Strawberry (raspberry) baskets

Ingredients

butter 100g
powdered sugar 60g
flour 200g
vanillin on the tip of a knife
yolk 2 pcs.
FILLING
chocolate 50-80g
strawberries (raspberries) fresh 300g
cream 33% 200g
powdered sugar 50-100g

Cooking method

  • Grind butter with powdered sugar, pour in yolks, mix. Combine flour with vanilla, add to butter, knead the dough. The dough is obtained with a pleasant aroma that does not stick to your hands.
  • Divide the dough into 12 balls, place in metal baking tins, greased with sl. oil. Press the dough into shape with your fingers.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180-200C for 10-15 minutes.
  • Smear the cooled baskets with melted chocolate. Beat the cream (in the original without sugar. Powder, but it seemed to me not very tasty without sugar), add sugar. powder. Place the cream in baskets and garnish with strawberries. Voila.
  • The recipe is taken from the "Magnet" advertising magazine

The dish is designed for

12 pcs.

Time for preparing:

40 minutes (no cooling time)

Cooking program:

oven

Note

The dough turns out to be very tasty, crumbly, aromatic, and with a delicate cream and berry
Chocolate can be replaced with jam, jam. But when the chocolate hardens (if it has time), it tastes even better
The products are simple, they cook quickly, they look smart, the berry season - I recommend!

Thank you girls! This is really very good. delicious! We even ate at the table without sitting down, so to speak, "without leaving the checkout." here raspberries will ripen soon, I will do with raspberries.
olesya26, the monitor unfortunately does not help, I also wanted to lick a lot of things here! I had to cook to get my fill

I decided according to your recipe to make not baskets, but a pie.
Strawberry (raspberry) basketsAnd then a couple of questions appeared:
I doubled the number of ingredients for the dough, as a result, the baked cake turned out to be sooooo hard that when you cut it, it just breaks.
What did I do wrong? Or should it be? Absolutely not soaked in cream
Point of Light
Oh, what a beauty! yasusha, The cookie will not get soaked, this is a shortbread dough, it should be like a cookie. But I have it crumbly, you bite and it chews easily, crumbles in your mouth and mixes with cream there. I didn't bake a pie from this dough, I can't say anything, maybe it is just tiny little baskets that I need to bake. And I also think that the baking time (due to the larger size) you have increased and the dough could dry out or because of the larger surface area. I bake on top and bottom heating without convection 190C and even 8min. was enough. I just want to try to bake cookies and glue them with cream.
How long has the cake been baked? How does the dough taste?

I looked at the photo more closely, the edges are dark, it seems to me that you overdid it with baking, unfortunately, I also overdo it, when trying a new recipe, then I correct the mistakes.

Well, everything is clear!
Alas, my oven is still old, gas and does not show the temperature.
I thought I had overdried))) now my fears have been confirmed. the taste is super! in the next. once we will try to do better!
Thanks, the recipe is not bad))
