Girls, please write how the coating on the bowl behaves over time. I bought myself a model 4315 with Obsidian coating, very interesting, rough, the bowl with it is thin. I think how long will it last? Like it so far. And today I bought another bowl with Greblon CK2 coating, because one is not enough.
JelenaM
I have two bowls - daikin and the usual non-stick, which was included. I use both two almost at the same time) Although when I bought it, I was very skeptical about the non-stick one, and that is why Daikin's was immediately acquired. But I use them absolutely equally. One dish was cooked, took out one bowl, put the second and drove on. I do not particularly stand on ceremony with coatings, sometimes I interfere with metal quietly, but while alive. I will be using it for a year. Nothing has burned yet. It is possible in the baking mode (meat, mainly) which will be seared, but immediately bounces off when washing. Even from a thin anti-stick.

Well, in general, without Martochka, as without hands)) puffs every day. I could not even think that I would love this unit. I refused for so many years, not understanding the charm)
Only in the last couple of days - chicken broth, yogurt, cottage cheese, rice with vegetables, chicken meatballs in a creamy sauce, ham in a ham, naval pasta.
The oven did not work for some time, baked bread in a brandy. Well, with baking, I still use it only as an alternative to the oven when there is no way out.

Olga, have you already tried your new multicooker? I'm also looking towards Martha. But somehow there are not enough reviews for her.
If you are interested, I now have a Stadler Form multicooker and a bowl in it with the same coating as Martha 4317 - Daikin. I have no complaints about her. Yes, it requires careful handling - only silicone (no plastic and wooden spoons and spatulas). Serves regularly for over a year, I cook in it every day - perfect condition.
Martha attracts me precisely because, as I understood from the messages on the forum, a bowl from Stadler fits her, of which I have two.
Good day.
Is there an exact name for the bowl that matches our multicooker?
I have MT 4315 ...
JelenaM
konfet, I bought REDMOND RB-A503, Daikin coating. Highly recommend
konfet
JelenaM, Thank you.
And it is lighter or heavier than the original. They bought at MT-1988, so the original one was much easier than the unoriginal one ...
JelenaM
uh .. what is original?
I understand that the weight of the bowl depends on the coating. We included a simple non-stick one, it is light. And on the daikin, the coating is thicker, it is heavier, of course

I want to buy 4315. This will be my first multicooker.
Share your impressions, there are few reviews on it.
Do automatic programs work well if nothing is changed by itself?
Will I get used to the joystick?
How is the bowl? As I understand it, this is Martha's newest coating. How is it in business?

JelenaM
vishnevaya_av, well, it's hard to say whether you will get used to the joystick or not) everything is individual here. I got used to it.
The programs work normally, although I rarely use specific settings. I still change the cooking time, and sometimes the temperature.
What specific programs are you interested in? In fact, a program is just a duet of a certain temperature and a certain cooking time.

So next time you would buy without a joystick?
Interested in pilaf, stewing, soup, steamed, baking.
Should I buy this model because of the bowl?
Do you use the bells and whistles of memorization, smart?
Annutka
vishnevaya_av, I have Marta 4315. Very simple control. Whether you will get used to the joystick or not, I can't say. I had a third slow cooker with him and there were no problems. Someone doesn't like joysticks. I really like that the time and temperature can be changed right in the cooking process, you can adjust it like on the stove, and the programs themselves work quite correctly. I like the coating at the bowl, I also bought extra. bowl in the CSN.
JelenaM
vishnevaya_av, I have 4313, so the bowl is a simple anti-stick plus I bought a daikin. I use both and very actively. I think that yours will be no worse
But I don't use memorization and smart at all. Somehow there is no need. Usually, before cooking, I myself know approximately how much time I need. And it will not be enough, so you can add. The joystick is more like it than not. Have parents in March 1989, just with a menu, so honestly annoying to poke into it. The joystick has a minus for me personally - it turns too easily and sometimes slips when the fingers are wet. But this is nonsense.
Pilaf is a 2 step program and it works fine. But I still use frying separately when cooking pilaf, and then the cereal mode. It's more comfortable for me.
The use of the programs depends on your cooking skills. If you know how to cook, you will conduct the brand yourself.

