Smoked chicken salad with prunes and mushrooms

Ingredients

smoked chicken fillet 350-400g
walnut kernel 100g
prunes 100-150g
medium carrots 2 pcs
medium potatoes 4 things
eggs 4 things
hard cheese 200-250g
mushrooms
mayonnaise 350-400g
medium onion 2 pcs
vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Boil and peel eggs, potatoes, carrots. Grate eggs on a fine grater, carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. The original recipe contains fried champignons. I used dry porcini mushrooms boiled and fried with onions. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Pour boiling water over the prunes for 10-15 minutes, then dry and chop finely. Chicken fillet is also finely chopped. Chop the nuts. Layers:
  • 1 layer: Carrots, lightly salt and grease with mayonnaise;
  • 2nd layer: Half cheese;
  • 3rd layer: Half of grated eggs;
  • 4th layer: Potatoes, salt and grease with mayonnaise;
  • 5th layer: Half walnuts;
  • 6 layer: Prunes;
  • 7th layer: Smoked chicken, mayonnaise;
  • 8 layer: Mushrooms;
  • 9 layer: Walnuts (remainder);
  • 10th layer: Potatoes (remainder), salt, mayonnaise;
  • 11 layer: Eggs (remainder);
  • 12th layer: Cheese (residue);
  • The decoration depends on your imagination.
  • Lettuce should be infused for 4 hours before serving.
