Summer zucchini winter salad

Ingredients

raw zucchini 400 gram
bulb onions 1 head
garlic 1-2 teeth
salt 1 teaspoon
Apple vinegar 2 teaspoons
vegetable oil 2-3 tablespoons
freshly ground pepper taste

Cooking method

  • My zucchini is ripe, from the summer season.
  • The variety is white, and the flesh turned yellow after lying, which does not affect the taste.
  • So -
  • peel the zucchini (I had to use a cleaver for chopping meat), grate on a coarse grater.
  • Cut the onion into 4 pieces, then cut into strips. Add to the zucchini.
  • Peel the garlic, chop it coarsely or finely, as you like. I cut it in half, and I don't use it when eating, I have enough flavor.
  • Pour in vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
  • Leave on the table for at least 1 hour.
  • Then put in the refrigerator.
  • I don’t add carrots in principle. I don't like the combination with tough raw carrots.