at the parents of March 1989,

Just choosing between 4315 and 1989.
As far as I understood with my so far inexperienced look, the differences are as follows: shape, control, bowl, in 1989 there is 3d heating and a removable lid. How important are the last two?
Another question, because of which I was afraid to buy 4315 - if I change the temperature and time, can I not save them so that the factory settings are not lost?
Annutka
3D heating in multicooker is more of a publicity stunt, a removable cover in 4315. You can return to the factory settings by pressing two buttons simultaneously at any time.

Is it possible not to save at all?

The last entered settings are saved there, and this is convenient if next time you cook the same dish, you can reset the settings to the factory settings by pressing two buttons simultaneously. It is very fast and does not cause any inconvenience.
vishnevaya_av
Girls, thank you all very much, I have finally decided.
I will buy 4315!

Which ones?
JelenaM
vishnevaya_av, I approve! it is more compact than 1989, although the bowls are the same. It's more convenient somehow. 1989 in comparison as a suitcase of some kind)
in my 4313 there is just a non-removable lid, but I have no particular problems. During the year of operation, there was no case that it really bothered me. Wipe with a cloth and norms. And the valve in it is much more convenient for flushing than in 1989. There it is kind of tricky and big.

Ksarochka, in my opinion, simultaneously "heating" and "canceling"

Girls, well, I've already broken my whole head, I choose between the Marta MT-4315 Multicooker and the Marta MT-4316 Multicooker, in one bowl C3 + in the other OBSIDIAN. So which coating is more reliable?
JelenaM
vecz, more reliable in what way? we can't launch into space) I would take the one that is cheaper.
I have been puffing from Redmond for a year now, just one minor scratch, although I don't really care about the coating. YES and you can always buy a bowl.
Don't bother like that.
vecz
JelenaM, thank you, I will, although I haven’t come across a rowing, I hope I’ll be lucky, but my redmond m70 burned out the other day, the saucepan was also daikin, it worked for almost 7 years every day and without fail (mostly porridge and pilaf and stew meat). It seems that these saucepans are also suitable for March.

I also bought this model, I have been using it for 2 months and my bowl began to burn more and more - pilaf in general burns with a thick layer. Very upset. Frying is even difficult to do, you need to pour a lot of oil. How does your bowl cover lead? at what temperature do you fry? pilaf burns?

After 2 months, everything began to burn in the bowl. How do you think your Redmond bowl will fit the 4315? according to the photo, models 4315 and 4313 do not seem to differ.

vishnevaya_av, of course will do. In general, I pick good bowls for all cartoons at once, while new ones. What Polaris, what March. It was necessary, as soon as it stuck for the first time, not to torment my head and buy it. Great Bowl plus correct multicooker brains very handy tandem
vishnevaya_av
What is your Martha? Do you know for sure that this bowl from Redmond will fit 4315? I'm afraid to buy and suddenly it won't fit.
The algorithms of the programs are also not very happy, many cook at 100 degrees, even 100 degrees is on the "Milk" program. Of course it ran away. Porridges also run away if done as in the recipe book from 1 liter, so I make from 600 g of liquid.
The same pilaf: at the first stage, the temperature is 160 and cannot be changed. This is where everything burns.
JelenaM
a bowl will do
these multicooker of this shape are all the same.
nothing really burns with me, even when I do it in a simple anti-stick, and it is very thin. I bake chicken in it. true at 140.
I rarely use the "Pilaf" program, as I am not particularly satisfied with the long first stage. At first I just make msoy carrots on the "frying" program, and then I fall asleep in the rice and turn on the cereals for 30 minutes. If I use "Pilaf", then at the first stage I try to stir it from time to time. And then really 160 is a bit too much, I guess. Although baking is at the same temperature?
The porridge does not run away if I make at the rate of 1 multi-glass of rolled oats and about 4-5 multi-glasses of liquid.
I don't like the March recipe book. Chesgovory, as for me, so it was written from the bulldozer))
so I try empirically somehow.
Anastasenok
vishnevaya_av, The bowl will do, and the first hundred times cook according to recipes from the forum and there will be no problems. I cook in all cartoons on a multi-cook practically

