Meatloaf "Amazing"

Ingredients

Mixed minced meat (I have beef + pork) 500g.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Raw potatoes 1 PC.
Egg (I replaced 2 tablespoons of cornstarch) 1 PC.
White stale bread 50g.
Milk for soaking bread 100g.
Garlic (not used) 2 tooth
Salt pepper taste
Filling:
Cannelloni 6 pcs.
Carrot 1 PC.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Frozen peas 2 \ 3m. Art.
Cream 10% 4st. l.
Cheese 50g.
Salt taste
Frying oil
For lubrication:
Sour cream 2st. l.

Cooking method

  • First, prepare the filling so that it has time to cool. Fry grated carrots and onions in oil until soft. Add peas, cream, salt and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the grated cheese, stir and let it melt.
  • Add chopped onion, potatoes, garlic, egg (I have starch), soaked in milk and squeezed bread to the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Grease the form with oil, lay out 1/2 of the minced meat, making the sides along the edges:

  • Stuff the cannelloni with the filling and put in one layer on the minced meat:

  • Put the remaining minced meat on top, flatten, fasten the edges:
  • Meatloaf "Amazing"
  • Grease the roll with sour cream and bake in an oven preheated to 200C for about an hour. Check the roll's readiness with a wooden stick - it should pass freely through.
  • Leave the finished roll in the form for 5 minutes. Then turn over onto a dish.
  • Meatloaf "Amazing"
  • Delicious!! I did it more than once. Moreover, I cook the filling just like that and separately, the child eats it with pleasure. Recommend!!
