Deana
Anastasenok, Lagri, thanks, girls, I didn't run away, it turned out delicious. It's a pity that there are no recipes for this baby as a separate topic, all 43 pages cannot be mastered at once.
Anastasenok
Deana, yes recipes are no different from other cartoons. In fact, take anyone in the search and try
Deana
Anastasenok, thank you, to me * you * I already understood, now the problem is to choose which porridge I want in the morning
Rituslya
I haven't cooked porridge in mine yet. I really liked Stew with Soup. I’m all in the upper rows of programs, I don’t slap the lower ones.
Anastasenok
Deana, rice in half with millet)
Lagri
And I tried many programs in it. All are good. I even use the Defrost mode quite often. Of course, if I had it alone, then I would cook porridge in it, but my cook is Redik 01. I cook soups in Polaris all the time, but on the My recipe mode, reducing and adding the temperature when needed, in general, like on a stove ...
Rituslya
Quote: Lagri
I often use defrosting mode
oh, Mashul, is there even such a regime?
And what, does it really defrost?
Interestingly so. Which mode do you like the most? I am happy with Soup and Stewing and I am not overjoyed.
Lagri
Ritual defrosts. I usually put a piece of half a kilo, turn on the mode, there is 1 hour, and go about my business. So during this time it defrosts very well, only the bottom is slightly cooked. I put meat on the wire rack, it’s worse thawing. For me, it's better to put the meat in the bowl. And the modes, Rituel, I like everything. Whichever one I used, none of them disappointed. The modes in this multicooker are very well tuned.

What! Idea!

I really liked Stewing with Soup
And what are we stewing? I'm in a soup cooker, and I'm stewing something hot

Quote: Lagri

This is interesting! Everything frozen right into the bowl? And she will not feel bad from the temperature difference? Was it just the meat that was thawed or everything?

Girls, if you have favorite recipes for a certain program - share, pliz, I think everyone will be interested.

I just haven't tried the delayed start yet, it's somehow scary, I haven't tried to count backwards.

So this is a special mode. Everything straight into the bowl and turn on the mode. She defrosted beef, pork and chicken thighs, and fish. Yes, at least that you can unfreeze. The multi will not be bad, in the same place the temperature is -60 °.
Deana
Lagri, I understand, and what about vegetables? If you need to quickly? Or will they start cooking?

Thanks for the idea! I forgot about mixed cereals, cooked rice / millet, I could not tear myself away

And another question was drawn - in other cartoons somehow they don't accentuate temperatures and do not bother, but in this one they painted in such detail, on milk porridge 97 degrees - does it not boil to 100 degrees in principle, or does it bring to a boil and reduce to 97?
Lagri
Deana, I don't even remember exactly boiling or not boiling, but I cooked milk porridge, rice and millet. I think that mv brings the contents to a boil and then the temperature drops to 97, then the temperature rises again to 100 and drops to 97, etc. There is also a relay and there is no constant temperature. Maybe the girls watched and respond. About defrosting vegetables: they will not start cooking there at 60 degrees.
Deana
Lagri, it's clear, the indication of the temperature as if provokes such investigations. Maybe that's why the porridge doesn't run because the program temperature is precisely calculated and drops faster than the porridge tries to escape.
Can you cook rolled oats in oatmeal or milk porridge? It's kind of like the most running croup?

I understood about defrosting, I will try.
By the way, if, for example, stew vegetables and among them frozen - how who cooks them? Does it defrost it beforehand or puts it all at once so that it can be reached in the process? I'm interested in the bowl again - isn't it harmful for her to cook both at room temperature and frozen at once?
Lagri
Deana, I cooked all the milk porridge in only one mode, the porridge never ran, everyone cooked predictably, did not run away. But I cooked for two, two servings, that's not much, one multi-glass of cereal. But if you cook a lot, then I can't say for sure what will happen. My relative cooked milk porridge from rolled oats on Oatmeal, she said that everything turned out fine. About frozen vegetables I can say: I would put them in a colander beforehand and fish with water, they will thaw considerably and you can add them to soup or somewhere else. I've done that a couple of times.
Deana
Lagri, yeah, clearly, I cook even less, half a glass, in the morning, so that it is fresh. So you can not be afraid and put it on at night!