I have a model 4315, and yours, as I understand it, is a 4313.
In my bowl - Not non-stick, it has a ceramic coating, but the manufacturer has advertised it in such a way that I thought it would be as good as my non-stick cast pan.
Perhaps I will try to pass it under warranty first. If it doesn't work out, then I'll take a chance and buy a redmond bowl.

And you fry for pilaf at what temperature?
Don't you think that almost all modes set the temperature to 100 and this is too much?
JelenaM
I have the cheapest equipment, the simplest bowl, the thinnest. I thought that she would be absolutely nothing and immediately acquired from Redmond with Daikin. But it turned out that I was satisfied with both. In general, I highly recommend having two bowls at once. This is very convenient when you need to make several dishes.
I do frying for pilaf on the "frying" mode. Is there 140, in my opinion? now I can’t look at mine.
I also usually prefer multi-cook modes. If the temperature seems to be high (it boils too much), then I just do it lower by 2-3 degrees. It is useful that the multicooker remembers the settings in the next.once you will cook this program at your own temperature.
I measured the temperature when I was making the yoghurt, and it turned out that it was 2 degrees higher than the one induced on the panel. So just dropped it
In general, if you have any questions, please contact Martha's group. They answer there rather quickly. Maybe you got a defective one and really overheats on the program? Here you need to understand exactly why you burned. Maybe the cup is not to blame, maybe the recipe is what went wrong. Maybe you still need to stir at the first stage?
kortni
Gave Marta - she was delighted, because there is a test detuning program.
But the joy was not long ...
As you start to turn on this shaitan machine - not enough nerves !!!

You press the button, press until the one starts to "blink" .. The finger will soon fall off!
And it is also not easy to cancel the already burnt mode.
(It's a whole science to "grab" the wheel: from the tenth attempt I got to the desired program,
but it seems to have adapted.)

Is it just me? Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
Owners of this miracle - share your experience, pliz !!

kortni, Irina, do not worry, at first it was like that too - until you find the right program and turn it on - seven pots will do! Get used to it, the cartoon is very good, both in terms of work and in terms of care. Found in electronic form a book of recipes for it - wonderful! Many dishes are prescribed - at what temperature, how long and on what mode to cook! I made boiled pork on it - I never did it! Not in Polaris, not even in Shtebe! Really, sous-vid didn't lie nearby! The softest - eat with your lips!

Olya, thanks for the answer. I really hope that we will find a common language.

Can you share a link to the book?

kortni, Irina, it hangs on my computer in pdf - I just downloaded it myself. I can't figure out how to download it here. By e-mail, I could probably ...

Yes, I would not say that you press, you press. I tried it now. OU pressed and held a little and the board lit up. The wheel, yes, it's true, not very convenient. Especially if your hands are wet. But you will get used to it over time, you will get used to it.
But to cancel the mode, the mode is also kind of easy - once poking "cancel".
Martochka is a wonderful cook) has been plowing like a soldier for two years. No problem. True, I hardly use programs. I set the time I need myself
Natalika_1
Hello everyone! Thank you for sharing your experience - I read Temka. I bought 4315 myself today, I'll start mastering! For a long time I chose to replace my 10-year-old Panasik))) your opinions helped a lot
Natalika_1
I will unsubscribe on the multicooker: in general, I'm happy, the bowl is super, let's see how it behaves further (obsidian). I cooked a lot: milk and crumbly cereals, stewed meat, fried cutlets, made yogut - everything is fine. It is necessary to adapt to the control system, of course, but I was mentally prepared for this according to previous reviews. Nothing burnt or escaped even once, the condensate flows down where it is needed.
