This is how I read it, Lena ... ... it seemed to me that you just wrote another model multi ...

JelenaM,
And also, if you have a March 1989, try to put a bowl from it, it is similar to Lumme, so it should also fit ...
JelenaM
marlanca, I live in March 1989 in another country, so there is no urgent access to it))
By the way, for some reason my 4313 was equipped with a bowl from lumme. Yes, it is thin.
But nothing. Today I cooked buckwheat and baked the whole chicken. Everything was prepared at its best. The chicken is simply divine.
While I will use this bowl and sluggishly look towards Stadler. Something I really liked the daikin. Although I have nothing to compare with)
Lenat
JelenaM, I also have a lumme bowl. One manufacturer ....

Lumme and Marta = one manufacturer-supplier-owner, and they have the same bowls.

Look here for information, I once received it from the seller, and talked with the Chef of the company:

Admin, thanks, I already read this when I bought it in 1989

JelenaM,
Lena, and on what program did you bake the chicken? What time and temperature?

JelenaM,
Lena, and on what program did you bake the chicken? What time and temperature?
"Baking", the default temperature is 140, the time is set 1-30
She poured a spoonful of rust. butter to the bottom, just in case, sprinkled the chicken with salt and spices and put it whole in a bowl. After 40 minutes I turned it over. The most delicate chicken turns out!
marlanca
JelenaM,
Yeah thank you .....
JelenaM
bought an additional bowl from redmond coated with daikin in okay for 1300
Everything fit perfectly

a little about the tested modes:

Yesterday I tested the "Pilaf" mode. By default, about 30 minutes is frying at 160C, then 50 minutes at 105C.
For my rice and its amount, this turned out to be a bit too much, turned it off earlier. But it still turned out delicious)

Made yogurt, respectively, on "Yoghurt". Our favorite Orsik starter from oursson. According to my measurements, Marta overheats by 2 degrees. Therefore, I set the temperature to 38C for 6 hours with milk initially at room temperature. The yogurt is thick, the spoon is worth it. In this case, I use one sachet of starter culture for 2 liters of milk, and not for 1, as in the instructions.

I cook buckwheat on the "Groats" mode without changes.

We loved the vegetable stew.
First, in the frying mode, potatoes are fried in cubes, not for long, 3-5 minutes, while the rest of the vegetables are cut and put in the same bowl - carrots, zucchini in cubes, pepper (I have it from the freezer), spices, salt, a couple of tablespoons of water. Mode "Stew" product "Vegetables" time 25-30 minutes.
For those who are not lazy, you can first fry each portion of vegetables separately in a minimum of oil (I do not use more than 1 teaspoon), for 3 minutes.

It hasn't worked out yet with baking. I made a cupcake, but the dough came out quite thick. But this is my fault, I did it on yogurt and about the eye.

Well, in general, a glorious unit. I am especially glad that with add. a bowl he came out to me in 3300 rubles)

In my copy, it overheats by 3 degrees in this mode. For some reason, at the end of the program (5-7 minutes) there is a sharp rise in temperature.

JelenaM, Please write which model of Redmond saucepan went to Martha?

JelenaM
Shelena, REDMOND RB-A503 Non-Stick Coated Bowl

frankly speaking, it didn't occur to me to take measurements at the end of the program. I put it at night. Measurements were carried out approximately 1-2 hours after the start. So maybe mine is a hooligan at the end?))
But the yogurt is not curdled, as it happened in an overheating yogurt maker.
Shelena
JelenaMthanks for the bowl number!
The fact is that I had to change the multicooker due to overheating in all modes. Measurements in 1 copy were made every 5-10 minutes when checking programs."Yogurt" surprised me with such a leap at the end of the program. Therefore, I often use "Multipovar" for making milk (sour cream, cottage cheese).
I bought this multicooker for the preparation of dairy products and because of the multi-cook, but I am gradually mastering the basic modes.
I liked the program very much "Fry".
The countdown starts only after reaching the set temperature. She made fish in batter.
Multicooker Marta MT-4313 CK2 Multicooker Marta MT-4313 CK2
Prepared quickly. Fried evenly. There were no splashes and burns on the hands, as happened when frying in a pan. The pan was washed just once. Excellent deep fryer.
JelenaM
Shelena, have you tried to cook milk porridge? do they not run away?
Shelena
Alas, I haven't tried milk porridge yet. But milk, when boiled, easily strives to escape. It is imperative to look.
JelenaM
porridge report
Cooked oat milk. I took monastery Hercules, the most rude.
1 multi-glass of rolled oats (160 ml = 70 g of flakes by weight came out) +3 multi-glasses of milk + 1.5 multi-glasses of water,
sugar, salt to taste, 15 g of plums. oils. Milk Porridge mode, plus morning stitching
Everything is at its best, nothing escaped! Hurrah!
it turned out not liquid, but not thick either. Just right!
Silena
Hello everyone! Recently also became the owner of MT-4313 CK2. Tell me how to properly remove the O-ring to wash it. This is my first slow cooker.
JelenaM
Silena, do you mean the silicone top cover? it does not appear in our model.

