If you just mix the ingredients, you won't get the dough ?? Why do I ask, I always have a problem with homemade mayonnaise, I never know in advance whether it will work out or not ?? True, when I began to take vegetable oil out of the refrigerator, it began to turn out more often ... but this advice, how to pour all vegetable oil into a glass at once and blend it to the top from below, has never been rolled out with me, even if it is warm or even cold. .. only with a thin stream it turns out more or less (((and here also without vinegar, I'm afraid, I definitely won't get it ... in general, the question is, if the mayonnaise has not gone astray, it turned out oily water, then pour or knead the dough

Svetik, and you definitely do it with an immersion blender, not a whisk? You can't knock it off with a whisk. I just whip warm butter (room temperature) and always with a bang. But the whisk turns out an incomprehensible slurry.

Dough.
I made mayonnaise from eggs, salt, sugar and vegetable oil (odorless) using a submersible blender. I did not achieve complete dissolution of sugar, because with sugar grains, a crisper dough is obtained
Svetik34

Svetik, and you definitely do it with an immersion blender,
Yes, of course, with a blender ... I have a suspicion that it is very hot in my kitchen, so mayonnaise often does not work out ... When I began to put the oil in the refrigerator, it became better, but be sure to pour it in a thin stream .. By the way, in the summer, when the heating is turned off, it almost always turns out without a refrigerator ... here ...
ANGELINA BLACKmore
I do this - pour oil at room temperature into a bowl, gently push the egg there (so that the yolk does not break), set the cap of the "leg" of the blender on the yolk and at the highest speed I begin to beat, periodically slightly raising the "leg" to grab the next portion of butter. The emulsion immediately begins to appear from under the "leg". The mass turns out to be snow-white and very thick.

bake them in the oven

It turns out great. But only if the recipe sunk into the soul and I would like to continue banquet production of baskets, then the understanding comes that it takes a long time to sculpt and I would like to somehow mechanize the process. That's why they order a tart-lady.
And if the process is supposed to be purely tried or baked once before once ... then there is no point in purchasing this device.
I would like (when the parcel arrives) to try mixing not only pesos, but also some kind of vegetables, grains, etc.
Masha Ivanova
mamusi, Rita! So this is one of the most inexpensive wishes - Ves, you can order it. And you will be happy!

It’s just this option that I have never succeeded in ((((I didn’t understand what is connected with it, although I’ve been making mayonnaise for 7 years already) In general, only in a stream and from the refrigerator, and then, if suddenly my hand trembles and pour out more oil, then immediately the thick mass that has already become stratified and becomes liquid ..... I have 3 different blenders, now my favorite Philips is 750 watts ... I, of course, need a mayonnaise theme with this problem))) but here I wanted to know if suddenly the mayonnaise does not go astray, then knead the flour into "water" or reanimate the mayonnaise and beat it down again until it turns out thick, but it is clear that I am the only one so "talented" in mayonnaise, so the answer is not known))))

Trishka, Ksyusha, ANGELINA BLACKmore, Natasha, Masha Ivanova, Elenathanks, girls. You can also in the oven, yeah. But the tart girl is cooler, I guess. You need to think about buying.
ANGELINA BLACKmore
Rit, I, personally, liked the fact that they come out of a tart-lady, they are standard, the same. The main thing is to try on a portion of the dough. The girls were weighed and wrote that there is 24 g of a bun per cell.
mamusi
What else can she do as a tart girl?
Sorry for the flood ...

Svetik34if it doesn't work out very well with mayonnaise - that's okay.
Just try to mix it better, otherwise the butter may come off both during kneading and when baking.
You may need to take less oil.
If you really don’t like the result, and you don’t taste with mayonnaise, then try to make it with butter, at least in half with vegetable or margarine.
Good luck!
ANGELINA BLACKmore
Ol, I did not even expect that shortbread dough could be obtained with vegetable oil, and even so delicious.
With delight, yesterday, I baked a basket))) with chocolate pudding.

Also as beautiful as yours!
Thanks for the report!

I have another baking option with this dough and cream conceived, I hope to get a good result too. If it comes true, I boast.