Quote: Lagri
I would put them in a colander beforehand and fish with water
Exactly! I’m slowing down, usually I did all the ice cream in a saucepan, worried about the cartoons, and didn’t put it under the water.
Lagri
Deana, I did not use the delay start, I have time one morning. But many put on from evening to morning and everything works out. Try it, then write how it turned out.
Deana
Lagri, I have already tried it, though I almost understood it and everything was prepared an hour earlier, but earlier - not later. Everything is quite convenient, the main thing is to understand by which time you need porridge in the morning and calculate how many hours / minutes until that moment. During this period, the cartoon will also include the cooking period, that is, if you expect porridge by 7 in the morning, at 7 it will be ready. Conveniently.
It's not difficult to put it in the morning, but I chronically wake up, it's more convenient for me to put it in the evening and only eat

Girls, did anyone cook barley here? I took something 1/6, sweated for an hour and still got milk soup, all the liquid was not taken with cereals? Are there other proportions for barley? In Shtebe it worked, but there are different regimes, I wanted to compare.
Deana
While there is no one else for a question - did you make lentils in this cartoon? What proportions did you take? Which mode? I did the prescribed 1: 2 (and even a little more water), but it still stuck. Maybe ours needs more water? And what's strange, the water boiled away, but the cartoon did not turn off, I read that she has protection for this?

And yet, of course I will re-read the topic, but can anyone see faster, which cup suits us? I want to take a closer look.
Rituslya
Quote: Deana
Which cup suits us?
from Panasik 10.
I've thrown away my own cup already. I got so ugly that it’s just ugh!
Lagri
I also advise only from Panasik-10. I'm having problems with the bowl again, from Redmond, 305th. I thought it was my fault that I used it incorrectly, so it burns in it. But the other day I was preparing pilaf on the Pilaf mode and again everything burned out, the protection against boiling water did not work. But it wipes off quickly, you just have to pour a little hot water and hold it for 10 minutes. It is excellent to cook soups, porridge in it, but to fry or cook pilaf, you need to follow the process. This was not observed in the Panasonic bowl, it is problem-free.

Quote: Iwalu
I saw your comment about 305, but it seems like you wrote that something began to fry quickly enough. It turns out that it is short-lived?
And yet it turns out that way. Already three times she let me down.

Girls, what about your slow cooker on Plov mode? Does it turn off in this mode when water boils off? Maybe my something started to junk?

Now I specially prepared pilaf in the Pilaf mode in a bowl from Panasik and everything worked out fine, the multicooker turned off after the liquid evaporated, the protection worked. And with the 305th it does not work for some reason.
Deana
I have pah-pah-pah the cup is still normal, but the protection does not work, but where are the cups from Panas given? Once I tried to search - I could not find it. Difsit?
Rituslya
Deana, Dinochka, a devulya on our forum from Kaliningrad was selling these cups. Now I'll try to find a reference on the topic.

Lagri
Yes, on the Internet there is silence with bowls for Panasonic-10. Such bowls have always been in the shops of Eldorado. Maybe there is somewhere in the city on the remnant. It is necessary to search. Well and also, maybe Ritulin the link will help solve the problem. This girl on the 10th got in touch.Well, it must have disappeared from the sale of Panasik's bowls, they were always full ...
letka-enka2
It seems like there is in Eldorado, for 949 rubles
Deana
RituslyaOh, I've read it! I didn't realize that this one was what I needed! I'll check El now, if there is no run to her! Something I thought that she had already sold everything.

letka-enka2, thanks! I went to check our local deposits.

Shows me that they are not in El: /

Knocked at the girl, maybe she still has. But she indicated 2.5 liters, and we have 3. Did she indicate the useful volume?
Lagri
That's right 2.5 l bowl at Panasik-10. Suitable for our Polaris 0349, exactly.
Deana
Lagri, they confuse these liters! A cartoon for 3 liters, a bowl for 2.5, half a liter was stolen!
Lagri
Girls who made cottage cheese in our cartoon, please respond? I want to first ferment the milk with sour cream, and then continue on the Curd mode. If you have experience in cooking, please share.
Or maybe sour lemon juice ...
Anastasenok
Lagri, I like to ferment for 8 hours on yogurt and an hour on heating, then let it cool a little and weigh. I make or ferment with sour cream or special leaven
Lagri
Anastasenok, Thank you. This means that you can put on the Yogurt mode at night, and in the morning on the Warm up or Cottage cheese mode and then separate the whey. And Preheat and Curd are the same temperature, I wonder, you need to look ... Today I'll put it on for the night.
Anastasenok
Lagri, I read at the beginning of the topic, there is a higher temperature written in Curd. Try both options over time and decide where you like best. The higher the temperature, the denser
Lagri
Anastasenok, I realized thanks.
Deana
Lagri, show then what happened, pazhalsta! And how many. I never cooked cottage cheese, I only made it using a non-cooking method, it didn't take much. But with a new bowl, you can take a chance ...
Lagri
Dina, in general, everything turns out fine. I did it in a Panasonic bowl, you can do it in any one, no difference. I took 1 liter of milk 3.2%, 2 tbsp. l sour cream 20%, stirred and put on the Yogurt mode, there is 8 hours by default, I turned it off after 6.5 hours. Then I turned on the Curd program, the default time is 35 minutes. that's all. Now it is cooling down and I will strain the cottage cheese. You can cook, everything is extremely simple. This is how it was when the Curd program ended. Serum on the bottom, curd on top.
Multicooker Polaris PMC 0349AD and and 0360AD
I liked it, I will do more. Easy and not confusing. You know what you eat quality cottage cheese.
Of course, the process is long and I think that it is better to do it from 2 liters of milk at once in order to get about 400 grams of cottage cheese.
Quote: Lagri
I never cooked cottage cheese, I only made it using a non-cooking method, it didn't take much.
I also used to make cottage cheese from yogurt or kefir, but without a multicooker (on a gas stove, in a saucepan), but now I decided to try it in it.
Then I'll show you the finished cottage cheese, if I don't forget.
Deana
Lagri, thank you, Masha! Be sure to show me! That is, about 200 grams comes out of a liter? Is the rest serum?