On the lid itself, on the inner surface along the edges, there is a silicone O-ring - is it removable by itself or not?
Lenat
Silena, no

Thank you!

Girls! I look at this Martha and I don’t know whether to take her or Martha a pressure cooker, also with a joystick. And there is also without a joystick. Which is more convenient? My pressure cooker is out of order, I need to buy something. I didn't like my pressure cooker because it digested everything very much. Is it convenient to work with a joystick? Do you like this Martha? Is it nimble, how hot and how long is the jelly boiled? I have Toshiba who is very slow. I only cook porridge and omelet.
JelenaM
madames, you need to get used to the joystick. When I saw this model, I really liked that there was a joystick. I thought it was very convenient. But in fact, the joystick, as it seems to me, is a little unfinished. It spins too easily and at the same time has a smooth surface (it would be better ribbed), too small in height (it is probably difficult to grip with large fingers), and under the joystick itself there are touch buttons. Therefore, you need to be very careful when choosing a prog and have graceful fingers. Otherwise, it happens that the program is reset when the sensors are touched and you have to start over. I have got used to it already, mistakes are rare. But my husband is often just frantic with nerves when I have to wind everything up anew.
So here you need to twist it yourself and decide for yourself whether it is convenient or not
madames
JelenaM, thanks for the answer. My fingers are not dexterous, because of age, they often become very numb. So this Martha won't suit me. I don't know where to look. I need a nimble cartoon for more meat dishes.
JelenaM
madames, I have nothing to compare with, but it seems to me that she is quite nimble. I didn't cook jellied meat, but it bakes quite well. My husband made boiled pork, I bake chicken.
But my mother in her 1989 makes jellied meat quite often. Everything turns out well.
4309 pressure cooker, it seems like it only has touch controls, judging by the picture. Maybe this will suit you?
madames
But March 1989 is not for sale. I did not find it. 4309 - I will look. Thank you JelenaM.
Marpl
Mattresses 1989 are not on sale, but there is a 1988 with a ceramic bowl for 3334 rubles at ELECITY dot ru. From pressure cookers I have Land Life 6 liters, and Vitesse, but there is also a smoking function. Sensory menu, cooks jellied meat for 70 minutes. Everything suits me.
Lerele
Ladies !!! Time has passed, are you satisfied with the mat?
Is she heavy by weight herself ??
I need a more compact cartoon, this one seems to suit me, it doesn't take up much space on the table, and I want to take it with me on vacation.
JelenaM
I'm glad)
not heavy. hovers-cooks smartly. I like)
but again I want to draw your attention to the fact that you need to get used to controlling the joystick.

JelenaMand milk does not run ?? When do you cook porridge?
no, I wrote my proportions above
but I replace a third with water
I didn't cook it purely in milk
Ksarochka
I ordered a Marta-MT 4315 Odsidian. This is the same model as 4313 only with a different bowl coating. They should bring it tomorrow. Waiting ...
Lerele
Why doesn't anyone write about a saucepan?
Unfortunately, my trip to Moscow fell through again, but I still want to choose something
Ksarochka
Quote: Lerele
Why doesn't anyone write about a saucepan?
What should I write? The saucepan is good. Space design, adequate price. At the office. On the website, this price is almost 2 times higher than on Ozone and Yulmart. The first thing I cooked in it was an omelet)) The taste turned out to be completely different than on a gas stove. Kefira made 2 liters at once)) I extinguished lazy cabbage rolls. I want to try boiled pork, but not as I used to cook it myself, but on the BUZHENIN program. And I have not yet understood how the BAKING differs from the BAKING. The joystick, as they wrote here, turns a little hard. But the fact that on any program, even during the cooking process, you can change the time and the temperature - class!
Lerele
Ksarochka, well, as if they often write about multi, they insert pictures, explain the pros and cons
When you choose, it's a pleasure, read everything, think it over, dream
And thanks for the tip !!!
anavi
Girls, how does the model 4317 differ from yours? I found it on Ozone at an attractive price, but there are no reviews anywhere! Interested in the coating of the bowl - is it sticky, is it ceramic, Teflon? I can't find anything !!!
Ksarochka
anavi, bowl coated, not teflon, but something else. Information from the official site
The Japanese non-stick coating DAIKIN is a modern, safe water-based material with extraordinary resistance to temperature extremes. A bowl with such a coating eliminates the possibility of sticking and provides the dishes with their original taste. Japanese quality standard for non-stick coatings ensures that the bowl retains its properties throughout its life
anavi
KsarochkaElena, thank you, I read it all. Why am I asking - I saw a review of Lumme 1446 - there is also a Daikin bowl! So they moaned her from all sides - and the pictures are where the cup is spoiled - blrrrr! ... But I already asked around in another Temko - well, you won't see the owners of Martha 4317! So I already ordered it, at my own peril and risk - I'll see for myself what and how, since the pleasure cost was 2600.
Elnik
Olga, have you already tried your new multicooker? I'm also looking towards Martha. But somehow there are not enough reviews for her.
If you are interested, I now have a Stadler Form multicooker and a bowl in it with the same coating as Martha 4317 - Daikin. I have no complaints about her. Yes, it requires careful handling - only silicone (no plastic and wooden spoons and spatulas). Serves regularly for over a year, I cook in it every day - perfect condition.
Martha attracts me precisely because, as I understood from the messages on the forum, a bowl from Stadler fits her, of which I have two.
anavi
Elnik, Lena, not yet - I will have a cartoon tomorrow. As I try, I will definitely write off my impressions, I had Polaris 517, Mulya is small, now Panasik is small, the stem is a pressure cooker - so there is something to compare with! I just didn’t understand - why not with wooden spatulas?

By the way, I also hope that the saucepans from Paulie will work - I have 4 of them!
Elnik
The set for my multicooker originally came with a ceramic bowl - it only contains soups / broths, as it is very "sticky". I bought the second one - with Daikin coating, and I safely ditched it with a wooden spatula and a large plastic spoon. Both were used for non-stick pans, they were fine. For the second such bowl, I bought all silicone - everything is fine. My conclusion is that the coating is not very durable, but with careful treatment it serves properly.

I'm now looking for a multicooker to replace my Stadler Form. She suited me all, but alas, she could not withstand the sudden surge in voltage - the "brains" slightly floated. I saw Martha and curiosity woke up - is she so good? So I'm waiting for your feedback)))
anavi
Elnik, Lena, yesterday I received my Martha 4317. What can I say - a beautiful, sophisticated cartoon. The pan, of course, is not at all - light, fragile, the coating is really very vulnerable - just with silicone! at your advice. I'm used to my ceramic pots with Paulie handles! So you have to buy a pot - you just need to find which ones fit. Stadler Form, as I understood - I will search. My Polaris did not fit - the handles get in the way - it doesn't reach the bottom.
Now the control is a very sensitive sensor! I didn’t manage to get to the programs I needed right away - while you were playing, the neighboring buttons light up! Further...
There is no instruction either - if on any program you can still see the temperature and time when you turn it on - then how they work is a dark forest. The algorithms are not written at all. For example, the curd program - I did it yesterday, showed 100 gr. 20 minutes - what, you need to make yogurt at this temperature? In my opinion, everything will collapse on fig! I put 70 grams on a multi-cooker. 1 hour, then added another half hour, and only then - since the serum did not separate in any way - put it on a program - it seemed to work. I cooked pasta today - it is also unclear how much water to pour! Well, I made 2 liters on a whim, and also, by analogy with the previous cartoons, I guessed that it should give a signal when boiling - and it happened, only then I threw in the macaroons - they cooked very well. Now I cooked milk porridge - just like in any cartoon, the millet was not cooked (I like it completely smeared - I prefer it in a milk cooker), added time - it seems not bad.
During the cooking process, on almost all programs, you can change the time and temperature. Pilaf and Test / Yogurt programs are two-level (written). And they don't write anything else - well, I understand that in Plov, they first fry and then cook rice. Well, in the dough, probably, first proofing, and then baking. And as in yogurt, if it is on the same button with the dough, it is not clear. In general, a day of use - but I wrote a novel! Further I will still look, ask if you need anything. Now I think - I should have taken a simple little Polya, and not this cool guy!
Anastasenok
anavi, since yogurt on one button with a dough proofer, then what should she bake? 38 degrees there probably
anavi
Anastasenok, Thank you! Exactly! It’s already all muddled from this cool! Of course, two-level is BREAD! I'm a bastard!
Elnik
Olga, thank you very much for your feedback! There is something to think hard about ...
There is a recipe book on the official website for this model, you can download it (it is in pdf format), it describes in detail what and how to do.
Today I was in Okey, where this Martha costs 2200 each. I twisted it, turned it and ... put it back. She seemed to me some kind of fragile, flimsy or something. Perhaps this impression is compared with Stadler. The bowl was especially surprising! Stadler's bowl is thick, weighing 900 grams !!! I have no idea how she will work in March. Yes, and I had doubts that it would fit in size ... Although they write that it fits.
anavi
ElnikI think yours will do. After all, she is without handles! And by the way, my bowl weighs about 365 grams!
JelenaM
anavi, I already wrote earlier that I bought a Redmond bowl with Daikin coating for March. The model was shown on the last page somewhere. They are always in Okey.
I'm not particularly worried. Of course, I don't scrape with metal, but I mix everything with a simple plastic spoon. Nothing spoils yet. I love this cup.
Mother March originally had a daikin. They have been cooking for almost a year, every day, dad bakes boiled pork 2 times a week. And until now, nothing has happened to him. It washes instantly even if the meat juice is burnt.