Quote: Lagri
I also used to make cottage cheese from yogurt or kefir, but without a multicooker (on a gas stove, in a saucepan),
She, I meant that I make from frozen kefir, there is no cooking, in principle, I froze it, took it out, put it in a mold and that's it, after 12 hours, cottage cheese, I like it. But you can try this one for a change. The process is long, I do not argue, but if you do not cook porridge on the puffs, then you can take the baby with cottage cheese.
Lagri
Dina, I think 180 grams will definitely be, but it depends on milk, maybe 160 g will turn out. I have several multicooker and therefore, if I borrow a cartoon for making cottage cheese, I will not suffer from this. But if there is only one multicooker, then, of course, it is better to put curdled milk at night, and in the morning to finish the cottage cheese.
Quote: Deana
That is, about 200 grams comes out of a liter? Is the rest serum?
Well, in my case - yes, I have ordinary Gormolzavodsky milk. Maybe there will be more cottage cheese from homemade milk.
Deana
Lagri, I also have several cartoons, I just like to cook porridge in a kid, so if you try cottage cheese in it, then on the wicks. And in general, before work it is not convenient to finish something (for me).
It would be necessary to weigh how much cottage cheese I get from kefir. For comparison.
Lagri
From kefir even faster.Program Curd, cooling and straining. I will also try it from kefir tomorrow, maybe the cottage cheese will turn out better. Rather, more.
Here's how it turned out. You could still hold it, but we need cottage cheese, so this will work. It turned out delicious.
Multicooker Polaris PMC 0349AD and and 0360AD
Deana
Lagri, handsome! And more!
So from kefir only 35 minutes? Class.
I also didn’t cook because I can’t stand all sorts of filtering through cheesecloth. And he needs to drain. Maybe there is some form for this? In order not to forgive anything, but to put it there and then drain the whey from the pallet? I have nowhere to hang it: /
Lagri
Deana, normally 231 g, considering that milk is not a liter, but 900 ml. This time I squeezed the cottage cheese, I needed it urgently, but at first it hung in gauze (4 layers). And the whey will be useful tomorrow for the bread. And the cottage cheese can drain in a colander (in gauze) put in a saucepan, only something heavy will have to be put on top. About the form for such cases, you can ask the girls in the topic Kitchen stuff, can someone tell me.
Deana
Lagri, there they advised a cool form for frozen kefir, but such boiled cottage cheese will not fit into it, it is for a pack, that is, for half a liter.
I'll go and try it right now, but what if ... I definitely won't mess with gauze.
And how did she squeeze? With your hands?
If you think about it with a centrifuge, it would be good, spun the cottage cheese along the walls, at the bottom of the whey ...
Lagri
Quote: Deana
And how did she squeeze? With your hands?
I twisted the gauze in one direction, little by little and the serum at first flowed a little, then it dripped a little and it seemed to me that it was enough to twist. I already wrote that I rolled the gauze 4 times, so it squeezed out normally.))

As for the centrifuge, there is hardly such an apparatus, but the type of press can be.

Deana, there are such curd makers:

🔗

Deana
Lagri, I have one! I use it just for frozen - very convenient. And boiled, I'm afraid, will not fit. I asked in small things, can anyone respond.
Lagri
Well, yes, small size, of course.
Deana
Lagri, yeah, the same, but more ... eh, yachts ...
tat-63
I want to ask the girls, it seems like someone wrote in the subject that a bowl from a 3L stadler is suitable for a cartoon, or I'm confusing. If it is not difficult for someone to measure the bowl height width pliz. and bottom width
Lagri
tat-63, Tatyana, here the girls discussed a bowl like this: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=470694.0 Maybe they have already used and will be able to answer questions ...
tat-63
Maria thanks for the hint, I wrote to her in a personal message
Rituslya
I'm carrying whites. In general, I do it in Filka, but here I decided to go to Frying in Oil in Polika. Longer, yes, but still good.
Oh, well, these whites are delicious!
Multicooker Polaris PMC 0349AD and and 0360AD
Deana
Rituslya, it's good that I ate ... otherwise at night I would rush to the refrigerator Handsome men!
Is it softer in Polika Zharka than in Filka?