anavi, about the tools and recipe books - I also think that they are very poorly written. I even left a review for them somewhere to prescribe all sorts of subtleties. Well, Martha's recipe book is stupid. For example, goulash in 40 minutes for my taste will be rubber rubber And Bigos in 40 minutes, and even more so you can't do anything) well, these are trifles.
For the rest, of course, I experiment myself.
pasta, as I read here on the fume, I cook like this - I fall asleep dry, a spoonful of oil, salt and pour boiling water just above their level. I include the desired cooking time from the bag. The countdown, as far as I remember, starts from boiling. The beauty!
But in Redmond, donated to nephews, it was required to turn on the second stage by hand after boiling water. inconvenience, however.
In general, from now on, macaroons are cooked only in a cartoon with us)
anavi
JelenaM, thanks for the info - I'm slowly getting used to this light cup. So far, nothing has really burnt and is washed off once - but I still shore, with a silicone spoon, though with my washcloth with a double side - while pah-pah! And in general, in order not to jinx it, to be honest - so far I really like the cartoon! I got used to the joystick for a long time - after all, practice is needed, it's convenient! Programs - the sea, everything changes in the process - both time and temperature. The main thing is that it can be washed without problems - it's amazing, but you open the bowl - and you can clearly see how all the water from the sides goes into the drip tray! In Polaris you open my 517 - and the whole side fills! So I have absolutely no regrets - yet! Another advantage, I believe that when you turn on the network after a minute, it turns off - that is, it remains off when the plug is in the outlet.

Didn't see your updated review, appeared when I wrote. So, I will add - I cook pasta, as soon as I finished it - the water will boil, the signal will give - I am falling asleep, and I also really like the macaroons! I just dug up the recipe book yesterday - but I liked it! In any case, the algorithms of the programs became clear, in particular, about the macaroshki too - I realized that I did it right! And, of course, we will set our time, and the temperature, by the way, too! We're bread makers!
JelenaM
anavi, but I'm too lazy to wait until the water boils))) so I threw everything into it and ran on business. ran back. and there are already macaroshki))))
In general, brands are my first multicooker. I held on for a very long time and said that I didn't need this and that there was nowhere to put it, and indeed, they say. Then I bought my mother 1989, tested it, and then myself 4313 at a discount. And that's all. we are all lost! So comfortable) I also got used to the joystick, although the poncha was not very convenient.
Therefore, no disappointment with either March or cartoons at all. Even that bowl is the simplest anti-stick, which was originally included in the kit, although it is thin, it cooks quite norally.

Has anyone baked biscuits?
JelenaM
cooked soup today for the first time. Usually the soup is always on the stove, so it was more convenient. The process is almost automatic)
But today there was no free time, only 10 minutes to run into the apartment and run away. Therefore, I decided to throw everything into Mark.
So, I poured the broth, cut the cabbage, potatoes, carrots, a couple of tablespoons of tomato. homemade puree, salt, spices. Soup mode for 30 minutes. I closed the lid and left the house. Two hours later they returned, and the soup is ready and hot, beauty! pour and eat.
I'm not writing to share some super-recipe))) this is primitive, of course
I'm just writing for a note to someone new. Suddenly come in handy)
Pavla
Girls, maybe there is information about bowls with Greblon C3 + coating, what is the difference for the better or worse from the CK2 coating?
I want to buy the cartoon "Marta 4312"
